Years ago, I knew it was time to get off the coast due to increasing wickedness there.
Last summer, we saw the results of this wickedness.
Other objectives were to be as far as possible away from the southern border due to the lack of stability there and due to ridiculous gadianton-like behavior down there. Once the US collapses (it already has of sorts - politically), there will be tens of millions who pour across to pillage the cities without walls.
The last thing is gangs in our cities. Kids who have turned to this due to broken homes and social inequity through generations of time, built up from the initial wicked act of enslaving a race of people for gain (something for nothing).

So, here we are. These guys are intimidating. Nothing a standing army could take out, until they resort to guerilla tactics in a large urban setting. And so, things seem pretty good here in the middle of nowhere. If I were in a big city, I would take advantage of the high home prices, and sell and then get out.
Soon, the trap will be set and there will be no feasible alternatives.
