Most of this runs with all other Visions, NDE's and dreams except that a forced United Order is called communism, God forbid. His enthusiasm may have overwhelmed the correct verbiage, which means that only those who are willing, of their own freewill to submit God and all that that entails, free will, service to others ect. Otherwise it does not come from God but Satan, and it will fail.
