Reform is ultimately nearly impossible - one of the few instances of success was with the American social experiment.  But that took nearly impossible odds and the placing of a critical mass of amazingly intelligent and moral people in one place (Founding Fathers) in order to make that reform happen - so that the Gospel could come forward.

This is why there will be an intervention by Jesus - and a place where DNs will not be comfortable and where you will have to bring yourself (and your family) up, in order to qualify to live there.  People will either float, or they will sink.  Survival of the spiritual fittest.
