ISAIAH 23 EXPLAINED?

"Howel Ye Ships of Tarshish!" see Isaiah Chapter 23.   Tyre was the Merchant Banking Capital of the Ancient World - It was where all those ancient countries keep their Gold - a lot like Switzerland today a neutral country or Island I should say - not to be attacked. Well, that was until Alexandra the Great came along & destroyed haft the city & took the Gold. as described in the first 5 verses - then in verse 6 it says "Pass ye over to Tarshish; ..." Tyre here is to pass over to Tarshish,(?)

The student manual says that Spain is a "possible location" for Tarshish a "sister merchant to Tyre" However verse 1 tells us that the "ships of Tarshish are to howel for Tyre as it is laid waste - and verse 6 goes on to say howel ye inhabitants of the isle - here is dualism at play - Yes, a reference to the inhabitants of Tyre howling - but also a description of the inhabitants of Tarshish howling on their "ISLE", not on the peninsula of Spain?

Tarshish is a "Twin Merchant Trading Sister, "ISLE" of Tyre" it is a Twin Island to Tyre.

When Jonah ran from his mission to Ninevah he wanted to get as far away as possible from going there - even to the utmost bounds of the then-known world & that was to the ISLES of Tarshish. Jonah 1:3.

Tarshish is the Ancient name for the British Isles. These Islands were, ever, known as ancient trading islands & the schooling of the nobles. Jesus's uncle Joseph of Arimathea was such a merchant that had land & business holdings in the southwest of ancient Tarshish – dealing in Tin, lead & other minerals.

In Ezekiel Chapter 38 verse 13. we have one of the best references To Tarshish being the British Isles in the scriptures for we read:-

“..... and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil?.......”

The “Young Lions of Tarshish were/are the British Dominion nations & commonwealth.

So jumping to verse 14 Isaiah takes us into the future “ again he tells "Tarshish to howl".

"Howl, ye ships of Tarshish: for your strength is laid waste."

What strength?

Well, Ancient Tyre transferred the Merchant banking & world trading over to modern Tyre/Tarshish - The Merchants Banks of London. Remember, London was once the Merchant Capital of the World, in 1800, 1900, half of the 20thC up to the 50s then the decline when the British Empire ended - that is, Great Britain as a leading world power was over & she would be disregarded or “forgotten as the scripture puts it:-

"And it shall come to pass in that day, that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one king:...” Isa 23: 15.

When Isaiah uses the phrase ”In That Day” he talking after 1800 in “Our Day” in this dispensation. So modern-day Tarshish – Great Britain – Tyer, is to be forgotten for 70 years according to the days of one king?

Since 1800 there has only ever been one King or rather QUEEN, who has reign for nearly 70 years & that is Queen Elizabeth the 2nd. She is now in the 68th year of her rule, - as the monarch of the British throne (“The Throne of King David” by the way, see the Royal Coat of Arms).

So two more years & the reign is over either she dies of old age or she abdicates, either way, she will be gone according to this scripture, that is, if you believe they apply to Queen Elizabeth. Not only will we see the end of Queen Elizabeth's reign, but I also believe we will see the end to the House of Windsor. - well in fact we are seeing that happening right before our eyes today. Prince Harry has Left the Royal Family, in all reality. Prince Andrew has given up all public office & duties because of the Espiean connection & Prince Charles is not liked because of what happened to Lady Dianna.

The Queen has “played the Harlot” by not keeping her Coronation Oath - by fornicating, through her government, with other nations (Joining the European Union), to rule over the people & therefore committed treason against the people. See Deut 15: 6.

Then after her 70-year reign “Shall Tyre sing as a Harlot” that is the people will take the harp & rejoice in her memory going about the City - this, of course, is also connected to Great Britain leaving the European Union when we are totally free from all European ties. which is finalised in 2022. - Feeling free, we/ the UK, go off making new trade deals fornicating and playing the harlot once again, see verse 16.

However after 70 years are up the Law of return applies to Israel & everything goes back to its original owner, or Master. & verse 17 tells us that the LORD will visit modern-day Tyre - The British People. Modern-day Prophets & Apostles have on many occasions with talks & writings stated "That there is much of the Blood of Israel in the British Isles & People.

Verse 17 goes on to say, that still, after fornicating with the “kingdoms of the world” she comes to her senses, where in verse 18 it declares:-

And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the Lord: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the Lord, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing.

This to me, to a degree, ties into Doc & Cov 133:19-34 -. crossing the Great Deep & marching down to Zion bringing with them, their Records/Scriptures/ history & treasures - "A Remnant of (Jack- Jac-ob) Shall Return? Here is & comes, the Lion?.

A PROPHETIC WARNING FOR OUR DAY

The inspired words here should keep us spurred on and not get complacent.

As the USA gets tangled in the Crimean mess (Russian just kicked any warships other than their own out of the Black Sea, and Ole Dementia Joe just folded like a cheap napkin....), I wonder how long things will hold together.  I just spent a fortune on good batteries for my critical equipment.  Stuff that will be hard to get in times of war, depression etc.

Once again, they are publishing numbers showing that inflation (possibly quite a jump) is imminent.

With bank returns so low, and food prices about to take a major jump, I would rather have food that I can use every day on hand than a pile of money in the bank (not that this is a problem with me with kids just fledging from the nest....).

 Interesting twist on the "need" for a micro-chip....  About six weeks prior to Sept 11, I came home and told my wife that something big was about to happen that would affect my employment.  I was also given instructions regarding the payment of tithing regularly that would help us avoid the dire situation that this event turned out to be for those of us in Commercial Aviation, at the time.  I was not able to even make a wild guess as to what it would be and I never conceived of ramming planes into buildings as a way to make a (supposed) statement regarding terrorism.  It just simply never occurred to me.

