That is one of several reliable sources that talk about this race rioting that will occur. Here are a few others - the main one from the "White Horse prophecy" - which I challenge anyone to debunk as it has played out to this point. The others talk of this Second Civil War and probably relate to the great influx of people who will flood to the mountains causing a massive spike in the numbers within the Church that is soon to come. I pulled all this from the archives of the site:

A. Milton Musser papers, LDS Church Archives. It is a letter from
Nephi Packard to A. Milton Musser on July 24, 1896:
"... My brother, Noah Packard, says that he heard the Prophet Joseph
say that the next great (U.S. civil) war after the war of the
rebellion (the Civil War of the 1860's between the North and the
South) would commence in a little town now called Chicago but at that
time it would have grown to be a very large city. And another brother
told me that the Prophet said that the cause of the next great trouble
of the United States would be the depreciation of the currency of the
United States. I believe I have given you all the facts in as short
and concise manner as possible."
Another quote regarding the Civil War itself comes from an interview
by Dr. Poulson with David Whitmer, printed in the Deseret News on
Friday, August 16, 1878:

Answer: A civil war more bloody and cruel than the rebellion. It will
be the smashing up of this nation, about which time the second great

Despite the issue garnering a significant amount of
media interest as well as the attention of the Secret Service, Obama
supporters continued their threats to riot and assassinate Mitt Romney
if Obama loses in the aftermath of last night’s presidential debate.
As we reported last week,
Twitter has been flooded recently with violent comments from Obama
supporters. The increase in volume of the comments seemed to coincide
with Romney’s poll numbers edging higher against Obama.
Not only have Obama voters been making open threats that
they will riot and cause mayhem, they have also been caught making
direct threats to assassinate Mitt Romney, prompting the Secret Service to announce that it was “aware” of the threats and would “conduct appropriate follow up if necessary.”
Despite the fact that the media reported extensively on threats made against Obama prior to the 2008 election,
their silence on the threats made against Romney has been deafening.
Indeed, the act of a few old guys hanging up empty chairs in reference
to Clint Eastwood’s RNC speech garnered substantially more coverage and concern from the press compared to hundreds if not thousands of tweets threatening violence against Mitt Romney.
Americans who simply display political signs expressing opposition to Obama’s policies have been treated as potential violent threats by authorities in the past, and yet not a single Twitter user has faced retribution for making direct and sometimes graphic death threats against Romney.
Leftists routinely cry foul and attempt to demonize
conservatives as violent extremists whenever online rhetoric gets
heated, and yet when their own engage in even worse conduct, their
behavior is absolved and the media is disinterested.
Before the Secret Service announced they were investigating the threats, Obama front group Think Progress attempted to imply that the whole story was somehow a racist contrivance dreamed up by the Drudge Report and Infowars.

If the Secret Service does plan on following this up, they are going to be very busy indeed.
All of this has to come about to fulfill prophecy. Romney will win causing the problems to boil over - apparently starting in Chicago - in the land of Obama...... If this does not come about by the third year of Pres Romney's presidency, I will personally chew on my headcovering......

I have seen this before. There is not a question it may have been released after Joseph's death. I believe it could be a collection of statements put together as a hodge-podge. But...... it has come about - just as stated. And it was written in the vernacular and style of Joseph. The proof of it is that has come about - and will shortly come about just as stated.
DeleteLets assume that the "Whitehorse prophecy" is just a hodgepodge collection of the prophets quotes and not an actual "prophecy". If you use it in conjunction with all of the information and prophecies that are now available for us to put it into context one can conclude there is some relevance to the prophecy. Only time will prove its accuracy.

ReplyDeleteI want to make sure I understand what you are saying correctly. 1.) Are you saying that you think the constitution is hanging by a thread? (to me it is VERY OBVIOUS that it is hanging by a thread with all the unconstitutional laws and executive orders/mandates that have been signed, and all the new "take away your freedom" kind of programs like the TSA & Agenda 21 that have been or are trying to be created in the last 4 years.) 2.) Are you saying that you think Mitt Romney is part of the fulfillment of that prophecy...that "HE" will save Constitution because he holds the priesthood? (That I disagree with because many Prophets have stated (especially Ezra Taft Benson) that it is not nor ever has been "1 man" who will save the Constitution, but the body/peoples (of course with the priesthood and leaders of the church) who will save the Constitution. The laws and freedoms written in the Constitution will be found and lived only in the New Jerusalem during the 1000 years of peace (when Satan is bound. This is how the Constitution will be saved.) So, what exactly do you mean? I just want to make sure I really understand what you are saying. (forgive me I'm slow ya know lol lol!) Thanks for the extra elaboration, I appreciate it. :)
OOps...I better make a correction. I didn't mean that during the 1000 years of peace that "only" in the New Jerusalem will freedom and liberty be found. What I meant was that during the time of chaos etc...the only place that true freedom and liberty will be found will be in the New Jerusalem until Satan is bound and the government is on the Lord's shoulders. Shew....that sounds way better. :) :)

ReplyDeleteI would definitely say that Romney is not the answer to our Constitutional problems. In fact, my wife and oldest daughter think he has said precious little on the subject and been way to friendly with the thinking of the NDAA. That piece of paperwork is the most evil thing I have seen come out of Washington. Our freedoms are eroded precisely because of it - and it will be used against freedom loving people. We are in a corner - and it will take miraculous things to free us - just as it did the children of Israel from the oppressive Egyptians after they came into bondage.... We live in interesting times....
