RUSSIA'S ROLE IN THE END TIMES

 My wife and I just reviewed the timeline of events per Sarah Menet and we do not think things could happen this fall unless there is a ridiculous compression of events.  Sarah's timeline does sync with the sayings of Ezekiel (commentary by my friend Greg).  The great EQ comes after Russia has set herself against Jerusalem.  No one near the coasts will be safe:

A TENTH OF A TENTH

 The holy seed.  One percent.  A tenth of a tenth.  The Lord will allow 10% to remain, but only one tenth of that tenth will be considered the Holy Seed that will inhabit the blessed cities, Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem;

Now, this is an obscure scripture!!

 And being judge, if he should not forgive them that are cured with his word, and put out the mul­ti­tude of con­tentions,

 There should be very few left per­ad­ven­ture in an in­nu­mer­able mul­ti­tude.

The numbers they posted on the Georgia Guidestones belie their intent. Their desire is to limit earth's population to about 1/20th of what it is now. God will shorten those days and will ultimately save 10% of the population (or double). Isaiah and Esdras both had something to say about this: The holy seed. One percent. A tenth of a tenth. The Lord will allow 10% to remain, but only one tenth of that tenth will be considered the Holy Seed that will inhabit the blessed cities, Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem;

MY TESTIMONY

 So, I have a friend (an old Boeing acquaintance) who is getting baptized this weekend.  I cannot attend, so I have chosen to write my testimony to share and attend by Zoom.

__________, I consider it a great honor to be involved in some part or parcel of the most important day of your life.  This day is registered in the realms of eternity, as one which God's most important child (you) decided of your own free will, to make a commitment to Him and to make it back to His presence.  Many of your ancestors and loved ones will be here with you rejoicing over your pioneer entry into the Kingdom so that you can bring them them the same privileges you have been blessed to indulge in.

You live in a time where knowledge of good (and evil) fills the earth.  Because of the lack of widespread knowledge down through time, many have been kept from the truth because they knew not where to find it.  You were blessed to come to this place and time where you, with your innate sense of goodness, would feel to seek it out.  With this knowledge, as it is learned line upon line, you will be able to go to the House of the Lord and provide this blessing to those who seek in waiting on the other side of the veil.  Generations will look to you as their "Savior on Mount Zion", as we learn of the role in the Old Testament.  As you maintain worthiness (not perfection) and a repentant spirit about you, and administer in the House of the Lord to those of the other side of the veil, you will bring dominion and glory upon your own soul, for this is how Father gains His glory as He brings to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.  You share part and parcel in His glory.  Never cease to share the Good News.  I promise you that you will find opposition, but that you will find the greatest joy known to man in doing so.  Shun the base and coarse things of the world and seek the higher things so that, through our Savior Jesus Christ, we may rejoice together in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Always remember that obedience to God's Laws and Ordinances brings blessings.  Exact obedience brings miracles.  God is not respecter of persons and MUST give the associated blessing of the commandment kept.  When we qualify, we can call upon the powers of heaven - and we will see the miracles poured out upon us.  I know this from personal experience, time and again.  I also know that I have fallen many times, but have been able to rise to my feet every time due to the deep and loving beckoning of my Savior.  He is far more interested in our trajectory than our altitude.  The altitude will come over time, so long as our gaze is fixed firmly on our Savior.

I know God lives!  I have been shepherded so many times past the shoals of life.  Some very dark and treacherous shoals.  I have survived! My faith is in Him through Jesus Christ who descended below it all so I can live.  So you can live the abundant life.

I testify of the Restoration.  Joseph Smith is everything he purports to be.  The proof of this miracle and all that accompanied it is in the reading and understanding of the Book of Mormon.  It all hinges on that work.  The burning witness of the Holy Ghost, that satan himself cannot imitate, is the immutable witness, as the Apostles on the Road to Emaus discovered when they declared the witness that they had been in the presence of the Savior; "Did our hearts not burn within us?...".  I will never forget the witness I received as I had hands laid on my head over 42 years ago in St. Catharines, Ontario and received that sublime witness.  I will never forget the learning moment as my younger sister irritated me returning home from the baptism in the jumpseat of our 1966 Ford Fairlane station wagon and I hauled off and whacked her and the Spirit immediately was grieved and withdrew and I was left to myself until I repented and returned to the path.  Learn to recognize and then walk by this guiding influence in your life.  It will bless you immensely.

I am grateful for the strength that all scripture brings to my life.  It is a blessing and also a curse, if we choose to ignore it and the lessons of Millennia handed down by the Prophets.  Read them daily until they become part of you and the lessons are incorporated into your life.  Following the our modern Prophets is a blessing in our day, as the Spirit confirms their actions and words.  We are under no obligation, but what the Spirit ratifies, so seek the Spirit above all else and you will be led aright.  As President Nelson has counseled, Hear Him and do not trust in the arm of flesh over Him.

I look forward to watching you grow and develop and I am so glad that our paths have crossed.  Your sense of humor was critical when I was going through a tough spell back in our Boeing days.  I look forward to many more good, uplifting Gospel discussions as time goes on.  I leave you this, my witness, in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

OGDEN TEMPLE DREAM DETAILS

Related to the nuking of Ogden, I was commenting on a FB IM thread (even though I am in FB jail for speaking the truth).

