INTERESTING INFO ON THE RED STAR OF SOCIALISM AND SATAN'S KINGDOM

One of my favorite early Church writers, Mosiah Hancock, had many interesting things to say (CLICK ON THE COLORED TEXT FOR THE LINK TO HIS ENTIRE JOURNAL)and I have featured his writings several times on this blog. He had the following to say on the pre-existence and those who chose to follow Father's plan and those who chose to follow satan's plan:

I saw another, who seemed to be a very high military officer who arose and said: 'I will go down to yonder earth and surely I will bring all your children back to you so none of them shall be lost.'

The plan of the first was accepted as being the only sure plan for an exaltation The plan of the second was rejected with great kindness, but the second was not satisfied; and while the first stood in great humility by the side of the Father, the second with many who stood in with him, went about among the Heavenly hosts to advocate the plan, that was put forth as the rights of the second. This one was Lucifer, a son of the morning, for any had been with the Father for countless ages, and learned their lessons well, and he had been no dull scholar. Finally Lucifer openly rebelled against the Father and the Son and six other mighty ones who stood faithful with them and declared, ''I will have it my way." I saw the faithful ones gather around the Father and the Son, and Lucifer's workers gathered around him, when one of the notable ones, who was called Michael, arose and said, 'We will decide the contest' It seemed that a platform was extended into space,. upon which we could operate, by what power I could not tell. We who were faithful to the Father and the Son, had a white star upon us, and the others chose a red star, about one third of the males and females would not accept of either star, but withdrew from the conflict, the females taking the males by the arm, said, "Come, let us not take part with either side. Let us retire-" (When they were cast out after the manner of spiritual warfare,) they had no power to return. When they were all cleared from the platform and Satan and his followers were all cast down, their female companions wept, and we all wept. "

Interesting that before communism was invented, Mosiah accurately described the symbol (red star) of that hateful, usurping doctrine that is permeating and destroying the very fabric of our society - which secret combination will be the downfall of our nation in a few short years.

Here is more on the red star of socialism/communism - which is the devil's forced and coercive "sharing" counterfeit to the Law of Consecration - which will be the Millennial Law which will be in effect when the Messiah establishes his theocratic government on the earth CLICK ON THIS LINK.

May our Lord come quickly and take the trash to the curb.....

PART II - FEELING SOMEONE ELSE'S PAIN OVER LONG DISTANCES

So, previously - a few posts back, I wrote down my experiences with my first love Tawny and how I was able to feel her pain from 5500 miles away.

So, I had another experience that was equally as unusual.

