This just makes me sick to read this, for I know how much evil is perpetrated under this guise. The Book of Mormon teaches that these things exist, and that we need to be in a state of mourning when these things become general amongst us.
I would guess that we (if our course is not radically altered by intervention), can expect to see this openly being done within a generation. Oaths made against the moon and stars (dark things, compared to the light of day) and out to the seventh generation (think of Cain - the father of all dark combinations)....... Makes me nauseous - just reading it.
May the Lord wipe this from the face of the earth, that we may enjoy 1,000 years, free from the clutches of evil.
The greatest law within God's kingdom (other than to love Him), is to take care of our brother in need. When we fail to do the very basics of Consecration, we fall under judgement of the same kind that affected those in Abraham's day. We rejected the higher (Terrestrial Law) long ago and now, generally speaking, find ourselves wrapt in Babylon and cloaked in the most grievous form of materialism that exists. For this sin, most of what we have will be taken from us in the trials that come amongst us.
Sexual sin which flies in the face of the first commandment given in the Garden of Eden, is serious, to be sure. But, this sin of not caring for the least in the Kingdom and being obsessed with materialism, is far greater.

I was not alive during the buildup to the Vietnam War, but this sounds awfully similar to what I have read that occurred then.

I awoke to this on the news. We got a late start and got detained at the border by an overzealous border guard who refused to listen to me as I explained our situation in the middle of the night. I heard the news on the radio as I waited for the day shift. When he came in and asked why we had moved to Canada, my response was that we had prayed about it and were told to do it.
In the course of our conversation, I told him that something big was about to happen to the US soon. He pretty much waived us on through. Never establish eye contact with a crazy man...... You can always get out of a situation by playing the crazy. Clinger (from MASH) was my model.
Anyway, we got the race rioting we need for the beginning of the collapse. Let it begin.... Please, let's just get on with it. I love stability - and I realize that what is coming will erase life as we know it - but I crave the "other side" of the badness more than I crave continuing with the current madness.

