AN AMAZING NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE
Peter Anthony really lays it down as I understand it.
Even his counsel on just rolling with it and trusting God, the Great Scheduler to just order it all. This recent firing really has driven that home for me. It has been one of the greatest teaching moments/experiences for me. And things have worked out just amazingly in a way that has gob-smacked me (and my wife).
Anyway, a great vid. I could relate to so much on it including the love he felt while over on the other side. I pity the non-koolaid drinkers who have never experienced it. It is a rich and beautiful thing:

AN OLD 1841 ENGLISH PRINTING OF THE BOOK OF MORMON IN BOOK FORMAT
Folks, another treasure my second mom had. The guy who brought it across the plains was over in England preaching with Wilford Woodruff who was speculatively killed off by the banisters at the Bohemian Club in San Fran. Which, if this is the case, they deserved the shaking and the fire 15 years later. It has a terrible fate yet to come as does most of the West Coast.
Flouting good principle does not come without some heavy consequences....
Anyway, here is some sweet Americana of sorts.
The book is missing the first few pages, and the story goes that three fellows were caught in the open plains in a blizzard with no kindling to get a fire going. The title pages were used to get it going.

Folks, I was over at the house of the gal my dad married after my mother died. We had dinner and sat down for some convo. She has been lonely since his passing. I wish he had been able to hold it together for another decade, but he had no will to live after losing function after his stroke at 86 years old. Way too active of a guy to put up with being wheelchair bound.
My second mom had an old 1897 hymn book with my favorite hymn (323) in it that I again snapped pics of. It was penned by Eliza Roxcy Snow and showed her incredible literary skill and insight into some sweet mysteries:

SWADDLING CLOTHES, A MANGER AND THE PASCAL LAMB
Folks, this is some sweet info I snagged off FB:
I thought I would share this in case any of you, like myself, had never heard of, or seen this before...it just makes so much more sense, all the little details we do t always know - or are left out. WOW! I Love this so much!
“Mangers are odd little things. They're feeding troughs, of course. In ancient Israel, they were made of stone.
They're not super-comfortable, but you know what? In a pinch, they can be kind of protective.
That's why experts -priests who lived near Bethlehem, near a hill known for raising sacrificial lambs- would put lambs in them.
Not all the lambs; just the ones they thought were without blemish and suitable for the blood sacrifices that took place twice a day. Sacrifices to cover sin.
These were the lambs Bethlehem was famous for. There was a hill there with a tower, "Migdal Eder", and the flocks nearby were the ones that yielded lambs for sacrifice.
The priests wanted to keep the lambs without bumps and bruises. So they'd wrap them up tightly. They'd swaddle them, wrapping them in cloths, like precious and terribly fragile bottles of wine.
And they'd lay them in a manger.
"Manger" is only mentioned in one account of Jesus' birth. (It's in Luke.) And it makes sense. There's really only a small group of people who would understand it's significance. And they are the very ones who hear the words:
"You will find a baby wrapped in cloths, and lying in a manger."
Shepherds! The shepherds of the sacrificial flock.
They knew what the cloths and the manger meant.
"This will be a sign to you," the angel said. And it was. It wouldn't have been a sign to many. But to them? Most definitely. And this sign was staggering.
The long-expected King wasn't headed to a palace. No, this was going to be different.
He was going to be sacrificed.
They knew where the Messiah was born... but they also knew where He was headed.”

