As Joel mentioned, the central Utah area is a great area and many have bugged out to the Manti and St George
It is almost too late - but I have good friends that are still making it happen here in Cardston, etc
Most have gotten off the West Coast, as it will get the wave.
Avoid areas with high rainbow flag concentrations. The Avenues in SLC will be an area of concern. I just had some friends do a strategic relocation from the coast of CA and into Utah County. I did my best to dissuade them, but the convenience of the commute was too much....