Hungary’s Viktor Orban: Washington’s New Enemy Image
Hungary and
its populist nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban have come into the
cross-hairs of Washington’s political elites. His sin? Not buckling
under to the often destructive diktats of the Brussels EU Commission;
attempting to define a Hungarian national identity. But his cardinal sin
is his deepening relationship with Russia and his defiance of
Washington in signing an agreement with Gazprom for bringing the Russian
South Stream gas pipeline into the EU via Hungary.
Orban has
himself undergone a political journey since he was elected as Hungary’s
second-youngest Prime Ministers in 1998. Back then he oversaw the entry
of Hungary along with Poland and the Czech Republic into NATO over
Russia’s protest, and into the EU. As Prime Minister during far more
prosperous economic times in the EU, Orban cut taxes, abolished
university tuition for qualified students, expanded maternity benefits,
and attracted German industry with low-cost Hungarian labor. One of his
American “advisers” then was James Denton, linked with the Color
Revolution Washington NGO, Freedom House. Orban seemed the darling of
Washington’s neo-cons. In 2001 he was given the neoconservative American
Enterprise Institute’s Freedom Award.
But in 2010 after six
years in the opposition, Orban returned, this time with a resounding
majority for his Fidesz-Hungarian Civic Union Party, Fidesz for short.
In fact Fidesz won a 68% supermajority in Parliament, giving it the
necessary votes to alter the Constitution and pass new laws, which it
did. Ironically, in a case of the pot calling the kettle black, the
United States Obama Administration and the European Parliament for
placing too much power in the hands of Fidesz. Orban was accused by
Daniel Cohn-Bendit of the European Greens of making Hungary on the model
of Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez. He was definitely not playing by the
approved Brussels Rulebook for politically submissive EU politicians.
Fidesz began to be demonized in EU media as the Hungarian version of
United Russia and Orban as the Hungarian Putin. That was in 2012.
Now
its getting alarming for the Atlanticists and their EU followers. Orban
has defied EU demands to stop construction of Russia’s important South
Stream gas pipeline.
Russia’s South Stream gas pipeline would
guarantee EU gas together with German-Russian Nord Stream that could
bypass the war in Ukraine something Washington bitterly opposes for
obvious reasons
Last January Orban’s government announced a € 10
billion deal with the Russian state nuclear energy company to refurbish
Hungary’s only nuclear power plant at Paks, originally built during the
Soviet era with Russian technology.
That caused some attention in
Washington. Similarly when Orban criticized the United States this past
summer for failing to ultimately resolve the global financial crisis
its banks and its lax regulation caused, and praised China, Turkey and
Russia as better models. He declared in words not too different from
what I have often used that Western democracies, “will probably be
incapable of maintaining their global competitiveness in the upcoming
decades and will instead be scaled down unless they are capable of
changing themselves significantly.” In addition, Orban’s government
managed to free Hungary from decades of devastating IMF bondage. In
August 2013, the Hungarian Economic Ministry announced that it had,
thanks to a “disciplined budget policy,” repaid the remaining €2.2
billion owed to the IMF. No more onerous IMF-forced state privatizations
or conditionalities. The head of the Hungarian Central Bank then
demanded the IMF close its offices in Budapest. In addition, echoing
Iceland, the State Attorney General brought charges against the
country’s three previous prime ministers because of the criminal amount
of debt into which they plunged the nation. That’s a precedent that
surely causes cold sweat in some capitals of the EU or Washington and
Wall Street.
While this is not an LDS perspective, it is interesting nonetheless because it shows what happens to those are too connected to things and this world to rise above after this mortal journey is over.
Imagine if the grid dropped now. Most would freeze to death within just a few days (at least right now). Most cannot handle very basic infrastructure changes.
This is a very real threat. If you are China, you do not invest millions into the study of the other nation's infrastructure unless you have nefarious plans.
Two Russian strategic bombers circled the U.S. island of Guam last
week in what U.S. defense officials say is the latest in a series of
nuclear provocations by Moscow.
The bombers were identified by air defenses as Tu-95 Bear H
nuclear-capable aircraft that circumnavigated the strategic U.S.
military outpost on Friday—amid heightened tensions with Moscow
regarding a new buildup of Russian forces in and along the border of
eastern Ukraine.
“U.S. Pacific Command can confirm that two aircraft circumnavigated
Guam on November 13th,” said spokesman Maj. Christian Devine. “The
aircraft were flying safely in international airspace and in accordance
with international norms; as such, the decision was made to not
intercept them.”
Friday’s flights were the second time in the past two years that
Russia conducted unusual long-range bomber missions around the island.
Two Tu-95s circled the island on Feb. 12, 2013 and were intercepted by
F-15 jets.
The latest bomber flights around the island, located 4,000 miles
west of Hawaii, appeared timed to coincide with the G-20 summit in
Brisbane, Australia and come amid new tensions with Russia over Ukraine.
The flights took place a day before President Obama arrived in
Brisbane for the summit where he met with Russian President Vladimir
Putin.
The president told reporters Sunday he had a “businesslike and blunt”
exchange with Putin on Ukraine, and urged the Russian leader to
“resolve the issue.” Russia’s military forcibly annexed Ukraine’s Crimea
and is threatening military action in support of pro-Moscow rebels in
eastern Ukraine.
The flights also came after Moscow announced plans to conduct
long-range strategic bomber flights over the Gulf of Mexico and the
Caribbean. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said Nov. 12 that “we
have to maintain [Russia's] military presence in the western Atlantic
and eastern Pacific, as well as the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico,”
adding that dispatches of bombers would be “part of the drills.”
Shoigu said the flights are “connected to the situation in Ukraine,
with the emerging anti-Russia inclinations on the part of NATO and the
increasing foreign military presence in the immediate vicinity of our
borders.”
Guam is the U.S. military’s most important strategic hub in the Asia
Pacific and the key base for the Pentagon’s new “Air Sea Battle” concept
that calls for closer coordination of Air Force and Navy forces to
counter China.
The Air Force regularly deploys B-52 and B-2 bombers to Guam and the long-range Global Hawk drone also operates from the island.
The War is Boring blog reported Nov. 9 that the new RQ-170 Sentinel
spy drone was photographed at the island’s Anderson Air Force Base.
The Navy has deployed three attack submarines to Guam and plans to add a fourth as part of the so-called Asia pivot.
The 2013 Russian bomber incursion around Guam came shortly before President Obama’s state of the union message.
Russia in recent years has stepped up aerial incursions into U.S. air
defense zones in both the western and eastern coasts. One bomber
incursion near Canada’s east coast was assessed by U.S. intelligence
agencies as a practice for a nuclear cruise missile strike on the United
States.
The closest encounter came in June when two bombers came within 50
miles of California in what military officials said was the nearest
Russian strategic aircraft had flown since the Cold War.
“The nuclear bomber provocations have been going on since 2007 but
clearly have reached an unprecedented level in 2014,” said Mark
Schneider, a former Pentagon official involved in strategic nuclear
