So, we have a problem here. I think these numbers are correct.
Either it is a people problem, or a management problem. I usually tout the "management problem" at work when someone is fired. Did you not hire the person correctly? Management problem..... Are they not effective at their job? Poor training; management problem..... Almost across the board, the problems reflect back on poor management.
I just talked with a guy who is out here from Corporate and pointed out that we have a reporting problem. People blowing sunshine up the upper level keisters so they can keep their jobs, all the while it is all falling apart down in the trenches. Out of touch management.... Sheesh. So many people are primed and ready to quit because, in a culture of fear, people are afraid to tell the truth. The only guys who will are the veterans of the industry who are close to retirement. Precisely because they are not afraid for their jobs.
In the case of this country, it is a management problem (but not Trump). The people WANT the swamp drained of corruption. They know the likely best way to accomplish this is to burn it down and start over. Sadly, the Chinese and the Russians are waiting in the wings for just that to happen....

Just figure out a way to stay out of the way. Everyone alive today has done it in the past (their ancestors). Those who could not figure that out, were de-selected from the gene pool.
From Lehi to Uchtdorf, they all just stayed the hell out of the way while pure hell swirled around them or just behind them. Personal revelation is key to this. Have the Spirit as your guide is paramount.