My wife and I were reviewing the Oden nuke dream and I was describing the inside of the temple to her as I saw it almost finished in the dream. I described the burgundy (cherry) trim and cream colored stone. I realized I had never physically been on the inside and we went and checked out pictures of it. Exactly what I saw in 2013. Freaky. She thinks the blast might occur this fall. I am certain it will not happen until the economy crashes and there is social chaos and people rioting because their 3% annual guaranteed raises are not cutting it when there are 30% food and hard goods price increases. Maybe 300% per annum. Bad juju. Starts in Chicago. While we are in a state of paralysis from the rioting, Russia - possibly acting through her proxy, Iran - gives the gift we gave the Japanese. Anyway, here is a tour of what I saw. My vantage point was from within the men's locker room prior to moving outside where I noted the lifts and scaffolding and then watched the blast as I looked southward towards Hill Air Force Base. This was on the NW corner of the temple lot (across the street).

In 1988, I received my endowment in that temple (the original birthday cake one that was torn down before this one was built). My dad was down in N. Utah working so we went through that one before I went to language training the next day. Everything seems to have a tie-in in my life when it comes to important dreams. The setting of the dream the night my kid died of SIDS was in the place where he had been for a walk/stroll with his mommy the day before he died. The other two parts of the dream that night were in settings I had been before and I noted architectural details that tied the dream to literal events that occurred a few years later in real life. Stuff like this is fascinating to me. How the mind/spirit can interact with the future to create a warning or statement about our future.

So, the Dreams of Zion dreamer says that the inflation which drives the civil war starts in the August time frame and the Ogden Temple will apparently be closed with scaffolding around this time frame.

If I were a reckless betting man, I would guess this fall.  But more likely a year from now?  By then though, we will have a massive amount of carnage from them forcing the vaccines on so many.  We are hoping to see inflation in July because we would prefer to short-circuit this whole thing and just get on with it.

I am sick of wondering.....

Ogden temple scaffolding update. My wife has a friend whose daughter is getting married in the Ogden Temple. Her daughter was advised by Ogden temple to get the Bridal Pictures sooner than latter because scaffolds will be put up around the Ogden Temple. I checked the Ogden temple website for any indication for limited operation or extensive closed periods. After this was a non-event, my wife insisted that scaffolding might go up in the near-term (5-10 years) and this is how this would/could be fulfilled.  There was alot of "scoffolding" on my part saying this would never happen and that the Lord got His wires crossed in giving me that dream/vision (that seemed to give a warning about the Ogden event timing in relation to the genie lifts and scaffolding on the outside of the building).

So now, of course, she is super excited (agitated) with the news.  More emergency prep supply purchases...   More false alarms, etc..... haha

On a serious note, if things did go haywire in Israel with the Iranian nuke flying out of Libya at Tel Aviv, there are supposed to be other nuke events in the northern hemisphere (possibly including this one?).  It is entirely possible that the HAFB event might not be a Russian nuke, but an Iranian one (along with others) designed to try and take down the USA at the same time as the Israel takedown goes down.  Ogden is a critical training area for desert warfare now that I think about it.  This would hold special interest for Iran.  The USA would quickly track down the radio isotopes from the blast(s) and then would pound the hell out of Iran.  They cannot hide their crime long.  It would just be a matter of hours unless they hit the Pentagon at the same time and many other key sites.

Something does heavily distract the USA while things are going on in Israel (associated with the last 3.5 year period) - sooo......

Anyway - just a bunch of musings.  As with anything, take this all with a grain of salt - but know that the general gist of it all (aside from timing and the nitty-gritty detail), is how it will go down.

And quite frankly, with the push to vaccinate the entire planet down to the kids who have more of a chance of getting eaten by a Bengalese tiger in Fargo, ND than of actually dying from this corona hoax, I would welcome almost anything that would shut this joke down before the purposes of this earth are completely frustrated.  I have some grandbabies on the line here and some daughters who want to be, and would make EXCELLENT mothers in Zion.  I am getting quite papa bear on that detail.

Time will tell.

HOW THE LAMANITES BURIED THEIR DEAD - CONICAL MOUNDS

The period when this second burial took place occurred at different intervals among the different tribes, but was universally denominated the " Festival of the Dead."  This is a great comment by a reader.  I love dreams like these.  Symbolic, but very obvious in their meaning.  From Becca:

About a week before President Trump declared COVID-19 a National Emergency I was given a warning dream. My dream began with me crossing the road with Obama who was speaking in a very charismatic voice. He told me, "If you want to go back to school you have to sleep with me"; and handed me two trojans. In the dream the thought came to me that I could just get it over with because the trojans would serve as a protection. After this thought came to me in my dream I ended up at a round table quality assurance meeting. A lady named Angela (meaning angel or "messenger of God") was sitting next to me and conveyed a message to my spirit telling me that I should absolutely not sleep with Obama. Immediately after I agreed that there was no way that I would ever sleep with Obama; and I had this feeling of indignation about the whole situation.
Because of this dream I have refused to wear a mask period. On many occasions I have said a silent prayer before entering a store to avoid being harrassed. Regardless, I knew I had to be obedient to the Lord's instructions to me. When they began working on a Covid-19 vaccine I knew in my heart it was sinister and I will not partake.
After this dream beacuse I had been given the trojans... I thought of the story of the deceptive Trojan horse that led to the fall of the city of Troy. I searched Trojan horse in American English dictionary which says "any person, group, or thing that seeks to subvert a nation, organization, etc. from within."
In the summer of 2019 I was also given dream where a woman had a shringe in her back pocket; I discerned that it was toxic and knew she intended to inject me with it. I immediately grabbed it out of her back pocket and two other ladies who were with me held her down as I injected her with the concoction that was meant for me. I found that dream very strange but it now makes complete sense and has served as a very strong warning. I am indeed grateful that that Lord has given me these warnings.