policy.
“We had better start taking these activities and Russian nuclear
strategy seriously and take actions that enhance our nuclear deterrent,
or we risk a serious miscalculation on Putin’s part that could result in
a major war,” said Schneider, now with the National Institute for
Public Policy.
Propeller-driven Bear H bombers are relatively old aircraft but are
equipped with Kh-55SM cruise missiles. The missile can be armed with
nuclear or conventional warheads and have a range of up to 1,800 miles.
Putin was given a harsh welcome at the Brisbane summit, which ended
Sunday. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper told Putin at the
meeting, “I guess I’ll shake your hand, but I have only one thing to say
to you: You need to get out of Ukraine.”
Putin left the summit early but denied the departure was related to
foreign leaders’ opposition to Russian intervention in Ukraine.
During brief encounters at an earlier summit in Beijing and the one
in Australia, Obama told Putin that Russia should abide by the September
peace agreement reached in Belarus on Ukraine and voiced concerns about
a Russian military buildup in eastern Ukraine, White House Press
Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters Nov.13.
On Sunday in Australia, Obama accused the Russians of violating the
Belarus accord by supplying arms to rebels in eastern Ukraine.
The Bear bomber flights followed earlier aerial provocations over
Europe in late October, prompting NATO interceptor jets to shadow
Russian bombers as they flew along Europe’s northern coast as far south
as Portugal.
The Russian aircraft were supposed to fly through the Mediterranean
where they would have been refueled by aerial tankers that had been
deployed to Egypt’s Cairo International Airport. But the longer flights
were called off, U.S. and NATO officials said.
Adm. John Kirby, the Pentagon’s press spokesman, voiced concerns
about the Russian flights over Europe. “We certainly don’t see these
increased flights and activity as helpful to the security situation in
Europe,” Kirby told reporters.
“Clearly they pose a potential risk of escalation.”
Russia under Putin, a former KGB political police and intelligence
service official, has increased its nuclear saber rattling in recent
months. In August, the Russian leader warned the West not to “mess” with
a nuclear-armed Russia.
Russia’s Pravda, the Russian Federation Communist Party newspaper,
reported Nov. 11 that Moscow is preparing a “nuclear surprise” for NATO:
A vast numerical superiority over NATO in numbers of tactical nuclear
weapons.
“Here is another surprise, the report said. “As for tactical nuclear
weapons, the superiority of modern-day Russia over NATO is even
stronger.”
The report said NATO has deployed 260 tactical nuclear arms in
Europe, including 200 U.S. bombs at six airbases in Germany, Italy and
Belgium.
“Russia, according to conservative estimates, has 5,000 pieces of
different classes of [theater nuclear weapons]—from Iskander warheads to
torpedo, aerial and artillery warheads,” the report said. UPDATED 8:45 a.m.: This story was updated to include
official comment from the U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM), and corrected
to reflect the PACOM spokesman’s assertion that only two Russian bombers
circumnavigated the island, and not four, as was initially reported.
I have been wondering the same things myself. I have no astronomical background or sacred rocks to take bearings from (the Navajo have been saying the same thing about their rocks not lining up with the stars like they used to). Interesting:
Every once in a while, I will think of Denver and pop over to see how he is doing. I hope the best for him and hold no ill will towards him unless he is knowingly seeking to bring people down to their destruction. On the flip side, I do hold malice and contempt for my compatriot growing up, Tal Bachman, who I believe is doing just that as one of the leading anti-Mormons of our day. I know the diet and environment that Tal was raised on (for mine was virtually one and the same), and I do not approve of how that situation is going.
I agree 100% with what Denver had to say here - most likely in response to the release of the essays on early polygamy in the Church. There is not a single reason or argument for a single person to remain in a state of ignorance. This is part of the reason I read as much as I do - and then share what I find on this rag. I like to be situationally aware, for this life is similar to going on a safari. Its best that we know what dangers lurk around us before we venture out amidst the feral beasts of the night.
Joseph Smith taught that it is critical for us to know the mysteries of
God. "Knowledge saves a man; and in the world of spirits no man can be
exalted but by knowledge." TPJS, p. 357.
"A man is saved no faster than he gets knowledge, for if he does not get
knowledge, he will be brought into captivity by some evil power in the
other world." TPJS, p. 217.
Joseph understood we are saved by gaining knowledge about God’s
mysteries. When we are ignorant of them, we cannot be saved. No one can
be saved in ignorance. It is not possible.
Joseph's knowledge mirrored what is taught and reflected in the Book of Mormon:
Alma 12: 9-11 explains:
“It is given unto many to know the mysteries of God; nevertheless
they are laid under a strict command that they shall not impart only
according to the portion of his word which he doth grant unto the
children of men, according to the heed and diligence which they give
unto him. And therefore, he that will harden his heart, the same
receiveth the lesser portion of the word; and he that will not harden
his heart, to him is given the greater portion of the word, until it is
given unto him to know the mysteries of God until he know them in full.
And they that will harden their hearts, to them is given the lesser
portion of the word until they know nothing concerning his mysteries;
and then they are taken captive by the devil, and led by his will down
to destruction. Now this is what is meant by the chains of hell.”
The definition of being taken captive by the devil is to “know nothing concerning [God’s] mysteries.”
When a person knows nothing concerning God’s mysteries, they are then “led by his [the devil’s] will down to destruction.”
When they are taken captive by their ignorance, they are then bound “by the chains of hell.”
The result of ignorance of God’s mysteries is “destruction” and
“captivity.” The ignorant will remain devoted to falsehoods, blinded
leaders, and guides who give no truthful accounts of the awful situation
faced by the ignorant because they do not understand truth.
D&C 93: 24-25: “And truth is knowledge of things as they are, and
as they were, and as they are to come; And whatsoever is more or less
than this is the spirit of that wicked one who was a liar from the
beginning.”
We must know the truth. The truth informs us how things are (now, today,
in the peril we presently face–unvarnished and in all its terrible
meaning).
The truth informs us of how things were (by accurate history, revealing
exactly what happened, without mythical or political overlay, with its
disappointments and tragedies candidly depicted).
The truth informs us of the things to come (even if the prophecies and
promises dash our hopes, crush our vanity and expose our foolishness).
Truth can be startling, but it is necessary. Without the truth it is
impossible to repent. We will never change while trusting a lie. But we
will never fail to repent when the truth is laid bare before us.
In order to take people captive, all that is required is for people to
be content with their ignorance. The greatest threat to salvation does
not come from teaching false doctrine, but instead comes from ignoring
doctrine altogether. Substituting platitudes and truisms for careful,
ponderous and solemn investigation of the deep things of God will
suffice to keep people in the chains of captivity. It isn't necessary
for the devil to convince you of lies, only for him to make you content
in your ignorance, or fearful of the search for truth.

