THE HARD WINTER?

I had a Sister in Cardston tell me last Sunday that THIS was the hard winter before things got really going.  I really have to wonder if she was onto something after this:

The pass I just drove down to get back to Montana apparently had many inches of snow on it a few days later.  Really?  This time of year?

Apparently, there has been much rain in the Cardston area with flooding.  I was just there and everything seemed normal a few days ago.