WHERE ARE WE ON THE TIMELINE?

THE LEGISLATURE CANNOT HELP YOU.

Samuel the Lamanite declared that the Lord would give the Nephites 400 years (0 to 400 AD) (Helaman 13:5, 3 Nephi 1:13, Mormon 8:6) before the “sword of justice” would “falleth upon this people.” (Helaman 13:5).

He told them the Lord would “take away my word from them... withdraw my Spirit from them, and... turn the hearts of their brethren against them.” (Helaman 13:8). That they would be “smitten... with the sword and with famine and with pestilence.” (Helaman 13:9).

He told them that some “of your enemies” would “behold your utter destruction.” And that their destruction would come from “those of the fourth generation....” (Helaman 13:10).

Samuel’s warning is in 6 BC. (Helaman 13). Samuel’s sign is given at 0. (3 Nephi 1:13). Nephites are smitten by 363-375 AD. (Mormon 4:4). Nephites are utterly destroyed by 400 AD. (Mormon 8:6-7).

Similarly, the Book of Mormon states that “a sign” would be given by which we “may know the time... that [the Lord] shall gather in... [His] people, O house of Israel, and shall establish AGAIN among them [His] Zion.” (3 Nephi 21:1).

The “sign” included “...when these things... shall be made known unto the Gentiles,” after “they should be established in this land” (1620 - the Mayflower) and “be set up as a free people,” (1776 - 1787; Declaration of Independence and the Constitution).

1620 + 400 = 2020.

1620 + 120 (1stGen) = 1740 + 120 (2ndGen) = 1860 + 120 (3rdGen) = 1980, the beginning of the 4th generation that brings the destruction. This is based on theory that a generation is (in this instance) 120 years long per Genesis 6:3.

He warned them that nothing (no politician, school, or school board) could “save this people;” only “faith on the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Helaman 13:6).

If they would “repent and return unto the Lord, He would turn away his anger and those who did so would be “blessed.” (Helaman 13:11).

This is similar to the warning and opportunity given to our time that; “At that day when the Gentiles shall sin against my gospel, and shall reject the fulness of my gospel... I will bring the fulness of my gospel from among them.  [R]emember my covenant... unto my people, O house of Israel, and I will bring my gospel unto them. But if the Gentiles will repent and return unto me, saith the Father, behold they shall be numbered among my people, O house of Israel.” (3 Nephi 16: 10-13).

Samuel specifically warned the “great city of Zarahemla” (the Nephite version Salt Lake City) that its denizens would “harden their hearts against” the Lord, (Helaman 13:12), and that if not “for the righteous” the Lord would have already caused “that fire should come down out of heaven and destroy it.” (Helaman 13:13).

Further, if the time came that Salt Lake/Zarahemla began to “cast out the righteous” (perhaps by excluding good people from exercising their natural rights to worship and work) then the city would be “ripe for destruction,” “because of the wickedness and abominations which are in her.” (Helaman 13:14). 

He then warned “all the cities which are in the land round about.” (Helaman 13:15-16). This would be like warning areas such as Davis, Weber and Utah counties, which must have been really offensive to all the politicians from those areas because they probably thought God inspired them to run for office. Instead, he referred to them and their people as wicked abominations.

He then pronounced the curse upon the land “that whoso shall hide up treasures in the earth shall find them again no more... save he be a righteous man and shall hide it up unto the Lord.” (Helaman 13: 17-20).

Samuel then warns Salt Lake/Zarahemla again (probably during their legislative session where the moms from throughout the land had gathered to ironically protest the new Nehorite dogma being taught in the government run Nehorite-schools).

He told the people they were “cursed because of your riches... because ye have set your hearts upon them.” He then told them that they had “not hearkened unto the words of him who gave them unto you.” (Helaman 13:21). 

This was probably very confusing because they had all been wearing what they were told to wear and taking the ‘special medicine’ they had been told to take and did not realize that words have meaning because that was not taught at the Nehorite schools.

Samuel even told them they were worse than the people in the past who stoned the prophets because if a prophet were to “declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.” (Helaman 13:26). 

But if someone were to say “[d]o this, and there is no iniquity... Walk after the pride of your own hearts... the pride of your eyes... do whatsoever your heart desireth... ye will receive him... say that he is a prophet. ...[L]ift him up... give unto him of your substance... your gold, and of your silver... clothe him with costly apparel; and because he speaketh flattering words unto you, and he saith that all is well, then ye will not find fault with him. (Helaman 13:27-28).

Finally, Samuel calls them a “wicked and perverse generation... a hardened... stiffnecked people... led by foolish and blind guides,” who choose “darkness rather than light.” (Helaman 13:28).

In spite of their vanity, foolish beliefs and false hope, Samuel stated that “the anger of the Lord is already kindled against you” and that the Lord had “cursed the land because of your iniquity.” (Helaman 13: 29-30).

