I have seen no specific cause for this 188 day cycle - other than it was originally thought to be attributable to Elenin - which did not work out so well.....
Here is another interesting alignment. Supposedly the last 188 day event was on Oct 8th, 2013. I am not sure if there was an EQ on that date, or what - but adding 188 days onto that day, gives us April 14th, 2014. Mighty close to the blood moon lunar eclipse which is expected on April 15th, 2014.
This is SO wrong and so SICK on so many levels. Astounding!
I was shocked to learn from a friend on the weekend that a new Food Bill
is being brought in here in New Zealand. The new bill will make it a
privilege and not a right to grow food.
I find two aspects of
this bill alarming. The first is the scope and impact the new bill has,
and secondly that it has all happened so quietly. There has been VERY
little media coverage, on a bill which promises to jeopardise the future
food security of the country.
I read that the bill is being
brought in because of the WTO, which of course has the US FDA behind it,
and of course that is influenced by big business (Monsanto and other
players). It looks like this NZ food bill will pave the way to reduce
the plant diversity and small owner operations in New Zealand, for
example by way of controlling the legality of seed saving and
trading/barter/giving away; all will be potentially illegal. The best

Here are some snippets:
- It turns a human right (to grow food and share it) into a government-authorised privilege that can be summarily revoked.

It makes it illegal to distribute “food” without authorisation, and it
defines “food” in such a way that it includes nutrients, seeds, natural
medicines, essential minerals and drinks (including water).
- By
controlling seeds, the bill takes the power to grow food away from the
public and puts it in the hands of seed companies. That power may be
abused.
- Growing food for distribution must be authorised, even for “cottage industries”, and such authorisation can be denied.

Under the Food Bill, Police acting as Food Safety Officers can raid
premises without a warrant, using all equipment they deem necessary –
including guns (Clause 265 – 1).
- Members of the private sector
can also be Food Safety Officers, as at Clause 243. So Monsanto
employees can raid premises – including marae – backed up by armed
police.
- The Bill gives Food Safety Officers immunity from criminal and civil prosecution.

The Government has created this bill to keep in line with its World
Trade Organisation obligations under an international scheme called
Codex Alimentarius (“Food Book”). So it has to pass this bill in one
form or another.
- The bill would undermine the efforts of many people to become more self-sufficient within their local communities.

Seed banks and seed-sharing networks could be shut down if they could
not obtain authorisation. Loss of seed variety would make it more
difficult to grow one’s own food.
- Home-grown food and some or
all seed could not be bartered on a scale or frequency necessary to feed
people in communities where commercially available food has become
unaffordable or unavailable (for example due to economic collapse).

Restrictions on the trade of food and seed would quickly lead to the
permanent loss of heirloom strains, as well as a general lowering of
plant diversity in agriculture.
- Organic producers of heirloom
foods could lose market share to big-money agribusiness outfits, leading
to an increase in the consumption of nutrient-poor and GE foods.

The
key factor is seeds. In many cases they specifically are food, of
course. Grain seed, seed potatoes, rice, maize, quinoa, many staples etc
etc – as the bill stands all these will explicitly be controlled
substances, with similar penalties for possession as drugs.
This
being so, the unenforceability of prohibiting people from growing food
for local distribution becomes a moot point. No good seeds means no good
food (if any food at all) to distribute.