Neither has this as a possible "mark of the beast", wherein people would be clamoring for a way to avoid sanctions via having something injected into them in order that they can buy/sell and travel:

THE FATE OF MORONI

 Wow.....  This made me sad to read of this.  I figured he did not die of old age:

“At a meeting at Spanish Fork, Utah Co., in the winter of 1896, Brother Higginson stated in my presence that Thomas E. Marsh told him that the Prophet Joseph Smith told him (Thomas B. THE LORD'S LAW OF TITHING - A STEPPING STONE TO CONSECRATION

 I had an interesting comment about tithing:

The law of tithing as taught by Joseph Smith was always intended to be upon a person's surplus. D&C 119 1 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I require all their surplus property to be put into the hands of the bishop of my church in Zion, 5 Verily I say unto you, it shall come to pass that all those who gather unto the land of Zion shall be tithed of their surplus properties, and shall observe this law, or they shall not be found worthy to abide among you. By requiring a person with limited income to pay upon their entire income creates a perpetual cycle of poverty. The man or woman who provides for their family will be always looking for a handout from the church in this scenario. This not only diminishes their sense of personal accomplishment, but creates a welfare state to the church. It literally grinds the faces of the poor. We also misinterpret the scripture in Malachi where we are taught to not rob God. The Lord was talking to the church leader not the member.

I refuse to comment on whether this is right or wrong.  I think tithing is a personal thing.  I can only share my experience.

My co-worker who is struggling with paying a full tithe right now might be in favor of this statement from the commenter.  I know that, for something to have effect, it has to be a sacrifice for that individual.  For love to have efficacy, it requires sacrifice.  Nothing that comes easy, has value.

Of course, the Atonement is the greatest example.  He could have called down a myriad of angels that would have wiped the enemies of righteousness out and excused Him from the suffering he endured on our behalf.  But He gave it up voluntarily, knowing that being Holy, His was the only intermediary sacrifice that could be accepted of God on behalf of another.  He finished His preparations to the Father and then gave up the ghost, gaining victory over sin and death.

My wife and I were going through the seven year itch (struggle) in our marriage and we were not being good to each other.  We were (are) both stubborn and proud.  Neither of us wanted to give an inch to the other.  So, I was counseling with my Bishop and he asked me to just serve her.  As I did, the love and mutual admiration came back into our marriage and love once again blossomed.  This man was not much older than she or I, but he had learned a great lesson already that blessed my life:  when we sacrifice for someone, we prove our love.  As greed and selfishness settle in and become entrenched in a relationship, love is strangled and eventually dies.  Thus the injunction, to pray (a form of service, if only verbal) for our enemies and those who despitefully use us.

If we give a portion of ourselves, it allows us to cleave to that which we seek to love.  Tithing is just that.  The ability to give up what we love (or spend a majority of our time going after in this life) in order to cleave to a greater thing.  We need the principle of tithing more than the Lord does.  How we choose to manifest that, is up to us - but the greater the sacrifice, the greater the love (for the Lord and His Kingdom) and the greater the blessing.  He can only bless us based on our sacrifice.

It must also be remembered that tithing is a lesser law.  The truly greater law is one of Consecration, wherein we lay it ALL on the table in the benefit of man.

As far as the $106 billion goes, I really hope that the policies being used to hoard that much are driven by greedy middle managers and not from the top.  Or I have to trust that a greater plan than I have the ability to see, is in store.  As it stands, I think that is wishful thinking.  Regardless, I will live the Law as it has been given, so that I can have the benefit of the blessings.  I cannot speak of it publicly, but I have seen so many miracles as of late due to having (attempting to live with) a Consecrated spirit.  This is where we all need to be headed if we seek to be a part of what is coming.  If not, we will be among those who are not considered the spiritual fittest, will be considered as dross, and burned at His coming.  Tithing is one of the sifting principles - that will set those who have Babylon near to their hearts, and those who have cleaved to a higher law.

THE FALSE MESSIAH TURNS UP IN JERUSALEM AT THE 42 MONTH POINT?

A COVENANT WITH DEATH? ISAIAH 28

I do not pretend to know more than the ordained servants of the Lord - but I WILL say that Isaiah's words (for our day) trumps the words of our current Prophet, the words of Nephi and are only eclipsed by the words of the Savior.  When up against a wall and a decision must be made, this is my decision tree.

Folks, those who are clamoring with the statement that we need to follow the Prophet.  I say, you are right.  We need to follow the Prophet (even a dead one), just as Christ pointed us to follow the words of Isaiah.  Chapter 28 to be exact:

1 Woe to the crown of pride, to the ^adrunkards of ^bEphraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of ^cthe fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!

2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a ^atempest of hail and a destroying ^bstorm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:

4 And the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the ^ahasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up.

5 ¶ In ^athat day shall the Lord of hosts be for a crown of ^bglory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,

6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

7 ¶ But ^athey also have ^berred through ^cwine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the ^dprophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.

19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report. 

According to this, we are hooped people!  Do not fall for the lies of the New Word Odor.  President Nelson will not die a natural death.  I wonder if this is tied into that.  Verse 18 is key.  This is it!

Great are the words of Isaiah.

My hope that he would stand his ground has faded as well.  Possibly this fall from grace is a result of persecuting the meek?  Maybe this, along with the results of Conference is what I was to expect (or at least be a harbinger of things to come) for the next 3.5 years.  I feel the die has been cast - and not in a favorable way.  

I cannot say how many times I have felt betrayed/sold out this past six months.  Almost unbearable.

I will say this; I will not comply with anything to do with this vaccination.  It IS insidious.  It is part of the plan to enslave the people of God.  Every truly Godly person I know is not getting it.