 I have a new buddy from Montreal.  She is on fire because her daughter received an injection years ago as an 8 year old.  The injection site was not normal and within months of that, she developed childhood cancer.

She died after mom tried everything to save her.

She is awake.  How come a mother is awake, yet most in leadership are not?!?  Isaiah 28

Why does the Church excommunicate those who have been wronged by and who speak out against the medical community?  Sometimes even being excommunicated by those in the medical community who are also in positions of power within the Church?  Man, my basic instruction on conflict of interest at Boeing would swat that kind of thing down...

Why are the best people I know, the ones who are fighting this thing?  While those entrenched within the halls of power the ones fighting against my peeps?!?

Well, I just dropped the nuclear bomb and asked a reporter to look more deeply into this local death.  They are now asking people to vaccinate their kids down to the age of two.  Part of it because of this...  Here is my attempt at a check mate on that crap:

If you are truly an advocate for truth, you might be interested to know that I can set you up with eye-witnesses that saw her and her family at a border clinic the end of the prior week (of her death).  They all received the vaccine there.

Within five days she was dead.  Sarah’s mother subsequently suffered a massive stroke and a grand child was spontaneously aborted at six months gestation.  All within a week of receiving the injections as a family.

If you are courageous enough to tell the story, please reach out to my wife or I.  We can set you up with witnesses.  It needs to be told.

I am an engineer who worked with Boeing for 20 years.  Yes, I worked on the very systems that caused the crash of the 737 Max.  Those of us who have chosen not to speak out against the voices of omission are, in some way or another, accessories to murder.  This very situation is analogous to that situation.

I choose to be silent no longer.  Sarah and her future niece died because of the injection, not for the lack of it.  There are no coincidences there.

ADVICE FOR THOSE SEEKING AN ETERNAL COMPANION

 I am taking a lunch break to put down some thoughts that I might not have spoken clearly yesterday when we were on the topic of marriage with my family.

I do not have the wisdom of 80 or 90 years, but I have gained a lifetime of wisdom through observing (not judging) others and trying to pick out patterns of things that have and have not worked in marriage.  I want to share those.

I do not share my opinions from a stance of power, as I have failed my spouse miserably at key points in our marriage, but I have some opinions and perspectives that will hopefully help others avoid the traps I have fallen into.

Here are what I have observed are the major points of failure in a relationship:

1. Religious values (moral code)
2. Monetary goals
3. Intimacy (emotional and sexual)
4. Overall life goals (what expectations are to accomplish in this limited mortal probation)
5. Commitment to a purpose over all other things
6. Navigating the 40's empty nest/hormonal changes/menopause/crisis as major changes occur in our stated purpose (marry to have a family and committed life partner).

My daughters see failure (50% divorce rate) all around them and have observed shortcomings in their parents relationship and they are mortified they will end up in dire straits. Here are my thoughts on all of these things:

1.  Moral Code is pretty easy.  I married my wife because we aligned doctrinally out of the blocks.  Trying to change someone (if the marriage occurs outside the covenant), is a difficult thing at best.  We were both RM's and my wife clearly has a love for the scriptures.  Foremost, she believes the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.  All else falls into place once that is established.  This knowledge has even helped her overcome a persistent Anti belief that Joseph was a womanizer.  When she took a Women's Studies class at BYU from a lady who clearly was pushing an apostate agenda (that Joseph sired dozens of children other than with Emma and possibly Eliza R Snow?), this was the first crisis in our marriage.  It took a decade or two of patience for that to resolve itself completely.  The actual moral code is simply this; do you have a belief in an afterlife and do you strive for that in your future?  The rest will take care of itself in a balanced, respectful relationship, where each are allowed to sin/repent without shaming from the other.  Salvation is individual and marriage is just a vehicle that best allows the individual the keys to obtain that growth and goal.

It is my opinion that the more generations of balanced gospel living one has behind him/her, the easier it is to carry along a tradition of balanced gospel living in a new union.  Marry into solid families.  Easier said than done.  Every time I would find a girl from a solid home (Bennion or Ritchey and others), we never synced completely because they could probably tell I was off a little.  Both of our families have had our struggles there, so we have had to make up what a stable family looks like.  My wife has always been a leader in her family.  I was in mine.  Even then, we had to scramble to figure out what balanced looks like.

2.  Monetary goals.  Marry within your social caste system.  I married a slightly upper middle class girl.  I am from a lower middle class family.  I did date a gal who was quite wealthy and I never felt completely comfortable around her family even thought they were down to earth (father was a mission president and one of the principles of the Franklin Covey institute, worth tens of millions when we were dating back in the day).   I always worried how I would make her feel financially comfortable on an engineering salary.  I have looked her family up and they are a major financial interest in the Utah area.  All of the siblings and in-laws.  So, the pressure there would have been immense.

Do NOT marry a spender if you are a spender.  There will be untold arguments, if you are not properly yoked.  Very simple.  Take a budgeting class before you get married so you have clear goals in that arena.

3.  Do not marry a cold fish if you are hot blooded.  Recognize your sexuality.  We are all sexual beings and it is that way by design.  There is nothing gross or disgusting about sex.  If you feel that way - get therapy.  If you are "touchy-feely", marrying a cold or unromantic person will kill your spirit and splash a serious amount of cold water on the marriage.  It likely will kill the marriage.

