Hmm....  That is the end of the Jubilee Year in 2017 and September 23rd is the beginning of Rosh Hoshannah which ends with Yom Kippur.  Here is a great site that has it all spelled out:

The timing seems to be about right for Christ to come to Jerusalem at that time.  Holy smokes will that be cool to see the coming of our Lord in our lifetimes!