Russia's Military Begins Massive Nuclear War Drill
On Thursday, 10,000 Russian troops began a drill simulating the massive use of nuclear missiles.
While
much Western attention has been bestowed on Russia’s military buildup
near Ukraine, Moscow also began a massive nuclear offensive exercise on
Thursday. According to the Russian daily Nezavisimaya Gazeta,
on Thursday Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces began a massive three-day
exercise involving 10,000 soldiers and 1,000 pieces of equipment from
more than 30 units. The major purpose of the drill, according to the
report—which cites multiple senior Russian military officers—is to
ensure Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces have sufficient readiness to
conduct offensive operations involving the massive and simultaneous use
of nuclear missiles. Global Security Newswire previously carried a story on the nuclear exercise, also citing the Nezavisimaya Gazeta
article. GSN described the exercise as “as practice for a large-scale
nuclear offensive.” It added: “Exercise participants were set to
position and prepare missile-firing units for launch, and to practice
various administrative and support functions for the operation
As Russia’s conventional military capabilities have deteriorated
following the collapse of the Soviet Union, Moscow has become
increasingly reliant on operationalizing its nuclear arsenal. This has
been reflected in successive Russian security documents. For example,
Russia’s 1997 national security concept stated that Russia would use its
nuclear arsenal “in case of a threat to the existence of the Russian
Federation,” whether that threat came in the form of nuclear weapons or
from a conventionally superior military power.
This threshold was further lowered in Russia’s 2000 military doctrine,
which was the first released during Vladimir Putin’s presidency. This
document said that Russia would use nuclear weapons “in response to
large-scale aggression utilizing conventional weapons in situations
critical to the national security of the Russian Federation.” This held
out the possibility that Russia would use nuclear weapons even if Russia
proper hadn’t been attacked. The same doctrine further noted that
Russia reserved the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use
of any kind of weapons of mass destruction against it.
Shortly before reassuming the Russian presidency for a third term,
Putin reaffirmed the importance he placed on Russia’s nuclear forces in a
number of articles and speeches. For example, in an op-ed article in Foreign Policy magazine, Putin wrote: “We will, under no circumstances, surrender our strategic deterrent capability. Indeed, we will strengthen it.”
Thus, this week’s massive offensive nuclear drill is in line with the
goals that Russia and Putin have been articulating for well over a
decade. It is also consistent with Putin’s recent emphasis on conducting more frequent and sophisticated military drills to improve the combat readiness of Russian military forces. Indeed, Russia conducted a much smaller surprise nuclear drill in October of last year.
Still, the timing of the drill is likely to cause great concern in
Western capitals, particularly in Washington. The drill could very well
be intended to signal Russia’s resolve over events in Ukraine where
Russia has been at loggerheads with the West and the government in Kiev
over Moscow’s annexation of Crimea. A very visible reminder of Russia’s
substantial nuclear capabilities would make sense for Moscow in a number
of different contingencies, including if Russia is intending to move
forces deeper into eastern Ukraine, as many currently fear.
For what it’s worth, the Nezavisimaya Gazeta article said
there was no connection between the current nuclear exercise and the
crisis in Ukraine. As evidence of this, it pointed out that in December
of last year the commander of Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces had said
that his forces would conduct a large and complicated exercise sometime
during 2014. From this, the Russian daily concluded that the drill had
been planned for weeks and was completely unrelated to the tensions of
Ukraine.
At the same time, it ended the article by noting that testing the
readiness of Russia’s strategic forces was especially important in light
of the “current reality of the world situation.”