On the flip side of that equation, there are people out there who are sexual addicts all the way up to sexual predators.  The latter, if acted upon, is likely not recoverable.  Steer clear of any extremes in any area.  A child molester has a huge rate of re-offending likely because it is deep-seated from a childhood traumatic event of their own.  It will only lead to pain later on.  

For those with addictive personalities (read porn), it can be overcome, but those who struggle with it likely will always struggle with it.  Be open about it.  Stats state that 70% of females will indulge in it and 95% of males will indulge in it.  So, for the ladies seeking a man, you can bet your man has been exposed.  What does that mean?  Be 100% open and honest about it.  Discuss it, discuss ways to keep it out of the marriage and personal life and how you will deal with these issues with your kids until it is wiped out when the Lord comes.  On the subject of addiction, whether food or alcohol or even drugs, make sure that past history was not an issue (you cannot reform the high school whore or party girl, or the jock who conquested every football cheerleader).  Once a habit has become entrenched, forget about it.  Someone can tamp it down enough to fool you to the altar - but it likely will rear it's ugly head when the relationship or an aspect of life spirals out of control (due to normal stresses of life).

The number ONE thing you should look at is whether the man or woman will honor virtue BEFORE marriage, if you want them to honor it AFTER marriage.  In the months prior to sealing the deal, if you feel that you constantly have to repel the advances against your chastity by the other person who professes to love you, then you likely are going to experience problems with them indulging in infidelity AFTER marriage.  I have had people share stories of their pre-marital exploits and then express their bewilderment of infidelity after the marital vows are taken.  It should be no surprise to them.  One is related to the other (most often, but not always).  Lack of impulse control (having the ability to wait) is a solid harbinger of things to come.  I am always baffled by people that talk of the commandments being "too restrictive", but then hear them complain that their life is completely hosed up by their partner's indiscretions.....  You simply cannot have it both ways.  The commandments, from the Word of Wisdom to the Law of Chastity are designed as safeguards - not as stifling restrictions to make us "miserable".  They reduce misery, as "wickedness never was happiness".  I really struggle identifying with people who cannot see the simple cause/effect of this.

Out of 30 years of marriage, I can honestly say that just under a decade have not been under a complete full frontal assault of some kind.  This is the nature of a mortal test.  I think we have this ridiculous notion that we will have a day of wedded bliss and then you will live a perfect life devoid of problems and then die and go to the bosom of Father.  If that is the case, I have not experienced it.  From losing our kid to SIDS and my wife's trust issues related to sexual abuse at the hands of her step-dad and then an uncovered history of mental illness in our families (people just sweep that under the rug big-time!), we have had our hands full and our kids have witnessed lack of patience on my part, shattered faith that God will make all things okay in the here-and-now, to so much else.  

I had to explain to my teens that we (mom and dad) are not normal 50th percentile people because we have been through hell precisely because we have to be tried to a level commensurate with what eternal reward we are seeking.  Some seek a flawless, white-picket-fence-existence with no turbulence along the journey (and they have their reward), and others seek the growth that comes from trials and tests.  I would never seek them out.....  They have a tendency to come looking for you in a fallen world.....  If you do not wrap yourself in bubble wrap and lock yourself in a closet, you are going to experience a full mortal experience.  Just in the process of getting from point A to B, you will be subjected to a fallen world.  Even if you do EVERYTHING by the book, you are still living on a mortal planet and your children and those who surround you STILL have their agency.  You cannot control all outcomes and eventually have to turn it all over to God to direct it in a higher way.  This is where great power is obtained - just not getting wrapped around the axle about every little thing.  Stress and worry melt away.  The only thing that really should be stressed over is offending God.

Bottom line is that you do not directly control what you will experience in life, but you can control how you react to it.  You have to do you and allow those in your circles to do them.  God lost one third of His spirit children to moral agency.  In order to understand that, we have to experience loss of one sort or another.  The wisest people I know have dealt with loss gracefully and continued on in faith.

4.  Have similar life goals.  Do you want to travel after you retire?  Or do you want to dig wells in Africa and serve missions in perpetuity?  Do you have similar interests that way?  How many kids do you want?  One girl scared me away by announcing that she wanted a baker's dozen.  Literally a 15 passenger van jammed full of hoomans....  I was a 5-6 kind of guy, but I could never sire that many.  I would be dead by now if I had tried that.  Kudos to those who can gracefully do more than that!  I find myself in awe when I see the successful baker's dozen thing going on.  Just amazing!

5.  Commitment.  Wow - where do I start?  I have fasted and prayed twice for 72 hours (no food or water), until I was sure my kidneys were going to explode in order to get the approval to walk away from it at brutal junctures (both due to mental health issues).   One of those times, I was given the green light with the caveat that I would never be given the blessings of having stuck it out.  I am incredibly loyal (or so I thought), but the Lord decided to show me how lacking I was.  According to the statistics of those who have elements of abuse, loss of a child, mental health issues, divorce of a parent in their background, etc, the chances of our marriage surviving was a mere 0.3%.  That is pitiful, if you ask me.....  But, we have survived and, in some ways, survived with grace.  I have shed (thrown to the curb) all of those who have not stepped up and supported me or my wife in our quest to keep it alive in spite of everything.  Except in extreme cases of infidelity, abuse or other very serious issues, you will never see me advocating a split in the marriage precisely because all relationships go through low points.  Bailing out in a tight spot should not be encouraged unless there simply is no other option.  The emotional damage to the kids can be extreme - where parents are not almost working as hard or harder than they were in the original marriage to make it work.  And I find it laughable that people think they can just walk into another relationship and make that work with no snafus.  Often the same baggage that trounced one relationship, will punk the next one.  The grass truly is not necessarily greener on the other side.  A good marriage takes an insane amount of work.