The aim of the Alpha Lodge is 66%
illiteracy rates in the Western World by 2010, and "the destruction of
at least 70% of the globe's population by the year 2030."
It seems that it would have lasted longer than that. It was some kind of high energy event - but not so sure on the nuke thing.

This Russian scientist seemed to accurately predict our current solar trend and had some interesting
cause/effect statements that caught my eye:

I was looking at the supposed Russian satellite evidence that shows MH17 being fired on by a Russian-made jet. There is enough detail to show the airplane they used for their photoshop fakery. It shows over-wing exits and a shorter fuselage (not the length of a 777-300ER). Sorry, folks but the 777-200 was not certified with an over-wing exit. This most likely is a 767 with the over-wing exit markings, as shown. A traditional full-size over-wing door adds an incredible amount of weight to an airplane because all of the flight loads have to be transmitted from the wing into the fuselage via the skin. When you make a hole of that size in the skin, the load path must circumvent that massive cutout, so the loads become concentrated (especially at the corners of the cutout). The skin there can be 10-20 times the normal skin thickness due to stress concentrations there. So, if at all possible, the overwing doors are avoided. In the case of the 767 or 737, smaller hatches about the width of a human body are used to get the passengers out. These typically come in pairs and are somewhat effective unless people panic and then the bodies tend to pile up inside and they asphyxiate from the smoke and die before they are roasted by the actual flames (gross, eh?) in a crash and burn scenario.
Also, I did not see evidence of a flaperon that was a relatively new development on the 777 that was not on the older 767 and other wide-bodies of that era. The flaperon is a hybrid flight control surface that works as both an inboard aileron and a trailing edge flap. It sits directly behind the engine and moves within the thrust stream doing a lion-share of the roll/anti-roll work on the 777. Traditionally, the ailerons are located further outboard on the wing, and this distance from the roll axis produces a lag in roll/anti-roll response and needlessly stresses the outboard wing structure. The inboard aileron reduces these problems considerably. The outboard ailerons on the 777 are still used for secondary response and for fly-by-cable if the fly-by-wire system is not functional due to power outages or loss of hydraulics that would normally power the flaperon. That flight control is a high input "hydraulic hog" - so an alternate system was needed, probably for ETOPS certification. The flaperon is also used as a flap on landing and operates as a high-lift device with the rest of the trailing edge system one the flaps are extended on landing and takeoff. It's function as an inboard aileron is still active in that mode, doing double duty until the trailing edge system is stowed/faired for the cruise portion of the flight. So, the Ruskies screwed up on that one. Not only was their photoshopping bad, they did not make a very good case in the international media. Like Hitler proved, you can sell the public on any lie, you just have to have complete control over the media in order to do it. Here in Amerika, they have nearly got complete control of the media, excepting the internet - which is why they are attempting to control it. During the rioting in Cairo during the Arab uprising, they were able to hit the internet "kill switch" there in Cairo and shut down the ability of the protesters to communicate. Usually, we are warned to avoid the proverbial purple kool-aid. In this case, we are told to go against the proverbial wisdom...... Maybe it is no coinkydink that I recently bought about 200 kool-aid flavor packs at my local discount store where they are a dime each instead of the quarter they charge at other stores. This with some sugar, and you are set!
Apparently, the trick is to "pre-hydrate" when you think you may be coming down with a flu or other illness. If flavoring helps in that process, then drink the purple kool-aid is the conventional thinking. I thought IV would be the easiest way to get the fluids into the body, but this must be the key.
The thought occurred to me as to why Utah will have it so hard during this scourge. It will be due to lack of clean drinkable water when water mains are busted and there is general chaos. If you have 6 people in your home who all need a gallon a day (minimum), it depletes even a larger store of water pretty quickly.

The best medical advice for surviving Ebola right now might fit in one word: drink.
With
targeted drugs and vaccines at least months away, doctors and public
health experts are learning from Ebola survivors what simple steps
helped them beat the infection. Turns out drinking 4 liters (1 gallon)
or more of rehydration solution a day -- a challenge for anyone and
especially those wracked by relentless bouts of vomiting -- is crucial.
“When
people are infected, they get dry as a crisp really quickly,” said
Simon Mardel, an emergency room doctor advising the World Health
Organization on Ebola in Sierra Leone. “Then the tragedy is that they
don’t want to drink.”
Aggressive fluid replacement was deemed critical in saving two
American health-care workers with Ebola at the Emory University Hospital
in Atlanta, according to a study
published in the New England Journal of Medicine last week. Interviews
Mardel and WHO colleagues conducted with six of the dozen patients who
survived Ebola in Nigeria, where the fatality ratio was much lower, also
point to the importance of drinking. Ada Igonoh, a doctor who caught
Ebola in late July while working at the First Consultants Hospital in
Lagos, said she took oral rehydration salts, or ORS, mixed in water as
soon her gastrointestinal symptoms started -- even before her Ebola
diagnosis. Once hospitalized, she trawled the Internet on her iPad for
insights from survivors.