CHAD DAYBELL AND A PAP SMEAR
I avoid a lot of these groups like the plague, including PAP.
People tend to get radical when a locus of like-minded people form. I have a bunch of friends who attend these events, however, I remain aloof by choice. I am very cautious including Julie Rowe, Denver Snuffer etc. The counsel to stay mid-stream is always the best. There is undeniable safety in sticking with the Lord’s anointed in a majority of the 12 Apostles and the Prophet.
I always move slowly when it comes to any change. Glacially slow, to be exact. I do not like being wrong. And I have in the past on some items. None of which have been spiritually fatal.
One area I am interested in moving into is a study of the married servant as found in the doctrine and covenants. The start of my trip found me in the SLC Temple with a kingpin of the Isaiah Institute (a place my wife has spent a bunch of time studying from).
Last night, at Crystal Hotsprings, I randomly ran into a guy (former USU prof) and his wife who is heavily tied into the Institute and he encouraged me to delve into the marred servant or Davidic Servant mentioned. Apparently he will be a Samuel TL character who will raise the voice of warning among the Saints during our sifting period, followed by the period of judgment.
There is a great chance of deception here. I am certain these events alone are why I have been given the gift of discernment to help navigate these things.
Anyway, I will write more as we navigate the coming deep dive. My wife will likely be a big influence on my studies as well as my doctor friend and others.
I would probably stay aloof on this whole topic because it has always appeared to be a minefield, but I believe the timing will leave me with little choice but to dive in head first.

SPIRITS OF DEMONICALLY-CONTROLLED PEOPLE CAN BECOME IRRITATED
I love this meme and have wanted to share it for some time.
So the co-worker at my former employer fits this profile quite well. Sullen and anti-social to a fault, with the occasional out bursts of rage at people in general, but specifically at people of faith
I have a doctor buddy who has been to the other side a few times with her heart condition similar to Spencer (I recently was instrumental in hooking them up and they are like two peas in a pod).
Anyway, she said this to me when we were talking about difficult human interactions. Folks that struggle with Chastity, alcohol and drug abuse or pornography addictions, often are under the influence of these entities. The VP that fired me, I suspect all three of these. I personally verified the alcohol on at least one occasion when there was a company-wide safety training that she oversaw. At 8am she reeked of it. Nothing like something really high octane on the Cheerios to start the day off right.... The hypocrisy is real, folks....
And I am the problem employee, lol.... I think the rank and file get fired for coming to work under the influence. But when you are the elite, you can flout the rules and confraternize, etc without repercussion.
On that note, the head of Boeing got cut loose finally over the 737Max mess. Probably gratifying for those veteran employees that were cut loose when they raised the flag over safety vs cost/schedule/stock price concerns. Much greater power politics over the dog and pony situation I was in.

RENOVATIONS ON THE HISTORIC SLC TEMPLE ABOUT TO COMMENCE
Folks, I am so excited!
We are heading down to SLC for 10 days to enjoy Christmas with our two older children who are down in Logan for work/school.
Saturday, we get to enjoy one of the last days this old building before it is torn to the foundations in preparation for the great EQ which will level the rest of the valley near the end of the next 3.5 year period.
The last time I was in it was when I was engaged and my bride to be and I took in an endowment session. Being madly in love, we went to a sealing room to talk of our future plans together. Time got away from us and we talked for several hours past the last session. It was quite spooky wandering around trying to find our way out.
We got a severe chastisement from the night watchman when we wandered up to the front desk asking where the dressing rooms were. I think he thought we were up to no good. It was just two love struck twenty somethings just excited for our future. Lost in love and hope for our future.
So many harrowing events since those days of innocence! Epic does not begin to describe it.
Life has a way of just gob-smacking one in the face. But all these things are for our learning and understanding. This is the object and purpose of this mortal probation.
Anyway - here is a great vid describing these epic changes:

Waits can be several hours.
A lunch tip is Tocanos for all you can eat Brazilian BBQ. One of our classic haunts when we are down in the valley!

Folks, I have some great news I cannot share yet, but let’s just say my family and I are feeling the hand of God in our lives in a profound way. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that we have been sustained in an Alma 33 way.
Truly, we are blessed with the fat of the land, while those who have attempted to dig a pit, are and will fall in the pit/snare they have set for those seeking to do the will of the Lord. I have always put the will and mind of the Lord first; then let the chips fall where they may. With the express knowledge that God will sustain me and my family. He is the great facilitator and scheduler. IF we put our trust in Him.
All I can say now is that I am in awe of my wife’s faith. She has been praying and fasting twice a week and going to the temple at least once a week seeking redress for the wrongs of the past few months and that things would work out in our family situation. In the most dramatic ways I am seeing my wife get her desires fulfilled almost to the letter. As in a dream I had a week or two ago now, I feel sorry for those who have thought to dig a pit. It will not be well for them. God is the great Mediator and has a learning experience for each player. He loves each one of His children and will bring each one to a situation where they will learn the most.
Many, after knowing me, wish (in the short term) that they had never come across me. Precisely because I seek for as perfect of justice as this world can offer. When there is corruption involved, it is a bad collision of sorts.
Pray, if you would, that we have the best outcome - and that, in a dramatic way, that the folly of the recent situation is brought to an open and dramatic conclusion.
I can be more open in the coming months.

I have always left my mind open for this very reason. We have to believe or, like a river flowing up to a barrier, we are dammed, or damned as the case would be:

To the law and to the testimony, for these principles are poured out all over the Scriptures. When things that are of the greatest importance are passed over by the weak-minded men without even a thought, I want to see truth in all its bearings and hug it to my bosom. I believe all that God ever revealed, and I never hear of a man being damned for believing too much; but they are damned for unbelief." Joseph TPJS

SHAKE OFF THE CHAINS WITH WHICH YE ARE BOUND
I just had a heart breaking conversation with a woman from Utah whose husband has struggled with pornography to the point he is near implosion. My object in reaching out to her was to try and I still the need for patience with him. I have met them at a Wood Zone conference I did in Eest Jordan back in 2013 in West Jordan in the heyday of the blog. Both upstanding people, but he is potentially fatally weak. A weakness is only fatal when one refuses to acknowledge it or to address it in a meaningful way. We are all broken and fall short - but there is a point where patience and endurance come to a finite end. I would NEVER encourage the dissolution of a marriage - for I think the consequences of doing so can have dire and eternal consequences. But each person knows their depth of suffering and what they are capable of enduring.
The hardest thing is looking beyond the pain and suffering and seeing our cohorts, spouses and family members as God sees them. Their potential outside of this earthly realm. Truly, God will push us to our very limits. I know I have been in my marriage and family relations. And I am a better person for having been taken to those extremes. I would not trade the journey I have been on, for anything.
Nevertheless, we all know where that line is. No one can define it for anyone else.
In regards to pornography addiction, my wife and I were discussing this situation and she said this husband just needs to read the part in Visions of Glory where the evil spirits are jumping in and out of the indulging husband. Another help for fathers of young women is to realize that the women in the images they are viewing are often trafficked, drugged up and are forced into what they are doing out of desperation; therefore, what would they do if one of their own daughters were caught in this trap?
My sister’s best friend was trafficked back in the 1980’s. It was real bad. Her life was destroyed. She is almost 50 and she is still a train wreck...
Satan’s goal is to trap and allow appetites of the fallen man to bring him under his power; thus negating or trivializing the effects of the Atonement.
Our job is to identify sin in our lives, acknowledge it, and fight it each day. I know most of mine - and the struggle is real.

The hardest thing is looking beyond the pain and suffering and seeing our cohorts, spouses and family members as God sees them. Their potential outside of this earthly realm. Truly, God will push us to our very limits. I know I have been in my marriage and family relations. And I am a better person for having been taken to those extremes. I would not trade the journey I have been on, for anything.
Nevertheless, we all know where that line is. No one can define it for anyone else.

It is my opinion that we are in the 7th seal which was opened when we had our first worldwide temple dedication of the Palmyra Temple on April 6th, 2000. The timing of that event was no coincidence.... The numbers that attended it virtually throughout the world was no coincidence.

THE UNWIN; THE COLLAPSE OF SOCIETY WITHIN THREE GENERATIONS OF DISCARDING THE LAW OF CHASTITY
I have presented the concept that the greater sin of Sodom was not necessarily the homosexuality, though that, in and of itself, will cause a population collapse due to declining birth rates as no conception can occur without the presence of an egg and sperm in a fertile environment....
The greater sin was that people quit caring for each other and were only interested in their own selfish pleasures. A man who leaves his wife for another cares not for the effects it will have on the woman nor on his children. All he cares about is some temporary excitement. The woman whom he cheats with is living under a similar delusion in that she thinks that he will magically become monogamous with her and settle down. This is the great lie. Once a cheat, always a cheat.
The same applies to sexual activity prior to marriage. Instead of cheating on a spouse, two fornicators are compromising their fidelity with God. Unless true repentance by both parties is achieved, it is unlikely that true fidelity after marriage can be achieved. The stats back this up.
Thus the reason there is so much divorce etc. Not all cases, but most.

THE CLIMATE CHANGE HOAX; AL GORE MISSED THE BOAT AND THE BIZ-JET:
This is interesting. It implies that the cyclical climate change is tied to solar minimums and maximums along with smaller sub-cycles related to volcanic eruptions and the subsequent cooling cycles. There is more junk pumped into the atmosphere in a single eruption than mankind could ever pump into the atmosphere in the form of mega-yachts, limos or biz jets ferrying the hypocrites to their global climate change conferences.... It is quite laughable, really....
Truly delusional. But then, they must have a way to pay for their one world gunning just as predicted in scripture....

JOSEPH SMITH WAS FOR A STRONGER FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Wow - now that I think about it, it only makes sense with what happened in Missouri and Illinois:
That was also the attitude of the Prophet Joseph Smith. He faulted the Constitution for not being “broad enough to cover the whole ground.” In an obvious reference to the national government’s lack of power to intervene when the state of Missouri used its militia to expel the Latter-day Saints from their lands, Joseph Smith said,
“Its sentiments are good, but it provides no means of enforcing them. … Under its provision, a man or a people who are able to protect themselves can get along well enough; but those who have the misfortune to be weak or unpopular are left to the merciless rage of popular fury.”8 This omission of national power to protect citizens against state action to deprive them of constitutional rights was remedied in the Fourteenth Amendment, adopted just after the Civil War.

PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN IN REGARDS TO CHASTITY?
Interesting commentary on the moral decline of this country and Canada. The Muslims and others who have toed the line on the traditional view of Chastity will come along and sink the Gentiles over basic moral superiority. This is how nations fall:
Fascinating research. As a society we are now in the third generation of a pattern. A pattern that this observer of history claims will lead to the demise of our prosperity if the pattern continues.

THE STAR OF BETHLEHEM
Finally this last LDS nativity video got it right. It was the conjunction of the two planets that signify kingship. At his birth and also just prior to his second advent. I witnessed it over a period of several months in 2015. First dramatically so when I was walking out of the Boeing Everett plant on the west side and thought something with very bright landing lights was on short final approach to Paine Field. Except it remained static on the sky.
It was surreal. Truly wondering awe...
I went and researched it and it was this singular sign. I expected we would see something related to the 2017 Rabbi Ben Samuel prediction two years later. On my 49th birthday, we had the Revelations woman sign in Virgo - but no clearly identifiable event related to the second coming... I am still trying to wrap my head around that one.
Other than the Revelations 12 sign, and Trump making Jerusalem the eternal capital of Israel, I did not see the expected signs evolve.
Time will tell. Sometimes, we have to rely on hindsight to see forward. I personally do not like that approach, but I have learned to be patient and understand that God has all things under control.

ANGELS - NICE LIST OF THEIR ROLES AND HOW THEY OPERATE
I love this mag. Great article with different scenarios where angels have ministered.
I have never seen one with my physical eyes, but have clearly been ministered to on more occasions than I have fingers or toes. I can relate to about half of these anecdotal stories and add my testimony to them. This the reason I take exception to those who deride my religious position. We are neither delusional nor cultists, etc. We actually do our best to follow the instruction manual of life, and this qualify for lofty rewards. It is very simple....
Obedience brings blessings. EXACT obedience brings miracles.

