Here is a rainbow over one of the most flaming cities (cept for Portland, Frisco and Austin), whose major social group from Capitol Hill has adopted the rainbow to represent out and out open rebellion against God - and we see it spanning the entire thing. Just ironic - sorry but it just kind of hit me funny.
There used to be wards and wards in the city - but it is a spiritual dead zone. Not really much left there. All the people have fled the downtown for the burbs to get away from the freak show. There is a solstice parade where people ride around on bikes fully nude - not making this up. Most are painted with some form of body paint - and there are children fully present. No one arrests them..... These are disgusting hairy old hippie guys and gals. The parade is in a neighborhood called Fremont - which I not so affectionately call "Freakmont". Seriously...... Yowsa.
Anyway - here is the pic. The right side of the bow sets down on Crapitol Hill and the left side sets down on Freakmont - perfect.....:
