I am not talking the fair use taxes (like a gas tax which helps take care of the roads you drive on - ie, you don't drive, or drive little - you simply do not pay for the roads), I am talking about the little old lady on a fixed income paying for schools she is no longer using, while getting threatened to get kicked out of her home unless she pays up. That is what I am railing against.
