Hey, there. This is some good doom - if you believe the economy is tanking this year. I was shocked at how cheap houses were in Cardston when I was looking a little while ago. Just guessing, but it seemed as if 20-30% had come off the top of the prices. When I looked a few years ago, it was total sticker shock. Not so much now.