Studying in Seclusion
“I knew that in diarrheal
diseases, shock from dehydration is the number one cause of death,”
Igonoh said in an e-mail. “From my research on Ebola while in isolation,
I found that to be true.”
The WHO shared transcripts of
interviews with Igonoh and five other Ebola survivors with the patients’
permission to provide insight into clinical experiences and management.
Igonoh also answered follow-up questions in a direct e-mail.
Patients in Liberia lost 5 liters of fluid a day from diarrhea alone, doctors treating cases there wrote in a Nov. 5 paper in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Severe
fluid loss can cause a type of shock that prevents the heart from
pumping enough blood to the body, eventually leading to multiple organ
failure.
“As I took the ORS and treated dehydration, it provided
me with energy, and my immune system was able to battle the virus,”
29-year-old Igonoh said.
Simple Message
Patients
become “stunningly dehydrated” because they don’t feel like eating or
drinking in the early stages of the illness, and then later they lose
liters of fluid from profuse sweating, vomiting and diarrhea, according
to Mardel.
“You don’t want to drink, then you’re too weak,” he said in a
telephone interview from Freetown. “In the last stage, you’re in shock
and your gut has shut down.”
Mardel has worked on medical aid and emergency relief operations for 30 years, including responding to outbreaks of Lassa fever in Sierra Leone, Ebola in Uganda and Marburg virus disease in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Mortality
could be reduced by delivering a simple message about the importance of
taking fluids and picking the right painkillers, he said. Paracetamol, the active ingredient in Panadol, is the preferred medication for pain and fever, and picking others such as aspirin and ibuprofen can worsen bleeding, he said.
“We
will halve the mortality by firstly just stopping anti-inflammatories
and giving hydration, and really pushing it,” Mardel said. “I want every
man and woman in Sierra Leone to know this. I want sports personalities
to be talking about it. I want everybody to be talking about it.”
Ebola Blueprint
In
Nigeria, 40 percent of those known to have been infected died. Across
the rest of West Africa, the fatality rate is about 70 percent.
Nigeria’s
success in stopping Ebola shows how the virus can be stamped out and is
a blueprint for other developing countries at risk of the disease, the
WHO said after declaring Africa’s most-populous nation Ebola-free last
month.
Liberian-American Patrick Sawyer introduced
Ebola to Nigeria in July when he arrived on a flight to Lagos, a city
with an estimated 21 million people, according to the WHO. In addition
to Sawyer, five health workers and the protocol officer who received him
at the airport died of Ebola, according to Nigeria’s health ministry.
Twelve survived.
Learning from their experience and putting
those lessons to use in other West African countries is key, because too
many patients arrive at treatment centers severely parched and
difficult to salvage, Mardel said.
Spurning Care
Patients typically seek medical aid after five days of illness, according to a study of Ebola cases in Conakry also published Nov. 5 in the New England Journal of Medicine.
“Over
eight to 10 days of illness, you will need possibly 40 liters of
fluid,” Mardel said. “Day after day, if you’re not getting that, we
can’t suddenly give you 20 liters to catch up.”
A fluid deficit and “profound electrolyte derangement” appears to increase the risk of death, the WHO said in a Nov. 6 statement.
In that document, the Geneva-based agency recommended intravenous
rehydration. Not everyone agrees that that delivery route is the best
way to go. Oral rehydration, which is taken up in the gut, seems to help
patients maintain a better balance of electrolytes, according to
Mardel.
Don’t Gulp
Most intravenous rehydration fluids
also don’t have much potassium, calcium, or magnesium, doctors at Emory
University Hospital wrote in their journal article last week. They
recommend supplementing oral rehydration with all three, especially in
patients with large-volume diarrhea.
Still, drinking has its
challenges. Patients must overcome recurring nausea, as well as
debilitating joint pain that can make gripping and movement difficult.
Ebola
survivor Fadipe Akinniyi Emmanuel, another doctor at the First
Consultants Hospital where Igonoh works, said gulping down the
rehydration solution made him sick.
“Each time I attempted to
take the ORS, I vomited,” he told the WHO, according to the transcript.
Eventually, Emmanuel found he could keep down 4 liters of fluids a day
by taking frequent, small sips between bouts of nausea.
‘Most Important Thing’
Rehydration
is “the single most important thing” in the management of Ebola,
Emmanuel said in an e-mailed response to questions.
“It really
helped restore what I was losing when I was stooling and vomiting
relentlessly,” said the 29-year-old doctor, who still suffers occasional
joint pain and stiffness as a result of his past Ebola infection.
Flavoring
the liquid also helps. The granules that Emmanuel’s colleague Igonoh
took at home were orange-flavored and much more pleasant than the
flavorless kind she was given in the hospital, she said.
“I had to mentally force myself,” she said, according to the transcript.
Igonoh
used less of the rehydration salts per liter of water than recommended
because a more diluted brew was easier to stomach, helping her to
increase her intake, she said.
“You don’t want to drink
anything,” Igonoh said. “You are too weak.” That’s when morale is key,
said the doctor, who now sports a shaved head after the viral illness
caused most of her hair to fall out. “You should be able to tell
yourself, no matter how many people die, you are going to survive. And
you will survive.”

The Millennium is ushered in. Satan is bound for 1,000 years. Satan is release for a small season at the
end of the 1,000 years for one final test and then he is bound forever.
Temples are open 24/7 for 1,000 years as people prepare for
the final judgment, reconnect family lines, and work on spiritual progression.
Final judgment takes place.
The souls who did not come forth in the first resurrection, come forth
now.
Assignments are made to the three degrees of glory.
Mormon Apostle Orson Hyde made these statements: "It
will be borne in mind that once on a time, there was a marriage in Cana
of Galilee; . . .no less a person than Jesus Christ was married on that
occasion. If he was never married, his intimacy with Mary and Martha, and the other Mary also whom Jesus loved, must have been highly unbecoming and improper to say the least of it."
"I
will venture to say that if Jesus Christ were now to pass thought the
most pious countries in Christendom with a train of women, such as used
to follow him, . . .he would be mobbed, tarred, and feathered, and rode,
not on as ass, but on a rail."
"At
this doctrine the long-faced hypocrite and the sanctimonious bigot will
probably cry, blasphemy! . . . Object not, therefore, too strongly
against the marriage of Christ." ( Journal of Discourses, Vol. 4, pages

"When
Mary of old came to the sepulcher. . .she saw two angels in white. and
they said unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She said unto them, Because
they have take away my Lord, OR HUSBAND, and I know not where they have

In 1853 the following appeared in the Mormon church paper, the Millennial Star: ".
. .we apprehend that even greater troubles than these may arise before
mankind learn all the particulars of Christ's incarnation-how and by
whom he was begotten; the character of the relationships formed by the
act; the number of wives and children he had. . ." (The Millennial Star,
Vol 15, page 825)
Statement by Brigham Young, second prophet of the LDS church: "The
Scripture says that He, the Lord, came walking in the Temple, with "HIS
TRAIN; I do not know who they were, unless his wives and children;"
(Journal of Discourses, Vol. 13. page 309).
Money represents value exchanged for work and goods and services. You cannot devalue that like some kind of cheesy gambling (stock market) debt...... Seriously - stuff like this will fuel the next revolution!!