After I returned from my mission to Brazil, I worked in Eastern WA making good summer wages at a vegetable processing plant. I actually worked three jobs knowing that the scholarships would cover everything but the dating dollars - and I wanted some spending cash to spend on the ladies I knew I would bump into at the happy hunting ground.... It was not to be that year, while at Moses Lake, my brother met and introduced me to Danielle. I initially fell in love with her family - they seemed to have it all together and like mother, like daughter, I was determined to marry a girl that had a good blueprint for how to make a happy well-balanced family happen. Danielle had 7 kids in her family and they lived what I thought to be the perfect existence. Our relationship went along pretty well - she at Ricks and I at BYU-Provo getting my engineering degree. If grades are any indication of how well a girl positively influences a guy, I was in good shape. I was pulling the curves in almost every class and managed straight A's all year in engineering weeder courses. Our relationship went well, but there were some maturity issues on both our parts - and her dad specifically told me she was too young to marry. The other thing that scared me was that Danielle took the whole family thing a little too seriously. She was going to bear me 12 children - and she was dead serious. I was more in the 5-7 range. I know my limits - and 12 was too many. Maybe she was just trying to scare me off - but I knew she might try and make good on her promise. I was falling for her and we had even kicked the M word around - but there were a few hurdles we could not clear and she decided she was to serve a mission (much to her dad's delight). In the meantime, I found a good friend who I swear knew every woman on campus and he took me on "the rounds" every Sunday where we would go to the women's apartments and forage for a free Sunday meal. We had an agreement: we cleaned the kitchen top to bottom after taking care of the Sunday leftovers - and we also took notice of all the cute girls we bumped into. We were praised for our cleaning details which was no big deal as we were engineers and used to detail - they were praised on their cooking skills. It was the perfect setup and ended in the marriage of me to my eternal companion. She passed all the necessary tests and cleared all the hurdles except she came from a broken home where a divorce was occurring just as we were coming together in our union. Truly sad.... It was so sad, that having heard some of the dysfunction from her family had me thinking I was going to have to let her down easy and move on to the girl behind door number three - but I actually heard a crystal clear voice in my mind say "It will be okay (stick with her)".... FREAKY stuff!! The only time that ever happened before or since.
My sweetie was born in September (I had known my sweetie would be a Sept girl since I was 16 years old and first pondered on the concept of being married). We were actually born 15 hours apart and my best man - that set me up with her was born on the same day as me - all of us in the same year. Pretty odd for three completely random people meeting up. My best man being a major player in every major thing in my life including the dream I had the night we lost our Dallin. He even found me my current job that has seen us through tough economic times. Which segues nicely into the point of this whole story.....
I had the previously posted anguishing dreams the week Tawny lost her brother in a tragic death, and in Nov 2001 I, for two weeks, had been having these anguishing tormented dreams again - but this time about Danielle. Every morning I would wake up and tell my wife and then another torturous night feeling gloom and doom over Danielle. I was convinced that something bad had happened to her - but could not ascertain what it possibly could be. My wife prodded me to call her - but I could not bring myself to do it - it would be awkward beyond words, and besides, I had no contact info and she had married a few years before that and I only knew that my brother had run into her in N. Utah at a crafts fair where her woodworking husband sold some of his works of art.

One of the problems also was that I only awoke with impressions of torment, but with no specific details of what the exact details were. My wife promised me that if I would wake her, she would record the details the next time this kind of thing happened. I was concerned enough, I agreed, but I was NOT going to make contact with Danielle. VERY awkward considering how our relationship just kind of petered out and died with a sigh.... Not very good closure, I must say.

Fast forward four and a half months. I had been given a weekly 5am Saturday morning temple assignment. I dreaded the early hours - but LOVED the chance to serve and start my weekend off right. My personal level of spirituality soared. Six weeks after serving in the temple, I had a most powerful and vivid dream. I rolled over and my wife and I woke up simultaneously. I was saying over and over "That was amazing, that was amazing...". My wife asked what it was and I told her I had just had the most incredible dream. She popped out of bed and disappeared into the office returning shortly with a tape. She popped it into the tape recorder that just happened to be next to our bed (we had just pulled it out of storage three days before to listen to some Cleon Skousen tapes the missionaries had given us - the only boom box we owned that could record). For 45 minutes I recorded the most incredible dream I had ever had - and our son had been laying dead in the next room for the past three hours. I believe he was there in the room - and the sweet spirit I was feeling was some of his presence - he is one of the greats of the Matheson line who needed only get a tabernacle of clay and move on to greater things without the need to be tried and tested in this fallen world. After recording this singular dream which we later foretold with incredible clarity three significant events that would define our lives in the future (one of which was Dallin's death), I turned off the tape and we rolled over and went to sleep until we woke up late that morning - the usual babe crying at 6am for his morning milk not having woken us as usual.....
Our little family converged on his room where we found his lifeless body - beginning the most unusual odyssey I could ever have contrived in my mind had I even scarcely believed it to be possible. One where I have a solid witness of God's interaction in our lives, where I know He lives and where I know there is life after this one and we are on a carefully guided plan to help us fill our greatest God-given potential - take my life if you must, but you cannot take that solid assurance away from me.

