I have not seen him lurking on the Wood Zone - so I am not the only one out there who thinks some wild stuff is coming. I feel sorry for them, though. Whatever is coming to D.C. (the three big "shakings") is so big that the people will only be safe in the mountains.
Hope you enjoy this - what a great neighborhood. It would make for a fun Saturday instead of the traditional meet and greet BBQ.....

I briefly reviewed the youtube video, the first thing I noticed the national Geographic rectangle, and I figured out the direction of the program.
ReplyDeletesome make fun of such people, but I would recommend you look up Moyers and Company and look up the interview with Neil Barofsky the previous TARP special inspector who said that nothing has changed in Washington, or the Treasury department. None of the people responsible for the last stock market collapse have been held responsible and they are still behaving in the same manner. Finance and government are joined at the hip and we have to expect another stock market collapse.
The question is, what happens with another stock market collapse? Print more money? At what point will the dollar collapse? Does government really think they can control an already anarchistic and lawless American populace who don't care about anyone but themselves, when a massive devaluation disrupts the movement of goods for even a week? People are all of sudden out of a job.
No one really appreciates how delicate, how vulnerable our civilization is, with such a complex highly specialized economy and industry. to paraphrase Brigham Young, who once said that when a society becomes so decadent, God takes away there reason, and it becomes insensitive to it's own security.