Nicaragua, Mexico,..." (He told me two other countries, but I didn't
remember what they were.) "...they will bomb the nuclear warehouses.
When they explode, America will burn!"
On my way south from Logan to SLC, we are stopping in to see the Logan Temple as part of our doom tour. I have to get a feel for things. I cannot shake the real-ness of that dream I had. Almost on cue to support Mr. Duduman, here is an article that just stinks. I reported on earlier related activities, but this is solid confirmation that they are not bluffing:
The
United States is on alert and has deployed military assets to defend
the Atlantic coastline from New York to Charleston from attack by a
cruise type missile or low flying aircraft.
Heightened security measures began with Israel’s increasing threats
against Iran but increased with the mysterious disappearance of
Malaysian Airlines flight 370.
Sources at the highest levels of the US military and intelligence
community cite the possibility of a terror bombing, even using nuclear
weapons, most likely to be submarine launched. This is what is being
defended against.
However, the plot, we have been informed, was to include a seemingly
hijacked airliner which would be blamed on Iranians, as stated by Joel
Rosenberg while speaking with Greta van Susteren on Fox News, March
18th. Rosenberg claimed the Iranians hijacked the plane to attack
Israel.
The US, however, believes someone other than Iran is planning an attack, on the US, not Israel, and planning to blame Iran.
Yesterday, investigative journalist Chris Bollyn made a startling discovery:
“According to reports from plane-spotters, Israel has an identical Malaysia Airlines Boeing
777-200 in storage in Tel Aviv since November 2013. The only visible
difference between the missing plane and the one in Tel Aviv would be
its serial number. What do the Israelis have planned with the twin
Malaysia Airlines plane? By using the twin aircraft they have in
storage, the terror masterminds may have a sinister plan for the missing
plane to seemingly reappear in a false-flag atrocity. Public awareness
of the twin plane in Tel Aviv, therefore, could prevent the evil plot
from going ahead.”
After Bollyn’s detailed and well supported story was published, a
full scale public relations “counter-offensive” was launched by Tel
Aviv.
However, US sources say this effort has backfired, indicating that if
an Israeli role in the missing plane had never been considered before,
it certainly is now. One highly placed source stated:
“In light of Israeli efforts to get Jonathan Pollard released
including overt blackmail, the current ‘bottoming out’ of relations
between Israel and the Obama administration have created a very
dangerous situation. Israel may well do anything.” OBAMA WARNS DURING NUCLEAR SUMMIT
On March 25, 2014, President Obama addressed the Nuclear Security
Summit at The Hague, Netherlands. 53 heads of state were in attendance.
Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel did not attend. This is the 3rd Nuclear Security Summit that Israel has boycotted thus far.
During the closing press conference, Dutch Prime Minister Rutte had
just finished congratulating Iran on its cooperation, lauding the United
States for a diplomatic success. Rutte made the following announcement
while standing next to President Obama:
“…progress is being made. Take Iran. I spoke with President Rouhani
in Davos at the World Economic Forum in January. We have now interim
accords. The fact that I was able -- the first Dutch leader in over 30,
40 years who spoke with an Iranian leader, President Rouhani -- was
possible because of the interim accords, and it seems that it is
holding. America provides leadership there.”
Then President Obama spoke:
“I continue to be much more concerned when it comes to our security
with the prospect of a nuclear weapon going off in Manhattan”
Normally such a warning would seem less ominous but these are not “normal times.” SPECIAL MEASURES
These assets include AWAC (Airborne Warning and Control) aircraft,
AEGIS missile defense naval assets and JLENS aerostat mounted cruise
missile defense systems. It isn’t unusual for AEGIS ships to be
offshore. It has been a standard procedure to use AEGIS to defend both
New York and Washington since the “procedural failures” of NORAD on
9/11. However, AEGIS assets that had previously been assigned to
provide the actual capability of Israel’s vaunted “Iron Dome” missile
defense system are no longer “on station.”
This move signals one or more of the following strategic policy “adjustments” on the part of the US:
• The threat of a preemptive attack against Israel by Iran is considered nonexistent. • Withdrawal of “Iron Dome” assets gives the US needed leverage during renewed Palestinian talks •
The US recognizes the dangerous relationship between extremist factions
in both Israel and the US capable of actions, including nuclear
terrorism that would be to the extreme detriment of both nations CONSPIRACY THEORY ON EMBASSY CLOSURES
In 2010, Israeli historian, Martin van Creveld, stated that Israel
was ready to use nuclear weapons against capitals around the world if
“the Jewish State” were threatened.
Creveld, an advocate of Israel’s withdrawal to 1967 borders and a
respected educator and pragmatist wasn’t issuing a threat. He may well
have been informing the world, in his own way, of a “capability.”
Four days ago, the Israeli Foreign Ministry shut down all embassies
around the world on the basis of a pay dispute with a trade union.
While this may well be true, others “less trusting” cite the
long-time rumor that Israel has stored nuclear weapons in all her
embassies.
“SNM” stands for “Special Nuclear Material.” Nuclear weapons give
off, not only high energy photons but SNM is now detectable by satellite
based sensors even if stored inside a shielded container.
Sources indicate that “SNM” has been detected at Israeli embassies
and consular facilities. There is, in fact, a “war plan” that includes
simultaneous assaults on the worldwide embassy/consular facilities of a
TBD (To Be Determined) nation in case of “special circumstances.”
Though no specific mention of Israel is made, the infamous “Samson
Option,” Israel’s plan to “take down the world” if threatened and the
cryptic statements of Creveld come to mind.
Thus, with the mysterious closure of Israeli facilities around the
world, facilities conspiracy theorists and perhaps “others” believe may
contain “doomsday” nuclear weapons, other factors build a realistic
threat mosaic:
• Israel’s wild conspiracy claims of Iran’s role in the Flight 370 hijacking • US raising DEFCON threat levels to those not seen since the Cuban Missile Crisis • Israel’s increased threats of preemptive attacks on Iran • Calls by GOP congressman Duncan Hunter and others for a nuclear attack on Iran by the US • The removal of over 70% of US nuclear weapons command personnel for “misconduct” SILENCE SHOULD HAVE BEEN “GOLDEN”
Assailed from every side, Israel has had the opportunity to exercise
both intelligent restraint and diplomatic capability in response to
unprecedented worldwide condemnation.
Yet the choice has been to exercise every imaginable option to, not
only increase scorn and isolation but to seem as hostile and
irresponsible as possible. One can only wonder if such policies are
intended more to unify Jews behind suicidal Israeli blunders than
support a “Jewish state.”
I am always interested in nascent systems. They tend to have significance at later junctures. This is huge - if he decouples from the world system, this will anger the banksters until they are blind and make bad gambles and take poor risks. No worries, our children will be fighting those wars, not theirs.
Moscow (AFP) - President Vladimir Putin on Thursday said Russia should
create its own national payment settlement system, in a bid to reduce
economic dependence on the West amid the controversy over Moscow's
seizure of Crimea.
"In countries such as Japan and China these systems work, and work very well," Putin told lawmakers in televised remarks.
"Initially,
they started out solely as national systems limited to their own
markets, their own territory, their own population but they are becoming
more popular right now."
"Why should we not do it? We should
definitely do it and we will do it," he said, noting that Russia's
Central Bank and the government have been looking into the matter"
The symbols are clear. It looks like they are now flaunting it. IE: "We are too strong and entrenched for you peons to mess with us"...... That is the message there. I hope Putin busts them down and flattens Brussels and all seats of power until Jesus busts him down in Jerusalem.....
Those who would have defended the sacred Constitution and done the right thing in a pinch (instead of standing down at the prez's orders when things get really serious), are being replaced. This is reaching in the dozens. There is no question in my mind as to what is going on. He needs a high-speed lead projectile - and fast. Who will do a TEANCUM on this piece of human excrement that has usurped the highest seat in the land??

