I stopped using a microwave in 1999 or 2000. I constantly got belly trouble if I ate microwaved food. I knew there was mixed science on the topic, and as I scientist, I also knew that the answers you get to research are only as good as the focus if the question and the observation ability (macroscopic to microsvopic). If you are not looking for the evidence in the correct place, you will not see it and can mistakenly judge something to be safe as a consequence of looking in the wrong place.
