Yep - that was not a mis-spelling. That bunch of gads really do stink..... I know, we are told to basically keep our noses clean in the Church and not mix it up - but I am not an official Church organ, so I feel to say what basically needs to be said.
I saw this article from the American Family Association and thought it definitely has to be passed along. Folks, we are at a cross-roads of spiritual peril. Sitting around and saying nothing and doing nothing as individuals is simply not acceptable. If we choose this route, we will be considered as "luke warm" Saints and will be spewed out, as is says in Revelations. If we value our social, economic, or religious status so much that we fail to open our mouths, then we do not pass muster for even the terrestrial kingdom, as valiant sons and daughters of God. You can be a "one man/woman army" - I have done it and people finally either completely tune you out, or; if they trust you and your character, then they stand up and listen and pay attention to your message.
Here is something I passed along to my wife and it might be good to let your kids know about this. When you start asking your school administration some hard questions - or just if they have an agenda for this April 19th, they begin to worry. They who oppose good principle are not in the majority right now - and they do not want to rock the boat quite yet. Once the polls swing completely in their favor, all hell will break loose for conservatives everywhere. It will be quite the ride:
Interesting. Another day when
they have decided to put a one world agenda event on. This is also the day that they burned out the
Branch Davidians (millennialistic Christians, 7th Day Adventist
offshoot) and one other thing I cannot recall off the top of my head. It was the same day that Tim McVeigh chose to
get “revenge” by blowing up the ATF bldg in Oklahoma which also had a daycare
in its lower floors. Tit for tat…..
May 1st is also another important day for the globalists. Right now they “celebrate” it by having Earth
Day and its big in the gay/lesbian circles, as well. It is also a big day for the communists,
celebrated as May Day……..
Interesting. 9/11 is also an
important day for them. It heralds the
big day when they essentially squashed the last vestiges of American
independence……
If your child's school allows 'Day of
Silence' propaganda, keep your child at home April 19
Let your school officials know that if they
are going to allow social and political action in class, your child will not
be there.
April 10, 2013
Dear GRANT,
The Day of Silence, which is sponsored by the Gay, Lesbian and
Straight Education Network (GLSEN), fast approaches. This year it will take
place in most public schools on April 19. On this day, thousands of public
high schools and increasing numbers of middle schools will allow students to
remain silent throughout an entire day-even during instructional time-to
promote GLSEN's socio-political goals.
Parents
must actively oppose this hijacking of the classroom for political purposes.
Please join the national effort
to restore to public education a proper understanding of the role of
government-subsidized schools. You
can help de-politicize the learning environment by calling your child out of
school if your child's school allows students to remain silent during
instructional time on the Day of Silence.
Parents should no longer passively countenance the political
usurpation of public school classrooms through student silence.
If students will be permitted to remain silent, parents can
express their opposition most effectively by calling their children out of
school on the Day of Silence and sending letters of explanation to their
administrators, their children's teachers, and all school board members. One
reason this is effective is that most school districts lose money for each
student absence.
School administrators err when they allow the classroom to be
disrupted and politicized by granting students permission to remain silent
throughout an entire day.

TAKE ACTION
1. Call your local schools and ask whether they permit
students or teachers to remain silent in the classroom on "Day of
Silence." IMPORTANT: Do not ask any
administrator, school board member, or teacher if the school sponsors,
endorses, or supports DOS. Schools do not technically sponsor the Day of
Silence. Technically, it is students, often students in the gay-straight
alliance, who sponsor it. Many administrators will tell you that they do not
sponsor the DOS when, in fact, they do permit students and sometimes even
teachers to remain silent during instructional time. Also ask administrators
whether they permit teachers to create lesson plans to accommodate student
silence.
2. Find out what
date the event is planned for your school. (The national date
in 2013 is April 19, but some schools observe DOS on a different date).
3. Inform the school
of your intention to keep your children home on that date and
explain why.
