SHARP CORRECTION IN NEXT 18 MONTHS??

Wow - lots of doom in the news today....

I have been saying that we are not in good shape when that one ratio goes inverted. Well, it did.....

Bishop Koyle said that we would have the markets go higher and higher and higher until it was like they were on stilts (very wobbly) and then the market would crash overnight. Folks, I remember when the stock market at 5,000 was a big deal. Now we are pushing the 30's? Almost six times the value? Not all of that is inflation over the years.....

Of course, the currency would be just a fraction of what it once was. Not a good situation.....

Here is Salt Lake Valley and I suppose the rest of the Wasatch Front, apartments are being built like crazy. Like we have never seen before. I presume that there must be a lot of people leaving California and relocating for Utah and Texas among other states. What really augmented the higher density housing was a code change that permitted two levels at the base of the building in concrete construction with five levels of wood frame construction on top of the concrete platform. I can't help but think this coincides with the Globalist plan to contain people in the cities as though we were all in a prison camp.

Utah Valley is building a lot of office along with some residential, but Salt Lake is getting most of the new apartments but very little business space. I can't make sense of it. I think the finance industry funds in such a lopsided single minded manner that it creates imbalances, it could be the Globalists are likely floating this economy and don't care where it heads. I still wonder who is going to move into these overpriced apartments. Maybe there is some that will be subsidized, don't know.

The construction industry is so heated here, that it's nearly impossible to get any help for home projects, remodeling, additions, new kitchen etc. In any case there is little replacement in single family homes being built causing existing home prices to shoot up. Young families have very little opportunity for a home in this climate.