legislation that will fulfill this program, creating a new paradigm
where banks no longer recognize your deposits as money, but as
liabilities and securitized capital owned and controlled by the bank or
institution."
They are getting ready to collapse it and bring in the NWO financial scheme. Not that I am obsessed with my money, or anything - it is a means to an end - but I do not believe in ripping people off just because I can get away with it.....
Elder Oaks in the April 2004 General Conference encouraged all members of the Church throughout the world to "accelerate our own preparation and try to influence the preparation of those around us."
The general authorities over the past years have been letting us know

forward to the instruction that shall come to them from the First
Presidency of this Church as to where they shall be gathered
and not be disturbed in their feelings until such instruction is given

This people know enough to be righteous, honest, pure, and virtuous;
and those who will not practice that which they know to be good will
become habituated to folly and vice, just in the same way that men
became habituated to using tobacco, to stealing, drinking, and lying.

then men be pure inside and out; they must be for God, or they will

President Eyring says this in his 1997 General Conference talk called
"Safety in Counsel." The church has posted this talk 3 times in the
Ensign.
The talk starts out about the warnings of the prophets, standing on
safe ground, having listening ears and reaching out to others. The very
last paragraph of the talk says:
"We are blessed to live in a time when the priesthood keys are on the earth. We are blessed to know where to look and how to listen for the voice that will fulfill the promise of the Lord that He willgather us to safety.
I pray that we will have humble hearts, that we will listen, that we
will pray, and that we will wait for the deliverance of the Lord that is
sure to come as we are faithful."
Interesting enough, he
refers to Haun's Mill in this talk and many other things. I would
highly recommend that you carefully read it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

31. Adam and Even have to leave the Garden of Eden to start a new
life. The pattern was set when Adam and Eve were sent out of the garden
of Eden and into the wilderness, a journey that must have been quite
an education in the school of hard knocks. 32. Hyrum Smith
received a revelation saying his life was in danger and to move his
family from Palmyra to Colesville, N.Y. He packed that night and left
the next morning. "Life of Joseph Smith by His Mother" 33. Father
Smith's life was in jeapordy. He was warned to flee but didn't leave
soon enough and was thrown into prison where he spent a month. After his
release he immediately moved his family to Waterloo, NY and most of
the Smith family would never see Palmyra again. "Life of Joseph Smith
by his Mother" 34. Joseph and Emma flee Palmyra with the gold plates to live in Harmony, PA. 35. Joseph flees from Harmony to Colesville or Fayette?
36. No sooner had the early saints settled themselves with good herds
and good homes in Salt Lake City, UT than they were called to leave it
all and settle St. George, Arizona and other places in between. One
group of great grandparents were called to St. George to settle there
and then again were called to colonize Arizona making 3 callouts. 37. The saints fleeing U.S. marshalls into Mexico to save their families. 38. Moroni flees the rest of his life from the Lamanites.
39. Zoramites find out which people believe Alma's and Amulek's words
and cast them out of the land. They go to Jerson. Alma 35:6-9. Verse 14
"Those who repented were driven out of the land." 40. Peter, James, and John, "And straight way they forsook their nets and followed him." Mark 1:16-18 41. Jesus fleeing Nazareth when they tried to kill him, never to return to his home town.
42. Omar is warned to flee because Akish and his secret band are going
to kill him so Akish can marry Jared's daughter and give Jared the
kingdom. Ether 9:3 43. The people in the city Moroni fled to the city Nephihah. Alma 51:24 44. Jacob fled when Simeon his son killed those who had abducted his daughter Dinah.
45. Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, fled with "the residue of
the people of God" and "came out from the land, which was called
Shulon, and dwelt in a land of promise..." Moses 6:17 46. 2000
strippling preschoolers left the Order of Nehor and Amulon to be taught
by their mothers following the missionary Ammon. 47. The saints at Haun's Mill were told to leave by Joseph Smith.
48. And the prophet did send out a letter to the nations calling for
the Jews to return to Jerusalem. If they had listened they would have
been spared the holocaust. 49. The saints fled from Johnston's Army back in Brigham Young's day.
I would challenge you as you read the scriptures especially the Bible
and Book of Mormon to pay attention every time someone is leaving and
going to the wilderness or somewhere else to live. Make a note as to
who is leaving; it is usually the righteous party who is leaving. _______________________________________________________________________________
There is also another pattern the Lord has followed in the scriptures.
He usually gathers his people out during the spring or the fall and
either around or on the holy days. All the holy days occur during the
spring (March -May) and during the fall (Sept - Nov.) time. For
example, the Israelites left on the night of passover which is during
the springtime. They were also only given a 72 hour time frame to
escape. Keep in mind that general conference is in the spring and in
the fall as well. And, the solaces within the universe always occur
during this time too. Here is a thread about it.
President Hinckley's General Conference talk of October 2001 (Living
the Fullness of Times), he told the church "The Vision of Joel has been
fulfilled."
Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.
Joel 2:29 "And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit."
This happened in the New Testament as well when Agabus prophesied of a
coming famine that would be especially hard on the members in
Jerusalem. Now, Peter and Paul did not receive this information. At the
time, Peter was at the head of the church and Paul was an apostle. The
members heeded his forewarning by preparing and sending invaluable aid
to those members in Jerusalem by the hand of Paul and Barnabus. Agubus
was called a prophet, not because of his church calling (which we do
not know what that was) but because he had the gift of prophesy. He
also later prophesied of Paul’s imprisonment and death. He was not
rebuked but was believed and sustained by them.
Many people
are having visions and dreams about this gathering that is coming. Here
is just a brief summary of what they are seeing:
They see a
call coming from the prophet to the bishops and through the proper
priesthood channels letting you know it is time to leave. Then, the
trucks come to pick up the food storage in the early hours of the
night. After the food and possibly supplies are loaded onto the trucks.
Then, you are told where to go. Now, every area may be different so
some may leave in individual cars, or meet and leave in groups,
caravans and so forth. I'm just giving you a general overview of what
they are seeing.
If you look at the 2010 March Ensign page 58, it kind of gives a hint
to the gathering coming. The article is called "Safe In His Hand."
Notice what the article says at the top of the page. It says:
God warned Noah of the flood and told the righteous how to escape.
God told Joseph in Egypt of the coming famine and how to prepare. That
same god speaks today through His prophets, giving counsel that brings
peace and safety when followed.
This original article was only half of a page in the actual 2010 March
Ensign but the church has added a historic timeline and a whole bunch
of preparedness quotes from all the prophets. I would recommend you
take a look at the quote from President Hunter that is posted with the
article on the church website. It says:
“Knowing what we
know, and living as we are supposed to live, there really is no place,
no excuse, for pessimism and despair....
“I promise you in
the name of the Lord whose servant I am that God will always protect
and care for his people. We will have our difficulties the way every
generation and people have had difficulties. But with the gospel of
Jesus Christ, you have every hope and promise and reassurance. The Lord has power over his Saints and will always prepare places of peace, defense, and safety for his people. When we have faith in God we can hope for a better world—for us personally, and for all mankind.”

