THIS BLOG ATTEMPTS TO SHOW HOW SCIENCE IS CATCHING UP WITH REVEALED RELIGION

THIS BLOG IS AN ATTEMPT TO PUT ALL THE COOL STUFF THAT I BUMP INTO ABOUT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST AND EVENTS THAT LEAD UP TO IT INTO ONE LOCATION.
THE CONTENTS WILL BE FROM AN LDS PERSPECTIVE. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANYTHING IN HERE, I DO NOT PARTICULARLY CARE TO ARGUE, UNLESS YOU CAN ADD TO THIS BODY OF WORK. I HAVE AN OPEN MIND, THAT IS WHY I READ STUFF FROM ALL DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES AND SEEK LEARNING FROM THE BEST BOOKS. I JUST AM NOT HERE TO ARGUE ABOUT IT - BUT TO PUT IT OUT THERE WHERE OTHERS CAN PERUSE/PURSUE IT. I TAKE PARTICULAR INTEREST IN HONEST SEEKERS OF TRUTH AND BELIEVE THAT SCIENCE IS REVEALED RELIGION'S BEST ALLY. YOU WILL SEE ALOT OF TOPICS IN THIS BLOG THAT SHOW SCIENCE BACKING - AND SLOWLY CATCHING UP WITH - REVEALED RELIGION.
ENJOY!!

THE SEVERITY OF CONTAMINATION OF OUR NUCLEAR WORLD

If you want to really get freaked out about our situation, please watch these documentaries:

This one about Chernobyl (which means wormwood in Russian):

And this one about how severe things are in Japan.  Japan has the possibility of releasing many times more radiation into our atmosphere than Chernobyl ever did.  I wonder if this is what ends up poisoning 1/3 of the waters of the earth.  Sheesh - lets go back to coal or some other power source.....

Man, does the southern hemisphere look promising, or what??  Very little of this kind of thing down there.....

  1. Have you read Through the Window of Life by an LDS woman from Pleasant View, Utah? The author, a mother of 7, had an ectopic pregnancy in 1999 and had a near death experience. She is met by Christ who wants to show her the future. She doesn't want to see events, but the Lord tells her she will be able to save a lot of lives if she does. I loved this book as much as Visions of Glory. I learned so much from the author, particularly about the need to share and serve others during the tribulation period, that fear makes things worse, that we need to turn our entire selves over to Christ. An interesting thing has happened over this summer to me and my husband. We have a pretty big garden. Despite the drought, we found that the more we shared from our garden, the more it produced. I am canning and dehydrating up a storm, yet have more than enough to run a virtual (free) Farmer's Market for our neighbors and ward members. Coincidence? We don't think so!