If you have married a selfish person, it will not work.  Look for a history of service and devotion to reaching out to and helping others.  When we fail to serve each other, our relationship dies.

6.  Gutting it out through the hard times.  For some reason, there really is something about a mid-life crisis.  Depending on what you got into the relationship for, that will be tested.  If it was sex, money, power or stability, that will be tested to the limit.  Guaranteed.  Most of those issues seem to come to a head in the 40's.  I have witnessed so many marital implosions, it is breathtaking.  From a spouse just walking out one day and saying they were never in love to begin with, to a sudden streak of infidelity by someone who was sure they "never had enough fun" in their 20's.  Suddenly there is overwhelming dissatisfaction and one or both are out....  This sudden peak in couple swapping is endemic.  Boredom in the relationship and some delusional notion that it will not affect the relationship long-term is laughable.  Just watch the divorce stats spike for that demographic.  It is probably well over 90%.  Fatal for a relationship.

For many, it is a realization that their wife is no longer fertile, or erectile dysfunction in the male, or that after raising the kids, there is little that they still have in common.  The relationship has to be re-invented several times in a lifetime in order to survive.  Those that fail to be proactive likely will suffer failure.

So, in closing, be ready to put a heckuva lot of work into the endeavor.  What does not kill you will only serve to make you better....  The best marriage is not the one that has had to survive no turbulence.  It is the one that is still together and thriving in spite of the crushing things that couple has had to pass through together.

Hope this was useful to someone.  Hopefully, my daughters will look at this journal entry some time in the future as some random musings/ideas that I have gained over the years, and find some perspective and balanced reality from it.

PRAY FOR RAIN

Thanks Ron Gibson and Utah Farm Bureau Federation we will join you ! Have you ever been in a situation where you are supposed to be the leader or teacher but you keep finding out that you are the student? That exact thing happened to me yesterday. Please join Utah Farm Bureau Federation in a Farmer Fast for moisture. Ag producers all over the state , and all over the west, have been desperately concerned about the lack of moisture. Sometimes we get worried and bogged down with our problems and forget to try and do anything about it. Over the last month or so, I have had many farmers and ranchers throughout the state say out loud that we needed to pray for moisture. I have personally done that. I know many others have as well. Last night though Erin Sorensen (our state young farmers and ranchers committee chair) called me and said that they had just had a committee meeting with the young farmers and ranchers and they were very concerned about the drought. She said they wanted to have a day of prayer and fasting on Sunday to pray for moisture. As I thought about it, I realized that I had been taught by the faith of our young leaders in agriculture. It does not matter what religion you are or where or if you go to church, but the reality is, when we are in those desperate moments in our lives, sometimes Father in Heaven is the only one that can help us. I believe this to be the case here. So on behalf of Farmers and Ranchers in the State of Utah and The Utah Farm Bureau, we respectively invite you to join us in prayer and fasting this Sunday so that we might have the necessary moisture to take care of our animals and nurture the crops that Father in Heaven has given us stewardship over. The Bible says that Faith without works is dead. I believe that with our Faith and the Hard work that Farmers and Ranchers put forth every day God will bless us. For those of you that are not involved with agriculture, but love to eat, we invite you to join us as well.

THINGS HEATING UP IN ISRAEL

The timing of the fireworks is interesting:

 

The enemies of Israel have now fired from the north and from the south.  Their Iron Dome defenses have been able to intercept a bunch of this junk.  I am sure they have a large contingent of interceptors looking at things coming in from the east where Iran lies.  The one thing that concerns me is that logistically, there could be little to nothing to defend an attack on a coastal town from the west.

I put a lot of stock in Sarah Menet's prophecies from her NDE.  Specifically, of an Iranian nuke leaving Libya and hitting (what I have determined to be) Tel Aviv.  The range is right.  The tactic is right.  It is quite possible that the focus to the south and now the north from Syria will distract from anything from the west.  I am sure, once Israel determines it is time to drive those in Gaza right into the Sinai or the sea south of that, then they will cry foul and (thinking they have the justification/approval of the world), they will attempt it.

Only time will tell.  It is quite possible that looking back, we will determine that my friend was right and the end of April was the mid-point and we are about to enter some very dark times.  Yes, darker than what we have already experienced.

Never cease praying that the folly of the leftists and sicko elitists will be exposed.  There is NO question in my mind that we are in a massive war of words over the hearts and minds and perceptions of the people.  It really is a battle not for the faint of heart.  In the end, God - and those who trust in Him - win.

Dream 7: The Visitors

This is the seventh and final dream in a series of seven prophetic dreams that I received in 2003. This is a continuation of the first six so if you missed those, please see the links listed at the bottom of this post.

