WHAT IS THE RELIGION OF THE ANTI-CHRIST?

When thinking on the subject of what faith the anti-christ will try and push down everyones' throats, I was stumped up until I went on my mission down to Brazil and ran into the "unconvertables". These people were very smart, extremely nice and extremely resistant to conversion. Why were they? Because their religion "borged" every doctrinal set that I am aware of. It didn't matter whether you were Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, or animist, you were automatically accepted into their fold and invited to join - regardless of clashing doctrines. I have read their founding teachings and the Spirit does not witness to them in any way - and I say that matter-of-factly, not to belittle them. If you cannot exploit what makes your religion different than another religion, you have no basis for attempting to convert that person to your line of thinking. At the very least, you have to have some common ground to start with - thus the difficulty in talking religion with someone who is Buddhist, there is no basis for a need for an atonement because there is no (clearly defined) sin and the Hindus are difficult to teach because if you get it wrong, you will just come back as a different form until you get it right (no need for the resurrection, either....). I personally hung with the Jews and the rest of the Christians - no matter how hard the punishment, because I just simply could not rationalize with someone who did not even begin to see the need for a Savior to begin with.

However, when you tangle with someone of the Bahai faith (and to a lesser degree, an adherent to the Muslim faith), no matter what you say its all good because Jesus was a nice teacher and so was Joseph Smith, so: LETS ALL JUST SING KOOMBIAH AND PASS THE BREAD AND CHEESE.... With Mormonism, you have a clear shot at attempting to convert everyone because, out of the blocks, everyone else is in some form of apostasy and needs the cleansing waters of baptism. The Bahai's, no. Its the doctrinal equivalent of trying to catch the greased pig at the county fair - you just will never get your hands on it.

So, with the proliferation of the new ager movement (which makes me ill with all the feel-good BS), the PERFECT religion to bring all peoples of the earth together in the false feel-good millennial d'evil duplicate, I vote for either Bahai or Islam to do the trick. I have been carefully scrutinizing how those two groups work and I think either one would be the religion of choice by someone (in the Herodian motif - who was Persian, not a Roman, BTW) who wanted to even appease the Jews and cruise on into the third temple and declare himself "da man". However it goes down, it will have to be some slickster that would put the best polyester-suited used car salesman to shame in order to pull it off - without just having to lob a few billion heads off in order to bring it down. Right now we have the leader of Iran vying for the title as the twelfth mahdi who will unify Islam and then lob heads of other non-compliants until world "conversion" has been achieved. I vote against that because I like my neck as a one-piece unit, thank you very much.....

We got rid of Saddam Hussein who fancied himself to be the one (true story - thought he was the modern Nebuchadnezzar). And then we have this Bahai fellow is out pounding the pavement to make it happen for his group. DESIRE TO DESTROY TEL-AVIV - PARALLELS TO 9/11

So reading the following post gave rise to memories of what happened before Sept 11 at the WTC. Most people would be hard-pressed to remember that someone tried to bring the towers down using a land-based wheel design. Obviously they weren't good civil engineers - thus the dearly departed Mohammed Atta being one.....

So we have some people in Gaza that dearly hate the presence of Jews in them middle east and they are ranging their rockets for a shot at the financial center, Tel Aviv. They are getting ready to do a 9/11 style thing to the financial heart and symbol of power in Israel.

According to my previous post, a Hamas (Iran)-backed nuclear tipped missile will be fired on Israel (from a cornered or future radicalized Libyan gov't) which will ignite bad juju around the world (feel free to read up on it). The hyenas are circling their prey and they will try and make good on their previous threats. George Soros (who has backed our current president from the beginning) was involved in the fall of Egypt (Israel's only real middle east ally) and will be involved in the further destabilization of the middle east so that they will (as radicalized nations) march against his own people, the Israeli's. What a sick sack! If he had a heart attack tomorrow, I for one would be in a state of euphoria..... but then, this is not a political blog and I do love all my fellow man (some just slightly less than others) - so just ignore the above statements.

Well, this is not a political blog, but I pretty much choked on my gum when I read this coupled with what Glenn Beck has had to say lately about a book that claims that the twelfth mahdi (who is the savior of a radical sect of Islam) will actually be the Christians' anti-Christ. And I have to think there might be some thread of truth considering most people do not realize that the Herod that built the third temple in Christ's day was actually of Arabic descent and not Jewish..... (Herod was the arch-type for the Anti-Christ). Here is the Beck interview:



While I do know a moderate Islamic couple from Iraq that I thought very highly of (who did not seem to embrace this type of ideology), in general, I am not buying the whole religion of peace thing with the anti-Israel rhetoric in general that I have seen spewed out of the Middle East from the vocal radicals.....

If this guy is spewing any kind of centrist belief that DEMOCRACY and FREEDOM are juxtaposed to Islam - then I want NO PART OF IT and it does not belong in my country. We all came here to escape oppression and this kind of vile crap from other abortive governments worldwide. As Ronald Reagan said, America is the last great bastion of freedom and hope - and I say we fight to the last man to make sure that individual rights and principles of self-determination are maintained. NO THANKS TO ANYTHING ELSE that is juxtaposed to those God-given principles!!! My God is a God of individual freedom and therefore, individual accountability that allows me to act for myself and to be judged for myself. It was the devil's plan to create that false sense of social pressure (convert or die - or at least, keep the commands of God or die) to keep people in line and basically force them to "do what is right" and not for the inherent joy and satisfaction of having done the right thing exactly because it is the right thing and it brings lasting inner peace and joy.

Anjem Choudary

President Obama must embrace Islam as a way of life or face the consequences of a trial under the Shariah Islamic court system, declared British extremist cleric Anjem Choudary.

Choudary, founder and former chief of two Islamic groups disbanded by the British authorities under anti-terror legislation, is planning a Washington protest later this week in which he says he will call on American Muslims to revolt against the country and implement Shariah law.

Speaking in an interview with investigative reporter Aaron Klein on his program on New York's WABC Radio, Choudary claimed Obama was waging a war against Islam.

"[Obama] has promised all Muslims to be released from Guantanamo Bay. They are still languishing there even though he knows they are completely innocent," Choudary claimed.

"On top of that, he's increased the number of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, so he is a warmonger just as his predecessor was. And thirdly and more importantly," Choudary said, "the Muslims don't want democracy and freedom. Democracy and freedom are anathema to Islam and the Shariah."

A gentle reminder here that the prophecy in the Book of Revelation talks of Christians losing their heads if they do not deny their Savior and their faith. As a kid growing up in the world of the USSR threat, I thought it odd that atheistic Russians would be lobbing off our heads in some sort of last-ditch conflict. They never were about lobbing heads off. I always thought that, in recent times, that was the realm of the French and the occasional Japanese story from WWII, and never even considered a possible Islamic threat or connection where the sword is still used in capital crimes. I think that possibility may now be more of a possibility if the radicals get in power and hold the oil-inebriated west hostage. Heaven help us all - we may be in for one heckuva ride.