Air force staff at Montana nuclear base fired over exam cheating scandal
None of the nine fired commanders were directly involved in the cheating, but each was found to have failed on leadership issues

The US air force fired nine mid-level nuclear commanders Thursday
and will discipline dozens of junior officers at a nuclear missile base
in response to an exam-cheating scandal that spanned a far longer period
than originally reported.
Air force officials called the moves
unprecedented in the history of the intercontinental ballistic missile
force, which has been rocked by a string of security lapses over the
past year, including a failed safety and security inspection last summer
at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, where the cheating happened.
In
a bid to correct root causes of the missile corps' failings — including
low morale and weak management — the air force also announced a series
of new or expanded programs to improve leadership development, to
modernize the three ICBM bases and to reinforce "core values" including
integrity.
Air Force secretary Deborah Lee James, the service's
top civilian official, had promised to hold officers at Malmstrom
accountable once the cheating investigation was completed and the scope
of the scandal was clear. None of the nine fired commanders was directly
involved in the cheating, but each was determined to have failed in his
or her leadership responsibilities.
Investigators determined that
the cheating, which officials originally said happened in August or
September last year, began as early as November 2011 and continued until
November 2013, according to a defense official who spoke on condition
of anonymity in order to reveal details before James' announcement. It
involved unauthorized passing of answers to exams designed to test
missile launch officers' proficiency in handling "emergency war orders,"
which are messages involving the targeting and launching of missiles.
When
the cheating was first revealed, air force leaders condemned it as
violating the most basic air force values. They also suggested that it
reflected an unhealthy pressure from commanders to achieve perfect test
scores. The tests are one part of a training and evaluation system that
is supposed to ensure that every one of the more than 500 missile launch
officers is fully proficient.
The most senior person touched
directly by the cheating scandal was the commander of Malmstrom's 341st
Missile Wing, Col Robert Stanley. He was permitted to resign, according
to a defense official. The official described the air force actions on
condition of anonymity before they were announced.
Nine key
commanders below Stanley were fired, including the commanders of the
341st Wing's three missile squadrons, each of which is responsible for
50 Minuteman three nuclear missiles.
Also sacked were the
commander and deputy commander of the 341st Operations Group, which
oversees all three missile squadrons as well as a helicopter unit and a
support squadron responsible for administering monthly proficiency tests
to Malmstrom's launch crews and evaluating their performance.
Members
of all three missile squadrons were implicated in the cheating, either
by providing or receiving test answers or knowing about the cheating and
not reporting it.
No generals are being punished. Major General
Michael Carey, who was fired last October as commander of the 20th Air
Force, which is responsible for all three 150-missile wings of the ICBM
force, is still on duty as a staff officer at Air Force Space Command
but has requested retirement; his request is being reviewed.
Carey
was fired after a military investigation determined that he had engaged
in inappropriate behavior while leading a US government delegation to a
nuclear security exercise in Russia last summer. He was replaced by
Major General Jack Weinstein.
The cheating at Malmstrom was
discovered in early January during the course of an unrelated drug
investigation that included two launch officers at Malmstrom and others
at several other bases; the drug probe is continuing.
A total of
100 missile launch crew members at Malmstrom were identified as
potentially involved in the cheating, but nine were cleared by
investigators. Another nine of the 100 are being handled separately by
the Air Force Office of Special Investigation; eight of those nine
involve possible criminal charges stemming from the alleged mishandling
of classified information.
Of the remaining 82 officers, an
estimated 30 to 40 are eligible to be retrained and returned to duty on
the missile force; the rest face unspecified disciplinary action that
could include dismissal from the air force, officials said.
After
the cheating was announced in January, defense secretary Chuck Hagel
launched a pair of in-depth reviews of the nuclear forces to determine
why the ICBM force has suffered so many setbacks over the past year.
Hagel said he his goal was to restore public confidence in the nuclear force.
Folks, the US will get hit by Sept/Oct of 2014 (most likely much sooner than that) and WWIII will start by Sept 2015, ending 13 months later in Jerusalem in October 2016.
Thank you Spencer for giving me the courage to speak out once again about those things I have been receiving promptings on for years. You and so many others were right. I feel sorry for the poor naysayer schmucks who have put off their preps and movement away from the coast because it was "delusional", etc. Folks, there is not much time. For most, it is too late to act now. The best thing they can do is accept the consequences of previous inaction.
Poland feels vulnerable to Putin’s aggression: and let’s not forget, we’d be bound to help - as we did in 1939
