I JUST AM NOT HERE TO ARGUE ABOUT IT - BUT TO PUT IT OUT THERE WHERE OTHERS CAN PERUSE/PURSUE IT. I TAKE PARTICULAR INTEREST IN HONEST SEEKERS OF TRUTH AND BELIEVE THAT SCIENCE IS REVEALED RELIGION'S BEST ALLY. WE ARE HAVING A METEORIC OUTBURST?

This is interesting:

We will most likely see more of this as the effects of comet Ison are fully felt in the next few months.

One day, we will come under full assault with 70 pounders raining down on the earth from something that drags them into our path. It will destroy the crops of the earth. Have a culvert or cave with a min of 20' of earth or rock above you that will shield you from it when the time is right......

Happy Thanksgiving - and happy Ison perihilion day and happy Hannukah! The first time in 70,000 years that Hannukah and T-giving occur on the same day..... IE, the only time it will ever happen in the history of the earth. Someone is relighting the Menorah.....

You made an interesting note. Comet ISON reached Perihelion on Hannukkah, the Jewish Festival of Dedication, and in at least two ways represents Jesus Christ's FIRST and SECOND comings! I put how on my blog, and how Hanukkah being the feast of Dedication, we had better get ourselves closer and closer to Jesus Christ before the fires of temptation and trials get too hot for those who right now would not have enough faith to endure. Right now I feel like I still have work to do in that regard, but at least I am working to know God better.

WHY SHOULD WE STUDY THE HIDDEN THINGS RELATED TO THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST?

But the Latter-day Saints are not in darkness; they are the children of light, although many of us will actually be asleep. We shall have to wake up and trim up our lamps, or we shall not be prepared to enter in; for we shall all slumber and sleep in that day, and some will have gone to sleep from which they will not awake until they awake up in darkness without any oil in their lamps. But, as a general thing, the Saints will understand the signs of the times. Others have their eyes closed upon the prophecies of the ancient Prophets; and not only that, but they are void of the spirit of prophecy themselves. JOSEPH SMITH SAID THOSE WHO ARE WATCHING AND WAITING, WILL KNOW THE HOUR:

"Christ says no man knoweth the day or the hour when the Son of Man cometh. This is a sweeping argument for sectarianism against Latter day ism. He says then shall they see the Sign of the comeing of the Son of Man in the clouds of Heaven. How are we to see it Ans. As the lighting up of the morning or the dawning of the morning cometh from the east and shineth unto the west—So also is the comeing of the Son of Man. The dawning of the morning makes its appearance in the east and moves along gradualy so also will the comeing of the Son of Man be. it will be small at its first appearance and gradually becomes larger untill every eye shall see it. Shall the Saints understand it Oh yes. Paul says so. Shall the wicked understand Oh no they attribute it to a natural cause. They will probably suppose it is two great comets comeing in contact with each other It will be small at first and will grow larger and larger untill it will be all in a blaze so that every eye shall see it."