On September 12, 2010 in a 150+ Stakes in a Provo Stake Conference
which involved over a half million members. Elder Holland gave a talk
about the faith of the pioneers who were called by the prophet to move
and settle new areas south of Salt Lake and other states. He spoke of 2
specific examples of early pioneers who were called by a prophet to
move and settle into new areas outside of Salt Lake. He went through
their tremendous struggles and difficulties that they had to endure. He
says:
"The fundamental driving force in these stories is
faith. Rock ribbed, furnace refined, event filled, spiritually girded
faith that this is the truth...the very church and kingdom of God on
earth. And, when you're called, you go. Build your faith so you have a reservoir to call upon when tasks, challenges and demands come."
Elder Packer in the same conference said that "Elder Holland and others talked about the pioneer days. They had the easy part. From now on it’s going to be different and it’s going to be rougher...when
you think of the hole in the rock or rocky ridge, or the other places
where the pioneers served. In many ways, their part was easier than our
part is going to be." The speakers at this conference were Elder
Packer, Elder Holland, Elder Snow and Sister Beck. _______________________________________________________________________________
"I have been praying for some guidance on tent cities. My answer came
as I was serving. I was preparing to train several new Relief Society
Presidencies and went to the LDS website to download some training
videos. I had attended these training sessions for Stake Relief Society
Presidencies with Sister Julie Beck and was happy to see them available
for us to use or for that matter any one on lds.org to view. But there
was one video on Self Reliance that I hadn't seen before. I began
playing it and was surprised to hear her talk about TENTS!
The video is inspiring and gives you such hope for the hard times
because the Lord is planning for us if we just do our little part (which
seems to include every family having a tent). I highly recommend you
watch it as a testimony how we don't need to be scared because the Lord
has always taken care of his people who have been faithful.
Here is exactly what Julie Beck says when she is talking about tents in the "Self Reliance" links:
"I have a sense and a feeling as we have watched some of these
disasters in the world, that this is a time for us to learn and prepare
from these experiences. Sister Thompson gave a testimony of that, and
the preparation happens in our own homes. There
are not enough tents in the world to furnish every person with a tent
unless the members of the church have a tent in their own homes...a
simple thing like that. And then the storehouse is pressed
down, heaped over and running over in our own homes. Some of you have
student apartments, how prepared are you? If an earthquake or economic
disaster happened, would you have enough water to drink for 24 hours?
Would you be able to get by until help could come to you. Those are the
kind of the things we need to be thinking about in our day and time,
the Lord expects us to do our little part and then He can bring on the
miracles and then we don't need to fear."... _________________________________________________________________________________
Cleon Skousen in his book called "Cleansing of America." On page 5, it says:
"This last phrase, "I will bring the fullness of my gospel from among
them," has always meant removing God's people and especially the
missionaries from among them. Once God has gathered out his people from the midst of the wicked, God's cleansing will be imminent."
Then, he goes on to talk about the plagues and scourges that will come. You may want to read pages 5-20.
When a person understands the scriptures that talk about the last-days
scenarios, they know that the Lord in control. The destruction of the
wicked, which is carried about by a very wicked and conceited man is
the Lord’s left hand in fulfilling the promise of destruction of the
wicked in the last days. He acts under the Lord’s direction…while
thinking he is doing it himself. But before the work of destruction
takes place, the Lord (through His Prophet, who is the Lord’s right
hand) leads His righteous covenant people out on an exodus - because he
has promised protection to those who have kept their covenant.
This is what the Book of Isaiah teaches us. The destruction is going
to happen. There is nothing we can do to prevent it - short of
converting the world. But the Lord has promised to save his covenant
people. In that process, the righteous will be tried, tested and
refined - thus preparing them for the 2nd Coming and to rise up to a
higher spiritual level - and become a Zion people. The chapters of
Isaiah that appear in the Book of Mormon teach all about this -
especially the 1st chapters of Isaiah that appear in the B of M (Isaiah
40, or 1st Nephi 20).
There are many indicators throughout
Isaiah that tell the story of the time of trouble, and time of
destruction -- and of the exodus that takes place just before the
destruction. The essence of this teaching is that the Lord is bound to
protect His people who have kept their covenants -- thus He will lead
them out on an exodus, just before the destruction. Isaiah is very
impressed with what happened to King Hezekiah -- and he structures his
entire book around this central idea. In chapter 37, the Assyrians
surround Jerusalem with their army’s and threaten to destroy the city.
Isaiah tells righteous King Hezekiah not to worry. During the night, an
angel kills all 185,000 soldiers. The reason: the people have fulfilled
the terms of the Davidic covenant, and the Lord was bound to protect
them. Isaiah included this story in his book to show that the Lord
really will save his covenant people, by leading them out on an Exodus
prior to the destruction.
All the scriptoriums who really
study the scriptures will tell you that the Lord will gather out his
people. It is a common pattern that the Lord uses all throughout time
and scripture. The Lord NEVER makes the wicked leave. It is usually
ALWAYS the righteous who have to leave. (only 1 time did the righteous
not have to leave which is in the Book of Mormon during the 3 days of
darkness just before Christ appeared) But, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER HAVE THE WICKED LEFT. ________________________________________________________________________________
Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, April 2011 General Conference, "An Ensign to the Nations" pg. 113 May Ensign
In the 2011 spring conference President Holland in the Sunday afternoon session 2nd to last talk said:
"Brothers and sisters, in general conference we offer our testimonies
in conjunction with other testimonies that will come, because one way
or another God will have his voice heard. "I sent you out to testify
and warn the people," the Lord has said to his prophets.
"And
after your testimony cometh the testimony of earthquakes,....of
thundering,....lightnings, and....tempests, and the voice of the waves
of the sea heaving themselves beyond their bounds..."
"And angels shall...[cry] with a loud voice, sounding the trump of God."
Now, these mortal angels come to this pulpit have, each in his or her
own way, sounded "the trump of God." Every sermon given is always, by
definition, both a testimony of love and a warning, even as nature
herself will testify with love and a warning in the last days." ___________________________________________________________________________________
Pay attention to what the general authorities say about the priesthood
protecting you and your families in the last days. For example, Elder
Packer in the April 2010 General Conference gave a talk called “The
Power of the Priesthood.” This is in the May 2010 Ensign on page 9 and
he says “There will be times when all that stands as a shield between
your family and the adversary’s mischief will be that power.”
Also, let's look to the scriptures on being prepared. The parable of
the ten virgins is repeatedly used and referred to over and over again
by the prophets and apostles. What was the difference between the two
groups? One group was prepared and the other group was not. It was that simple.
The group that was prepared moved on to meet and be with the Lord.
And, the other group did not which became a brutal reality to their
disobedience. We have had over 100+ years to prepare and have basic
food storage for ourselves and our families. So, don't be surprised if
food storage is used as a criterion to being gathered out because
either you have been obedient or you have not. You can bluff your way
through a temple recommend but you can't bluff your way through food
storage.
The scriptures also say that the Lord shut the door on Noah’s Ark. (Genesis 7:16)
“And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.”
This means Noah couldn't have opened the door if he wanted to because
he did not know how it got closed. By the Lord gathering out his saints
with food storage, it keeps them relatively safe and free from the
hands of others who did not and sharing with those who did. Possibly,
living some form of the law of consecration.
Also, keep in
mind that during Noah’s time it had never rained. The mist from the
ground always watered the vegetation. The same thing applies to our day.
This country has never been without any food. When there is no food,
ones entire sociology changes to only self survival and will do
unspeakable things to satisfy their hunger even cannibalism which will
happen.
On the front cover of the March 2009 Ensign;
there was a picture of one of the Ten Virgins filling her lamp with
oil. In the September 2009 Ensign on page 66, there is an entire
article to newlyweds to get their food storage in and suggestions on
how to do this. They are being encouraged to get their 3 month supply
of food. If you are paying attention, you can quietly see them telling
us to get it in. There was an article in the January, March, July,
September and November 2009 Ensigns. In 2010, there were articles in
the January & June issues. In 2011, there are articles in the
March, June & September issues.
Not only did the ten
virgins have a criterion of having oil in their lamps, the pioneers did
as well. Joseph Smith told the saints of his time to store 18 months
worth of food and many did not listen. Brigham Young not only told them
to store food but gave them a list of items that they were to have.
A criterion
was placed on the first group of pioneers that left with Brigham
Young. They had to have all the items on the list that he gave them and
their 18 months of stored food.
Those who had been obedient
left with Brigham Young which was the first group of pioneers. You
hardly ever hear about their hardships because not only were they
prepared but traveled in relative peace and safety. They only had a few
casualties. In contrast, you sure do hear about all the other groups
that left afterwards because they weren't prepared.
I don’t have the exact quote yet. But Joseph Smith says that the Lord
will come to his people in peace which is in the beginning of the
seventh seal and he comes to the world in wrath which is at the end of
the seventh seal. From what I know, he will come to his people
sometime after they get gathered out and this country is being or has
been cleansed.
Then, the righteous that make it will go forth
and spread the gospel to the world at large. And, the Lord does a
final cleansing to the world in wrath as he introduces himself to the
world at his 2nd coming. Our visit from the Lord (members of the church) and the worlds visit from the lord are two completely separate events.
I would highly recommend that you pray about these things for yourself
and do your own research. Here are some resources that you can look at
and use. I promise as time goes on you may begin to run into others
who will build upon this information as well.

PORTENT STORM= an indication of something momentous about to happen which is threatening and dire. A sign of a coming calamity.
Keep in mind that President Benson in his General Conference Report in
October 1987 said "I ask you earnestly, have you provided for your
family a year's supply of food, clothing, and where possible fuel? The
revelation to produce and store food may be as essential to our
temporal welfare today as boarding the ark was to the people in the
days of Noah."

Lagos, said she took oral rehydration salts, or ORS, mixed in water as
soon her gastrointestinal symptoms started -- even before her Ebola
diagnosis. Once hospitalized, she trawled the Internet on her iPad for
insights from survivors. 
“You don’t want to drink, then you’re too weak,” he said in a
telephone interview from Freetown. “In the last stage, you’re in shock
and your gut has shut down.”