It felt like a little over one year since all the systems had collapsed. The survivors had learned to either make their own or live without. People worked together more or less to survive and communities were being built back up but in primitive ways. Things were better in some areas and worse in others. Some small areas slowly started making electricity, but I did not see moving vehicles.

I saw myself inside a house in a cul de sac in a suburban area. I was feeling on edge with a strong sense of dread, like there was danger coming from the skies but I didn’t understand. I just had this awful feeling and kept looking at the ceiling as though something terrible was going to come crashing through it. In my mind, I went through all the items in the bug out bags for the family to make sure we had everything we needed in case something bad happened and we had to leave quickly. I thought perhaps my uneasiness was due to missing some important items but it didn’t help. The sense of danger kept growing.

Then I heard some noise from outside in front of the house so I went out to see what it was. I saw lots of my neighbors were already standing outside. They were looking up and pointing to the sky and they all seemed very excited. So I looked up and saw what appeared to be angels floating down from the sky. It was the most beautiful, lovely and amazing sight watching the holy angels gently floating down. I was mesmerized and could not take my eyes off them. Their incredible beauty was overpowering. As they gently drifted down towards us, everyone got excited and started clapping and cheering joyously with a great sense of relief that HELP HAS FINALLY COME. Life had been so hard for so long, despite all our efforts to rebuild, it was still so hard. But now it seemed like God had sent us help from heaven in the form of these beautiful angels.

As I watched, I saw some people who looked like little old church ladies, like sweet grannies, all dressed in pretty pastel dresses with hats. They were smiling and talking lovingly to everyone and helping each family get an angel to take into their home. It seemed important that every home get their angel and this made the people joyous and excited because they thought this would guarantee great blessings, wealth and healing, like all their problems would disappear and everyone’s lives would greatly improve.

I watched as these angelic beings floated down and the church ladies guided them to each person to take to their homes. Everyone was so happy to get their own angel! It was so exciting like everyone had won the lottery! It appeared things were finally turning around and the desperate hard times would be over because the visitors had come to save us and the whole world.

Like everyone else, I felt strongly drawn to them and wanted one desperately, but I didn’t know why. Then in an instant God revealed the bigger picture. The visitors came to every nation and were welcomed by all governments as saviors. Everyone thought they came to help mankind fix our problems and get back on track. I even saw that most churches welcomed them as servants of God. All religions, regardless of which god they called upon, welcomed and accepted these heavenly visitors.

At first, they were wonderful and helped fix many things but then they got kind of bossy. No one objected to this though because everyone thought they had saved us from the hard times and the ‘brothers’ were helping us get things back together. But I realized the message the visitors were sharing was very different from the Bible. They were teaching that we must work together for peace and healing because we are all one and we are all God, that all religious figures came from them and we screwed up too long so they came to save us. This caused some people to be suspicious about them, Christians and non-believers alike but we were in the minority.

Some people wanted to get away from this ‘new world’ so they’d sell whatever they had and left for more rural or mountain areas. For some reason, the heavenly visitors didn’t like or even maybe feared the backwoods, mountainous, rural areas. It seemed odd to me that they stayed in the cities and the bigger the better. It was like they drew power and energy from the cities but not from rural areas.

Some people began questioning them and even rejecting them. At first, anyone questioning the ‘brothers’ was publicly mocked and seen as ignorant for not accepting their generous help. But that changed to anyone who did not accept the ‘brothers’ were considered backwards ‘resisters’, then declared outlaws. Outlaws were seen as selfish whose negative energy was holding back the prosperity and healing of mankind so they were enemies and could be hunted down and killed. Most people accepted this, including churches and eventually rewards were offered for resistors and outlaws.

The visitors hated Christians who did not accept them. Gradually more restrictions were put on us and it felt like a D-day was coming soon as we learned anyone who rejected them would be declared outlaws. So Christians were forced to choose to either join them to live like everyone else or sacrifice everything for Jesus and leave it all behind. Most churches submitted to the ‘brothers with few exceptions.

After that was revealed then the scene changed back and I was standing in my driveway watching the angels gently floating down as the church ladies were helping each home get a visitor and I felt that longing to have an angel of my own, it was almost like a spell. Then in a flash God revealed these were not godly angels and they were not from another planet, but they were from a different dimension. They were evil entities taking on the appearance of angels. I saw their insides were so evil and filthy it scared me. Their true purpose for coming was to use us and take control and become our masters. They offered to give us whatever we hungered for but it was only to draw us to them and ultimately destroy us.

Then I saw the church ladies coming towards me with an angel to give to me. They reached my driveway but then I heard inside me that we needed to leave immediately as time was short and our opportunity to escape would quickly be gone. So I stood at the end of my driveway and held up my right hand and said to them, “In the name of Jesus you can not enter”. and moved my hand to the left and down as if sealing a door.

At hearing the name of Jesus, these sweet little old church ladies started hissing, snarling and spitting as their faces contorted with rage. They hated the name of Jesus and they feared it. I knew God was protecting me from them to allow us to escape but we only had moments. I heard inside me, “Get out fast, there is not much time left.”

As these old ladies continued hissing and spitting and screaming at me, I ran inside and yelled to my family saying, “It’s time to leave! Grab your bags!” I saw a friend of my sons’ was with him, someone I never cared for or trusted much, but I heard God say, “Take him with you, you will need him.” I thought it odd but obeyed.