So - what does this have to do with Danielle? It finally (after I was able to digest the whole death of a child thing and that I wasn't just having random or coincidental dreams), I looked up her mom who still lived in the same place in Moses Lake and briefly told her of our tragedy and asked, "What happened to one of your daughters last November?". "Did something tragic or of significance happen the end of that month?" She paused - and then said that I must be referring to Danielle and I said yes, it was....

She then proceeded to tell me that around the time that my wife and I were married, Danielle (as a 21 year old woman - and on her mission in AZ) had gone through menopause and stopped ovulating completely. The woman who had wanted 12 kids became completely infertile and could no longer bear any. She gave Danielle our phone number and Danielle called a few nights later and we had a good cry together as we shared our losses - a truly surreal experience. She had met her husband and they started the treatment to kick her body out of the early onset menopause (much as they would one of these ladies who is 60 and decides she would like to have a baby). The doctors kept increasing the dosages of medicine until the doctor told her it would end up killing her before she could have a baby of her own. The levels were 5x what it would take to kick the 60 year old back into a fertile state. She was left with an empty minivan (she had bought with the idea she and her husband would fill it) - and no children. A tragedy as great as having and then losing one of her own - a true state of mourning. Once again, I had felt someone's pain from a great distance - that strange non-verbal soul to soul communication at work. I cannot explain it - but it is fascinating beyond words. I understand the communication with Danielle - we had professed our love to each other and I wonder what the long-term interactions between her and I will be. I found out after marrying my wife (who made the genealogical connections through a common friend), that all three girls who made the top of the list while I was at BYU were all descended from a common ancestor who was hanging out with my common ancestor on the Willey-Martin handcart company disaster. I truly was supposed to marry into that line - I am sure of it. I have only skimmed the surface on this topic - there is so much more weird stuff that I haven't got time for.

A whole other topic for a whole other day. Sufficeth to say - things are way too strange when you take a walk down the wild side in the Wood Zone. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't experienced it.

THINGS OF THE HEART - TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION OVER EXTREME DISTANCE

So, looking at this blog you might think I am surrounded in a swirl of mysteries and the unexplainable to the point that I am beside myself. I really am not - so much so that it drives my wife nuts at my level of confidence about the world and things of the present and of the future. I just have a deeply held feeling about most things - just a gut feel or confidence that is unshakable once I have had a chance to ponder and arrive at a conclusion. My boss at work just commented that I am opinionated (and alot of people that don't know me well, say the same thing). It is not so much that I am stuck on my own belief set (I just KNOW what I KNOW). This blog is largely a representation of new stuff that I am exploring as I expand my horizons of the physical and spiritual world around me. It actually takes years for me to form an opinion about something - but when I do, I usually do so with great confidence and zeal.

There is one thing, however, that has dogged me - you might say tormented me - for decades now. I cannot entirely shake it and it leaves me constantly wondering about its meaning, precisely because I think the answers are complex and their roots lie in a murky realm we know little of - and even the best minds yet having walked this earth have either little knowledge of or have commented little on due to the general unbelieving nature of this earth's inhabitants....

Sooo, here I go.

