THIS BLOG ATTEMPTS TO SHOW HOW SCIENCE IS CATCHING UP WITH REVEALED RELIGION

THIS BLOG IS AN ATTEMPT TO PUT ALL THE COOL STUFF THAT I BUMP INTO ABOUT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST AND EVENTS THAT LEAD UP TO IT INTO ONE LOCATION.
THE CONTENTS WILL BE FROM AN LDS PERSPECTIVE. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANYTHING IN HERE, I DO NOT PARTICULARLY CARE TO ARGUE, UNLESS YOU CAN ADD TO THIS BODY OF WORK. I HAVE AN OPEN MIND, THAT IS WHY I READ STUFF FROM ALL DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES AND SEEK LEARNING FROM THE BEST BOOKS. I JUST AM NOT HERE TO ARGUE ABOUT IT - BUT TO PUT IT OUT THERE WHERE OTHERS CAN PERUSE/PURSUE IT. I TAKE PARTICULAR INTEREST IN HONEST SEEKERS OF TRUTH AND BELIEVE THAT SCIENCE IS REVEALED RELIGION'S BEST ALLY. YOU WILL SEE ALOT OF TOPICS IN THIS BLOG THAT SHOW SCIENCE BACKING - AND SLOWLY CATCHING UP WITH - REVEALED RELIGION.
ENJOY!!

THE SEPARATION OF THE WHEAT AND TARES IS ON NOW!

Wow - we are right here in the separation of the wheat and the tares (from a blog buddy - thanks J!):
1.     “Our loving Heavenly Father and His Son, Jehovah, with a knowledge of the end from the beginning,3 opened the heavens and a new dispensation to offset the calamities that They knew would come. The Apostle Paul described the forthcoming calamities as “perilous times.”4 For me, this suggests that Heavenly Father’s generous compensation for living in perilous times is that we also live in the fullness of times.  (By Elder Gary E. Stevenson Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles)
2.     “But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.” Mathew 13:29-30 (Let the evil grow in power, but also the good to maturity and to be able to handle the harvest or separation)
3.     “And as they begin to grow ye shall clear away the branches which bring forth bitter fruit, according to the strength of the good and the size thereof; and ye shall not clear away the bad thereof all at once, lest the roots thereof should be too strong for the graft, and the graft thereof shall perish, and I lose the trees of my vineyard.” Jacob 5:66

  1. I just finished a series of blog posts that I have felt prompted to share. I think the timing on them (I started them a week ago) was definitely Divine. They are about my recent transformation from Last Days despair & frustration to becoming a powerful weapon against the adversary and thinning the veil to Heaven. Just thought that maybe someone out there is on the same page or having the same experiences. :)

  2. Maybe not as powerfully, but several of us in our little rural ward have the feeling that the separation of sheep and goats has started. We pray that all who choose to be strong will be, and be able to stand firm.

  3. I mentioned to someone that I thought this latest church policy and the ensuing resignation was part of prophecy of the wheat and tares, and that people were weeding themselves out. I was told I was self-righteous and prideful....hmmm.

  4. I and many others feel the same way, this is a part or even the beginning of the sifting. I was surprised the church took such a stand, or even reported it, considering it sounds like it can be determined case by case, if I read it right. I really wonder if within the church there are two factions. One that is more politically correct and in step with the federal government, considering the Church's push to grant amnesty to illegals.