BREAKING FREE OF YOUR SLAVEHOOD
Folks, the best thing that has happened to me was getting fired from my Jay Ohh Bee.
I enjoyed what I did (given the proper resources to get the job done - and being in an environment where I knew I was judged on my merits and not what I believe in (which I felt like were both the exception and not the rule). But I actually looked up the text I sent to my wife on the Monday about an hour before the actual firing occurred, and I told her I thought I might be having a heart attack and that if the chest pains got much worse, I planned on calling an ambulance and going to the ER. The stress of the “purple kool-aid” incident the previous Friday. I had pretty much had enough of the hostile work environment and actually wrote the blog piece that was misconstrued around 1am Saturday morning.
It threw me for that big of a loop. Just sat there in the cube farm all alone in the office going over and over the scenario that day.
More to come.... I have a big day tomorrow so I am cutting this short....

THE EARTH WILL BE MUCH LARGER THAN IT CURRENTLY IS NOW
Got this off FB from a gal that is a great scriptorian:
Revelation 21:16 tells us the size of the New Jerusalem:
"And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal."
One furlong is 220 yards, so 12,000 furlongs is 1500 miles. This is about the distance from Jackson County, Missouri to Salt Lake City, Utah.
John says the New Jerusalem will be this dimension high, wide, and long.
1500x1500x1500 is 3.375 BILLION cubic miles if John meant it would be a cube, or 1.77 billion cubic miles if it's a sphere (globe).
The earth itself is currently 260 billion cubic miles.
On a related note, I was reading through some Q and A between Joseph Fielding (asking) and Parley P. Pratt (answering), where Parley said that the earth in the Millennium will be "many times larger than it is now".

Ques. 7th.—How can the stars fall from heaven to earth, when they (as far as we know) are much larger than the earth?
Ans.—We are nowhere given to understand that all the stars will fall or even many of them: but only “as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs when she is shaken with a mighty wind.” The stars which will fall to the earth, are fragments, which have been broken off from the earth from time to time, in the mighty convulsions of nature. Some in the days of Enoch, some perhaps in the days of Peleg, some with the ten tribes, and some at the crucifixion of the Messiah. These all must be restored again at the “times of restitution of all things .” This will restore the ten tribes of Israel; and also bring again Zion, even Enoch’s city.
It will bring back the tree of life which is in the midst of the paradise of God; that you and I may partake of it. [See Rev. ii, 7-] When these fragments, (some of which are vastly larger than the present earth) are brought back and joined to this earth,it will cause a convulsion of all nature; the graves of the Saints will be opened, and they rise from the dead; while the mountains will flow down, the vallies rise, the sea retire to its own place, the islands and continents will be removed, and earth be rolled together as a scroll. The earth will be many times larger than it is now.—“If I have told you of earthly things and ye believe not; what would you think if you were to be told of heavenly things ?"
(The Latter-day Saint Millennial Star, January 1841, No. 1, Vol. 2, pg 258)

MINERAL HARDER THAN DIAMOND FOUND IN ISRAEL
Folks, this is not commercially viable for construction, from the sounds of it, but I have just been reading the 5th Anniversary Edition of Visions of Glory and it does mention the large vein in British Columbia that is hugely viable and will be used to build the NJ temple.
If you have not read the 5th Anno edition, I STRONGLY recommend it. There is a TON of info in it on how the people and earth progress from lesser to higher states and how and why the Lord dispatches with the wicked as he eventually had to in the days of Noah.
I have had children struggle with the concept of God dispatching with His children in the days of Noah. The thing that is overlooked is that they were given a chance over hundreds of years to go over to Enoch’s camp and be saved. Noah was just a side story, as well as the flood.
In this case, Joseph was sent before the fire for the same purpose. The NJ, with those 144K ministrants; the same thing.