When I was around 12 years old, I first laid eyes on what I considered the most beautiful and graceful (young) woman I had ever met. We rode the bus together and I would see her every day - an irresistible thing that would torment me, but that I knew I might never enjoy the company of. We were born in two different worlds. I was a little bit of a hick from a family farm, she from a middle class home - just a mite more proper and refined than my background. She had a younger brother she dearly loved and parents who doted over their two offspring with great care. Not over religious (Protestant) - but good values ringing in the home. I observed her for several years - trying to detect clues to the key to her heart which I helplessly felt I might never obtain. Her heart was carefully hidden; deeply buried and little exposed as to how she really felt. She was more at home in the company of the adults around here than with the immature beings that surrounded her. So my quest became one of finding ways to spend some time with her or to impress her with my maturity and potential. It was in that quest that I accomplished some good things during those formative years. If a lofty goal was met, it was worthy of her possible attention for having reached it. So, in retrospect, she possessed one of the best qualities of woman - the ability to bring out the best in a man. It is a twisted hard-wired thing that all men must endure; the insatiable desire to impress (or please) the woman that captains their heart. God knew what he was doing when he was building the software that drives the two juxtapositioned sexes together to form a fused better whole. Thus, when there is a marriage or welding of two individuals together that will last into the eternities, how strong that weld must be to be unbreakable. Every act in my life (since marriage) that I have felt the Lord's guiding hand in has been to weld my wife and I together into that unit that will endure the eternities together.
Back to my first love.....
I can honestly say I loved Tawny - but did not know it at the time. I just knew that I could not resist my attraction to her. It was more than a physical attraction, there was a little destiny to it, as well. Like I have said before, I just KNOW what I know. To the point, I will say something off the cuff - and it will happen exactly as said 10 years later. So we spent time in each others presence in band, honor society, clubs at high school all the while waiting until I was 16 and could ask her out. I turned sixteen and planned the perfect triple date with one of my best friends (fellow tuba player in our marching band who ended up actually going out for almost a year with Tawny and being her first kiss...which was tortuous beyond words). We planned our Homecoming date for weeks with the flower colors coordinating, the perfect romantic little restaurant in an older part of town, her best friends to accompany us with my other friends so it would actually be fun and we wanted no flaws in the evening. It was the best high school date/dance I ever went to. Perfection - and I ended up giving her a hand full of hersheys kisses on her front step saying something to the effect that I knew the real things weren't possible, but that I wanted to give her the next best thing. BOLD for a 16 year old boy. I was rollin' the dice and going for broke - all the while trying to be casual about how I truly felt about her. I had a perfect school record, straight A's, class valedictorian, Class prez, Band Prez, Honor Society Prez, track team star ranked top three in the state as a sprinter and discus thrower. I had it all and I was gunning for a spot in her heart. I never did know how she felt about me except that one time we were on a bus going to a band competition and she had fallen asleep. She really did alot of talking in her sleep and her best friends in the flag corps asked her questions about who she liked - the only way to get the truth out of her since she kept things of her heart so closely guarded. They asked her about some of the other guys who were vying for her attention and she actually wrinkled her nose in disgust. They then asked about me, and she broke into a nice smile in her sleep and said, "Oh, Eric...." and then drifted back to sleep. So everything I did, was about the capture of her heart. I even was selling myself to her parents about what a great potential future son-in-law I would be - all so laughable looking back. I was only 16 and had fanagled an audience with her folks in their own home just so I could sell myself to them.... I think I knew at that point that my religion was a catch point for them and I began losing hope that something might ever blossom. I knew I was a possessor of the truth - and she somehow would have to see that in order to cross over to my world; compromise the other direction was not possible where a forsaking of my true knowledge of Jesus Christ's plan would have to occur.

Later, I was blown away at the parallels between the situation I felt and the looks of the actors Natalie Portman and 'Anakin' and Tawny and I as well as the issues that they wrestled with in the Star Wars movie where there were such intense feelings - but nothing could be done about it.

So, enough history and to the point of this blog piece that has caused so much consternation for me through the years.

We, of course, parted but I thought of her every day (possibly) for several years. I compared every girl to her and only found one other that could measure that I ended up smooching - my first heavenly kiss (she later joined the church and I actually ended up going to a different university my first year just so I could focus and not end up being tormented by her in the same way Tawny had tormented me earlier). So finally, I left to go on my mission to Brazil and that intense feeling began to fade as I focused on serving the wonderful people of Brazil and my Savior. Amazing how losing yourself for others makes your own torment go away - whatever the source of it may be. One night just three or four short months after I had been in Brazil I began having intense agonizing dreams about Tawny. I couldn't shake the feeling of despair I had all day during the waking hours. Back to sleep and tormenting feelings of despair again. I was in a funk and really worried about Tawny. Remember, I had barely even held her hand and we had no professed love for each other. I was actually never sure if she even cared if I lived or died.... but I suddenly had an overpowering and relentless feeling of grief for/about her that I could not shake. Two weeks later when letters arrived that caught me up with events of the same time period back home - her brother that she loved dearly had died in a horrific high speed car crash. The whisperings being that he hit the tree so hard the hood came back and decapitated he and the other front seat passenger. I was floored by the news - and almost as much that I had "felt" her pain from 3000 miles away. Someone I was not related to and had no intimate connection to - except for what I had hoped might be, in my mind.