NEXT time you take a tray of tea and custard creams to the nice gang of
Polish builders renovating your semi, they may seem a little distracted
and anxious. Ask them why, and they will answer that some of them have
in the last few weeks received call-up papers as army reservists.
This
happened to a friend of mine in London at the end of last week. At
least 7,000 reservists have been recalled to the colours for immediate
exercises lasting between 10 and 30 days.
They’re told by the Polish authorities that the call-ups are “routine”:
but the men say they haven’t been asked before and they’re well aware
of the growing alarm in Warsaw at President Putin’s aggression. Three
weeks ago, their Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, called a press conference to
warn that “the world stands on the brink of conflict, the consequences
of which are not foreseen… Not everyone in Europe is aware of this
situation.”
My own
view is that Putin was initially more concerned with righting a specific
historical wrong in Crimea than starting a new Cold War. This is still
probably the case despite the dawning truth that the EU/Nato Emperor
really has no clothes at all.
But
in the worst case scenario of a truly revanchist Russia, Poland
certainly has the borders from hell. Starting from the top, it abuts
Kaliningrad (the Russian exclave on the Baltic carved at the end of the
war from East Prussia), Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine.
None of these borders relies on any natural barriers like rivers or
mountain ranges – they are just lines on a map drawn by Stalin in the
full flush of victory. No wonder the Poles are feeling vulnerable.
And
we should be worried, too. Poland is both a Nato and EU member. We are
bound by solemn treaty to defend her in case of attack. Violation of
Poland’s territorial integrity was after all why we went to war
reluctantly in 1939.
Thanks to the marvellous 2012 film, The King’s Speech,
we are well aware of the historical and personal drama behind King
George VI’s radio address to his people on 3 September 1939 after the
declaration of war against Germany. The King’s speech was couched in
general terms – an appeal to international law and the Almighty.
But
earlier that day the prime minister, Neville Chamberlain, had broadcast
to the nation from Number 10 Downing Street in more specific terms that
we should remember today: “This morning the British Ambassador in
Berlin handed the German Government a final Note stating that, unless we
heard from them by 11 o'clock that they were prepared at once to
withdraw their troops from Poland, a state of war would exist between
us.”
Listen to a
recording, if you can. Chamberlain’s pause at this point is
heartbreaking. He went on, his voice slightly lower, “I have to tell
you now that no such undertaking has been received, and that
consequently this country is at war with Germany.”
That
we should defend Poland today seems to me reasonable. I am still a
reservist – until my 55th birthday in December. If Russian tank columns
attacked Warsaw, I would be prepared to do my bit – preferably manning a
desk in the MoD, “flying a mahogany bomber” in the jargon, but if
necessary, further forward. (Hopefully, not in the winter, though
luckily the silk-lined combat jacket that kept me warm in the Rhine Army
and South Armagh a generation ago is somewhere in the attic.)
We are as a country still in a position to help defend Poland, if
necessary. The UK has tanks, armoured infantry and artillery based in
Germany though they are due to be repatriated over the next few years. General Lord Dannatt has
suggested today that not only should we keep our garrisons on the north
German Plain for the foreseeable future, but we should reinforce them. I
cannot think of a better way to warn off President Putin from any
further adventurism. Perhaps David Cameron might consider reversing
some of his defence cuts as well.
Poland
is one thing but there are other states in Russia’s shadow who are
members of both Nato and the EU. Would we fight for the vulnerable
Baltic states should President Putin turn the screws on them?
They
lie geographically from north to south in alphabetical order: Estonia,
Latvia and Lithuania. All have significant and often restive Russian
minorities. The populations of Estonia and Latvia are nearly a quarter
ethnic Russian. The proportion in the eastern parts of Estonia is much
higher. Latvia’s capital, Riga, is nearly half Russian. Lithuania is
only five per cent Russian and as a result more aggressive towards them -
a few days ago the government pulled the plug on a pro-Russian TV
station.
In the
case of Estonia, I feel a regimental, and therefore personal,
connection. A company of Estonians fought gallantly with the Welsh
Guards in Afghanistan in 2009. Three Estonian soldiers were killed in
action, as were a number of Welsh Guardsmen, including
Lieutenant-Colonel Rupert Thorneloe, the most senior officer to die
since Colonel ‘H’ in the Falklands.
Welshmen
feel a strong affinity for Estonians – a small and proud nation just
like them that has had a difficult history, and with an acute sense of
honour. The British system chose not to give Thorneloe a medal even
though many other officers whose lives were never at risk picked up
gongs. The Estonians, bless them, gave him posthumously their
Distinguished Service Decoration.
But
I fear they are going to have to work out their future with more
Russian influence and pressure on their countries than they had
anticipated. Both Nato and the EU have made promises they can’t possibly
keep. We have led them up the garden path with our empty guarantees. ·