We all ran down to the basement to the back door and through the back yard to a large field behind our home. I was surprised to see many other people there, some in groups, some sitting or standing alone, and they all had some kind of suitcases, duffle bags or backpacks. Off to the far right, I saw a beat up old yellow bus that looked like a school bus or church bus but it was in such bad shape it looked like it wouldn’t be able to go another mile. All of us there had heard God’s message to get to that field though some didn’t understand why. God’s warning was to pack up and leave to avoid the increasing pressure and persecution coming from the visitors and their followers. God had already been preparing places of safety for those who loved and trusted Him giving this Last Chance to escape before things got really bad. Not everyone listened.

It was clear this was not the Rapture, this was God providing His Protection to those who would hear His voice and trust Him even when their family and church told them they were crazy and it cost them everything.

I saw four different types of Christians. The first group were helpers. They were helping all the others to get on the bus.

In the second group were those who got on the bus right away because they knew it was God who had provided this chance and they trusted Him and because they also knew there was not much time left.

In the third group were those who were angry and agitated. I watched as they walked back and forth, talking on their phones. They were the wealthy ones. They kept saying, “God blessed me with all this wealth. He surely doesn’t want me to give it up. If I stay here, I can help so many people.”

They were trying to find a way to get along with the ‘brothers’ while being a Christian because they loved their possessions and didn’t want to give them up. They were being forced to choose and that made them mad. The helpers tried calmly and lovingly to convince them to get on the bus but most of them refused.

The fourth group was almost paralyzed with fear and indecision. They didn’t know what to do because getting on the bus seemed too scary and too risky, but instead of asking the Lord what they should do, they were waiting for their pastors to come and tell them what to do, but the pastors never arrived. So they were relying more on their pastor than on God, especially this one sweet old lady who was sitting on a log, almost frozen with fear. She kept saying over and over, “My pastor said nothing bad would ever happen to us. My pastor said we would be raptured before anything bad happened, but I’m still here. The rapture didn’t happen yet, so this thing must not be so bad. If the visitors were bad, I would already be raptured.” She was talking in circles and would not make a decision.

It was incredibly sad. Again, the helpers were trying to kindly convince them to get on the bus but many of them refused because they were too afraid of the unknown and their pastor was not there to tell them what to do.

Finally the time came that we must leave NOW. There was room for everyone willing to trust Jesus, but the only ones who got on the bus were those who were willing to give up their homes, their jobs, their money and even their family for Jesus.

I got on the bus and sat down, and was concerned when I noticed there was no driver. And I was concerned because the bus looked like a wreck so I wondered how long it would be able to go without breaking down. I asked someone sitting next to me who explained, “The bus knows where to take us and it has just enough gas and power left to safely get us up in the mountains to a place God has already prepared.”

As they were saying this, I saw in a flash the place we were going. I saw tents had already been prepared and there were also some trailers, so it was like campgrounds. It was not fancy but it was safe and warm and we would be among people who loved the Lord. They were believers led by God to prepare each in their own way so they could help others when the Day came.

Again, this was not the rapture. These were just places of safety which God prepared in different places all over the nation and in every country. Life would not be easy, but He would protect us and provide for us, so we would be safe until the real rapture and His Return. We were truly walking in faith.

Finally the time came to close the door and leave. One final time, the helpers called out for anyone who had changed their mind, begging them to come, but no one else came. The door of the bus closed on its own. The engine started and we drove off. Through the window I watched all the people, especially that sweet old lady sitting on the log waiting for the rapture or her pastor. I wanted to cry for her and all who had put more faith in other people than in Jesus. Then I wanted to stop the bus and force them all to get on but I knew that is not God’s way. Each of us must make our own decisions. We drove away and the dream ended.

Interpretation:

When I woke up, my heart was pounding and I was crying with sadness over the people who would not come. This dream bothered me for a very long time and my heart still aches from what I saw.

I feel it was a warning that there are things coming that will challenge every part of our being, heart, mind, body and soul. This world and all that’s familiar is not God’s world, not until Jesus comes back as King at the Last Trumpet. Who do we listen to? Who do we trust? Are we willing to pick up our cross and follow Jesus or are these just words? Who or what in this world do we respect or love more than Jesus? Do we love Him more than our loved ones? More than our homes and our security? Is our love for Jesus stronger than our fears?

These are questions we must ask ourselves and bring to the Lord, for the Day is coming when we must choose. Very hard times are coming. Not many of us today have the basic skills or knowledge our ancestors had for growing our own food and making things we need, but all these hard times are just a sort of tool to wear us down, scare us and weaken us so when the moment comes, the antichrist and the others will look like they are saving us and restoring things.

It was made clear to me that the collapse I saw in this series of dreams was happening prior to the coming tribulation which the arrival of the visitors seems to trigger. That’s when things got very bad. The rapture is real but it doesn’t come exactly as some expect. Tribulation is a time of persecution, trials and distress but we are not meant to cling to this life, this is not our real home.

Our world is getting ready to turn upside down and inside out, but fear is a liar. Jesus is the Truth. We must endure to the end, knowing that whatever comes, Jesus is at our side with every step we take and every challenge we face. We must keep asking Him to help us hear His voice and give us the guts to do whatever He prompts us to do. We just have to hang on and trust that He will never forget us or leave us on our own.
