I got the comment that the kids in the latest generation have not all heard the call to repentance. In my opinion, it is the youngest generation that lies at the root of the problem. That is the 20-30 y.o. generation that is basically godless. Those who were not properly taught by their parents or rejected the counsel that they were given to not partake of Babylon's sins.
That generation has "hook-ups" where they randomly get together with people they just met and copulate without thought as to disease or possible children that might come out of that act, they support "gay rights" and do not take seriously the command to multiply and replenish the earth through extensive use of birth control. They are vicious and are largely past feeling (those who have rejected God and His ways). My manager is this way. Nice on the outside, but inside a ravening wolf. This manager caused a bright young engineer to end up in the mental hospital after she deemed him not a useful member of the "team" and stripped him of his authority, busted a 20 year employee down to almost nothing and had him running for the exits to save his job (yet I consider the same man to be one of the most loyal, hard working people I have met) and she has attempted to put the screws to me as a nearly 20 year employee. I let her have it for two hours straight earlier today during a mid-year review. I told her that you do not treat human beings like common trash. People have forgotten that there is a human component to everything - and that WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. I also told her that ultimately, all of this does not matter as there will be no more economy by the end of next year (and thus no more a/p sales and no more aerospace giant...), so the best thing you can do is treat people with some form of respect and dignity instead of trying to throw them under the bus.
I was planning on taking the next six months off to make my move to Alberta anyway and for other reasons, but this was the perfect chance to unload and let this person know exactly where they have stepped in it. It felt great to just let it all hang out. I have nothing to lose by doing so. As with anyone who has attempted to hedge up my way, I told the 20 year employee that she busted down that it was just a matter of weeks and she would be gone from her reign of terror. Three weeks later she was busted down to some meaningless role (still as a first level manager). She, in her arrogance and pride had taken on the factory general manager over 747, the bright young employee she busted down was the son of a second level manager over 767 and then she had taken on a few guys who are considered "just men". It was too much - now I do not have to deal with her any more - except for today during the mid-year review. Boy, was it a show.
So what does this have to do with anything? Just to illustrate that people have lost their souls - and what makes them human. When it comes down only to doing some act of kindness on the condition it makes someone money or not. Then you have lost your soul. When it comes down to whether you treat someone nicely as a function of whether you can hop in the sack with them for a non-commital romp for an hour, you have lost your soul. When it comes down to your motivation to do anything that is lovely, praiseworthy or of good report - and it is only self-serving, then you have lost your soul. Isaiah described it perfectly in the day with back-sliding Israel. At that point, destruction is imminent.
The balance of power is then taken from the Gentiles and it is given to the Pure House of Israel. That is, those who are of Manasseh and Judah. Those who were first and then made last shall become first again and take their pre-eminent roles up again. The promises made to their fathers will become theirs finally. The rest that will not rise to God's standard, will be burned with fire.
If you look around you, you will see that the wheels have come off the wagon. Everything is literally upside down. Good is evil and evil is good. No nation can persist in this state for long without imploding. Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it......
I have started reading the Na'elim again in the Old Testament, that is, the Prophets. It is interesting looking at the Messianic Jewish version of the Old Testament in that in the last part of Isaiah chapter 1 it talks about those who choose the desired (the Jewish translation has it as "Sacred" oaks) versus those that choose the oaks without fruit. It further says that the rebels will be destroyed along with the sinners. In the King James version rebels shows up as transgressors.
ReplyDeleteIn another bit of news, LDS Family Services has ceased adoption operations. Though the PR department denies it it has EVERYTHING to do with SSM and SSA.
