A RAINBOW RANT

The last few weeks have been really trying for me.

I obviously do not like where the world is headed.  I would not want to be raising kids in today's world, as it is toxic to the innocence of little children.  I can only imagine how God feels about sending His children from a perfect, heavenly realm down to this cesspool.  And I say that while living in "Leave it to Beaver" land.  I cannot fathom being in a city where things are exponentially more spiritually chaotic and debased.  I guess this is by design, so that the men and the boys are separated and those who can no longer take it, only want to establish Zion and are driven into the arms of her (so to speak).  We were driven here by circumstance.  So will many who end up in cities of light as refugees; driven to them by spiraling world events.

The whole rainbow agenda being shoved upon little kids is more than I can bear.  And more and more often, I find myself actually fighting with "members" of the Lord's church over the issue.  Many confuse the mandate to love everyone with the call to "embrace" what they think and do.  This, of course, is pure rubbish.  In the USA, we have standards of civilization.  If you ever wonder about them, go to another second or third world country and drive around or observe what goes on in the middle of the night.  Everywhere else I have been, bars on windows and glass cemented into the tops of fences is required to hold the criminal element at bay.  Even on the poor houses; it is not a class thing.  In N. America, it is implied that what you have worked for is yours.  Other countries, not so much.  What you can take is often yours...  You constantly have to be on the lookout for you and yours due to elements that would kidnap and extort you.  Thankfully, it is known that missionaries and backpackers are poor and likely have nothing to extort from, so they are left alone.  Driving standards are freakish in many other countries.  The joke was that you were safer on the street than on the sidewalks in Brazil.  Though, I admit when my wife was in serious labor in the car, I did drive on the sidewalk near UW Hospital to get my wife to the hospital she wanted to deliver at, during rush hour....

For these reasons and many others, we have fences to keep people out that do not hold the same standards.  We exclude individuals who may think that walking into a crowd of people with an explosive belt, is just fine and dandy.  We simply have to put them through a vetting process before they can have any influence on our society.  I had to do the same thing coming into Canada.  Even coming across the border as a visitor required vetting; no unresolved misdemeanors or ANY felonies at all would exclude even a visit.  So we raise standards and stick to them.

When there is pushback by Conservatives (people that want to conserve time-honored values such as "Thou shalt not kill" or "Thou shalt not steal", etc), it is in the best interest of holding back the tides and shifting sands of value creep or erosion.  We would never think it a good thing if the Mexican government decided it needed a 250 mile swath of our southern section of the country and they just went in and took it by force.  That would be ludicrous.  So, why - when we have gone thousands of years of civilized and time-proven living - would we ever suddenly say it is okay to throw all of those things that ensured continuity of our species away?  It would be stupid - unless there were some overly compelling reason to do so.  I maintain that there is not such a reason.

Gay sex (male or female) is never a bolstering thing for society.  Society needs an average of 2.4 kids per mating pair to keep up with adolescent deaths, etc.  If half of the society drank the purple kool-aid and went tranny or gay, that number would jump to 4.8 kids for those who understand basic human biology and know that the pH and sterility is a little off in the poop-chute for life to take off....  We are already struggling to keep it at the lower average, so unless we went backwards to an agrarian society with little to no birth control possibilities, that upper number simply would not be possible.  Heck, we had five kiddos and that dropped to four after the first year was taken into account.  My youngest just possibly had Covid and threw up for her first time in I do not recall how long, and I told her not to die on us, as we are trying to keep our average to adulthood north of 60%.  I have to say that I was a little protective of her and checked on her every half hour, since I meant that seriously...

So, excepting China or India or Africa (okay, as the cradle of the AIDs crisis, not a problem there so much...), why would we do anything that would diminish our ability to replenish society?  It would be stupid....  Heck, in Japan, Russia and certain other countries, there is a major push to keep the boxsprings creaking in support of a nationalistic population drive, while not resorting to unbridled immigration to do so.

