Love this article!! Can't talk about it enough - I tell our ward members about it but sadly few have ever read it or can recollect it's meaning. He calls it a commandment to be prepared!! Amazing - I can only find 3 prophets who have declared food, water, fuel and clothing of 1 year a commandment (Kimball, Benson, Monson) of course Hinkley was in the presidency when Benson's letter was read in Sacrament. Anyway - awesome talk!!

At a time when the US and China are practically at arms over the artificial islands in the South China Seas, with the US sending warships on location to patrol (despite White House Spokesman Josh Earnest saying on Oct. 8 that U.S. warships "should not provoke significant reaction from the Chinese") and a stunned China responding "What On Earth Makes Them Think We Will Tolerate This", the last thing we thought we would see right now was three Chinese warships about to port in Florida's Naval Station Mayport.
Interesting but what I want to know is WHEN do they plan on arriving and WHAT does it correspond to?
The answer lies a few paragraphs down...

Hmmm. Who's debt ceiling expires on November 3rd?! U-S-A! U-S-A!!
We need to put this in context - WHY did the Chinese President just spend 4 days in England hanging out with the Queen? I mean LITERALLY hanging out as he stayed in Buckingham Palace which is rare for the Royal Family to be so hospitable.
