Keep in mind that many of us may have received personal revelation to move elsewhere for spiritual and physical safety. Leaving behind many things of the world and being called fanatics by their friends. Not knowing how the Lird would sustain us in the new place, but obeying in faith regardless of uncertainty. In my opinion and my husband's, we have already received our "call-out" and are trying to be prepared to be part of a City of Light. The Lord works in miraculous ways. A universal "call-out" is very unlikely to be in the cards. The Lord is working miracles that man could never imagine, and that take years of preparation under the radar of the world. Don't lose hope; sanctify yourselves through the atonement of Christ so you may recieve the revelation for your own families that is vitally needed for your protection in these tribulations and end days.
Not on topic. But the transition from Joseph Smith to Brigham Young follows no biblical or Book of Mormon pattern that I am aware of. Jesus Christ did not visit Brigham in person. Maybe this is why revelation died with Joseph. There is something about this... Great blog. Thx.
I think some special saints will gather where they are, maybe near a temple.
ReplyDeletePeople have forgotten about Kirtland. Its place in the end times might not be done yet...