So, for years, I have puzzled over that mechanism of communication of souls between two people - and maybe a deeper connection that may have existed between her and I in the pre-existence. Had we made commitments to each other that could not be fulfilled due to disapproval between her parents and her, of myself in spite of my sterling qualifications otherwise. I cannot be certain as those things are left on the faded path of ( what might have been CLICK  LINK). Each choice we make for good or bad, forges the next step in our reality. In a world where agency is the governing principle, we must be allowed to make mistakes, to fall or rise on our own so that we can say our works were our own and therefore the judgements of God, truly just and fitting. Christ making up the shortfall where we cannot. God has a plan for Tawny and her family - one certainly (I feel) different had her folks responded differently to a mild exposure to the true gospel as God gently nudged them and continues to work miracles in their lives.

My mother had this gift with her own children - the best example I can think of was sitting in the TV room watching the tube one Sunday afternoon and my mother getting restless and then saying something bad had happened with my older sister. Within a few minutes, the phone rang and it was my sister letting us know that she had just gotten in a car wreck. My mom always knew - and it always just freaked me out. So maybe I inherited that intuition from my mother - but that gift she had was related to her own flesh and blood - not someone apparently disconnected from the situation. Not like the situation with Tawny.....

I have several more poignant examples of this very phenomenon from my own (later) life that prove it is not just a fluke that I can deny or simply dismiss. A topic for later on how I know I was supposed to marry into the Ephraim Moulton line.

Definitely more material for the sensational Wood Zone.

THE THREE NEPHITES FROM A CATHOLIC'S PERSPECTIVE

VERY interesting stuff here. I have a co-worker that I had know for quite some time as a very good man (has the love of Christ about him and loves to serve others) who one day just opened up to me and shared the following story with me and even showed me the scars on his abdomen that are a testament to the hell he had been through.

After I learned of his vision of heaven and of the apocalyptic future that he had while on the hoary edge of life, I then posed the question, "Why did God choose to save you over all the other people that have expired under far less exigent circumstances??", his response was, "I have been saved to fight (physically) the final battle between good and evil". That pretty much floored me as he claims to be a pretty good shot at 1000 yards. He also is in his 50's and not getting any younger. Like my Jewish (wannabe) survivalist co-worker, these people are being prompted to lay up for difficult times ahead without any of the cultural baggage that someone who is LDS may have propelling them to do the same.

We may be in for some interesting times ahead....very interesting indeed!

His experience in his own words:

I always believed in a higher spirit and discovered that many people had unknowing to me at the time come into my life and were gently nudging me towards our lord.

It all started with a bad car accident back in approx 1983 where the Lord spoke to me in a black void. He stated to me that I was living my life in a very bad manor and that I needed to straighten my life up as I had a purpose to complete. He never stated what that purpose was and to this day I still do not know. But this event started to open the understanding there was much more out there and it also scared me and I had night mares for a year.

It left me with visions of our time here on earth. The lord left a mental vision of how our life was to be. Before we are born into the womb and while we are in the womb we know who our parents are going to be and what our life is to be like. We have the choice to accept this or go back into this long line. It was like walking up to a podium and the man there had a large book and you could see what your life would be like. The he explained this life in the vision of a huge oak tree and how we lived our life depended which branch we go down when we die and there are thousands of branches and we are at the base of the tree when we enter this life. All knowledge of this is severed when we are born from the womb.

In 1998 I was confirmed and baptized in the Catholic faith at ST Hubert’s church in Langley, WA.