The pushback to this ludicrous agenda is imperative.  Not to persecute or hound those who have fallen into sin.  Simply to state that it is a sin and a behavior that is NOT encouraged, if not only for the reason that it is a public health concern with the average age of the gay male in the middle 50's while the rest of the population is up in the mid to upper 70's.  If you love your brother and care about longevity of life, etc then encourage a healthy and normal lifestyle.  Everyone says that depression in that demographic is caused by the lack of acceptance by their non-gay peers.  I say it is not.  I say it is from unfulfilling relationships that in their heart of hearts will not lead to true joy and true happiness that are fruits of having offspring that carry your own traits and quirks, a loving relationship with one that fits you anatomically and that you are not living a lie (trying to live like nothing is wrong when your square peg is repeatedly attempted to be pounded into a round hole).  We all know when it is a sham (like my friend who gave up his religion after being a Bishop and is now trying to convince himself that a godless life is the only life) and we are miserable when it is a sham.  Thus all of the fighting against those whose values diverge.  The gal who got knocked up after a one-night stand and trying to believe that it was really love and trying to make the relationship work and (often) trying to create the illusion that the kid is loved every bit as much as one who was conceived in a truly loving relationship.  Depression comes often from living a lie - or better put; from trying to justify something that is impossible to justify and resolve in one's mind.  The only salve from this conundrum is to humble oneself and lay the sin or irreconcilable condition or lie at the feet of the One whose right and calling it is to resolve the irreconcilable.  That is Jesus; and the salve is known as repentance.

And this is my call to the whole rainbow mess.  It will do more to resolve the obvious mental illness that is a fully-grown male attempting to shave his whole body and dress up in a dress, with loads of makeup and fake breasts strapped on prancing down a walkway or reading a book during tranny reading hour in the local library.  Seriously, this is absolutely mentally ill.  If I were to put together a costume and make myself look like a St. Bernard and go out on all fours on a leash with my wife walking me, and barking and chasing every cat I saw, then coming back and eating and drinking out of a stainless steel bowl on the floor by the back door, they would commit me....  Is the whole tranny thing much different?  My hell....  Literally, living in this society is my hell.

I guess I might be a little more numb than normal to this crap until I got charge over a little four year old boy in our Primary class that is just so cute and so pure and so innocent.  Those eyes just looking up at you with trust just does something that even my own kids did not do.  The thought of some pervie reading to him on the ins and outs of masturbation and how two guys go at it in one year in a library without his parents knowledge (yes this has been done to kindergardners) just fills me with all sorts of indignation.  Yes, let's throw this icon of innocence under the bus so that he can enjoy a 28% reduction in lifespan with the freak/clown driving that hellish bus....  In some circles (if I were to sell a tonic with lead or arsenic in it, that led to reducing someone's lifespan significantly), it would be classified as attempted murder or something extremely agregious.

Instead of encouraging debauchery and life and joy-limiting options, let's encourage repentance with love for the person who is struggling - while being repulsed by the sin.  This is all that is required of any of us.  This is the mandate from the very God of Love.

  1. This needs to be told to the administrators at BYU, which held a pro gay demonstration just the other day:

  4. The most salient statement is that the gospel had been restored by JS Jr. and for the last time prior to the Savior's return. No problem here, it is just that people will conjure what a prophet is to be like. Prophets and other leaders of the LDS Church are not super human, all knowing and they are prone to their own prejudices and belief system. We saw this with some in leadership, J Golden and one or two others were in support of John Koyle and the leadership was vehemently against him.
    J. Golden had personal experience with Koyle in the mission field and knew to trust in his visions, or dreams.

When Saul turned against David in the Bible, David did not want to kill or harm Saul. There was the episode in the cave where a weary Saul, in his trek to capture or destroy David, had rested and David had the opportunity to take his life and he didn't because Saul was still the Lords anointed.

We have the example of Eli, the prophet who mentored the prophet Samuel, had permitted his sons to abuse those going to offer sacrifice.
Eli's sons were later killed in warfare, Eli died of shock of the loss of the ark.

The Lord moves in his own timing.

Are people going to have the faith to hang on when the damaged ones begin to cause members to question the efficacy of these vaxes that were defended by the Corp of the President. It is just more challenges to our faith that we have to deal with in this life. Now we see a popular acceptance of BYU support of LGBT or whatever, thinking they are reinforcing their love and support for them for them. - note: LGBers will certainly feel more comfortable to act upon their feelings. (it is called human nature folks) In fact, little do most of these supporters realize that this movement reinforces all perversions that the establishment wants to promote, even to reinforce the movement of teaching children about all things sexual, drag queens in school at reading time the whole thing. But they will not believe that such and such is possible in their children's school.
