I TAKE PARTICULAR INTEREST IN HONEST SEEKERS OF TRUTH AND BELIEVE THAT SCIENCE IS REVEALED RELIGION'S BEST ALLY. RUSSIAN DOOMSDAY PLANE IS NOW IN THE AIR OVER THE ME

This keeps the command and control mobile in case the enemy hits fixed Russian command and control centers on the ground.  Last resort for the Russians is the deadhand system.

This dead hand system shows you just how nuts the average Russian is.  The level of paranoia they have is probably the highest of any nation since Cambodia and Pol Pot....

    I vote we deploy the "Back-Hand System" for all world leaders and politicians. IRAQ your orders are to carry this out immediately and wipe that grin off your face soldier!