Shortly after Baptism I had to travel for a job assignment to Mobile Alabama. During this job assignment I became deathly ill and it came upon me within moments. I drove myself home with terrible pain in my abdomen and waited for my wife to take me to the hospital.

When we reached the hospital emergency room of the University of South Alabama Mobile branch they examined me. The wanted to send me home with pain medicine but my wife would not let them and requested more tests.

When the received the results of the tests they discovered I had pancreatitis and admitted me to the hospital. They assumed I was a drunk even though I did not drink alcohol very often and put me in the drunk ward and medicated me for the pain where they assumed the pancreatitis would abate.

I laid there for three weeks continually getting worse and they were at a loss for an explanation. The head hospital surgeon came into my room the day before Valentines day 1999 and stated that if she did not operate the next day I would be dead. So on Valentines Day I went in for the first of 3 major operations.

I was awake mentally for the first surgery as the medication did not put me all the way under but they had no way of telling that. I listen to them operate on me and how bad of shape I was in. The doctors were consulting what they should do to save me.

After 12 hours of surgery they returned me to ICU where I could hear my wife and family carrying on and crying. I was so mad inside with what was happening but could not communicate to them as I was on paralytic drugs. I wanted to tell them I was alive in there. The priest anointed me with oil but I could only hear him do this.

I was on a ventilator for 7 days. I was fighting to stay alive and also trying to let my family know I was listening by trying to move my body. Finally after 4 days I could flutter my eye lids when my wife would speak to me and she knew at that point I was alive and she could communicate with me. I could feel her despair and I think that helped her know I was still there.

After a week they removed the ventilator and I could speak again. She said she had some bad news to tell me and I stated I already knew as I could hear every word that was spoken during surgery and also in the room.

I had open abdominal irrigation for a month due to all the toxins in my body the necrotic pancreatitis caused due to blockage from gal stones. Much of my inside had to be cut away and I had no skin covering over my belly only plastic with tubes in and out both sides of me.

This was a huge struggle for me and being a man of mild faith I was weak. After several more major surgeries they took skin grafts from my leg and fashioned a cover for my belly.

This became infected with MRSA and my health continued to fail. I remember one day I was having a conversation with my wife and also with the other side at the same instance. She could not see the people but I could. She couldn’t understand even though I explained it to her. I did not recognize any of the people.

I continued to get worse with the infections and complications. During the first surgery they took 90% of my pancreas and I was supposed to never lead a normal life again per the doctor’s.

I finally reached my breaking point and wanted to be taken home to die there. I could no longer take the pain and anguish I felt. It broke me to the lowest point a man can be at. I gave myself over to the lord at this point. It was a peaceful time after that. I had a dream that 3 angles would visit me in the morning to heal me. The next morning I saw them as they came into my room. They stood at the foot of my bed but never spoke to me just smiled. I told them I knew why they were there and found it funny they couldn’t even work the stethoscope they carried. They laid their hands on my legs and looked upward and spoke but I could not fully hear them or understand the words. They left just as they appeared. They appeared to be normal men with beards neatly trimmed and appeared to be Caucasian but darker complex. Not 3 minutes later a nurse came into my room. I asked her who those interns that were in my room a few minutes ago. She stated no one had been in the room all morning.

After this event I started to heal, regenerate my pancreas and left the hospital with in 2 weeks. I had follow up closure surgeries and some minor surgeries and later went back to work after several months.

Since this experience I have shared my story with those who wanted to listen. The hospital staff never thought I would ever leave or even if I did my life would not be normal. I was their miracle!

Today I live a completely normal life with some minor discomfort at times and have come back to ST Hubert’s parish where I joined the Knights of Columbus to try and give back for the grace I received from the Lord that day. I do not know what he saw in me to save my life but it changed me forever.

I still to this day do not know my purpose is but I take every day as they come now and try to listen to the Lord when he speaks to me. I speak with him daily and hope he hears my worries for humanity as we are close to destroying ourselves. This was another vision I was left with but keep mostly private.
