Red Gun Laws on a federal level. 

1. Any one at anytime can say your a threat. Any family members. A wife, husband, Ex wife, Ex husband, ex girlfriend, ex boyfriend. Any Law Enforcer personal. Old businesses partner, disgruntled employee or employer. Any one. ( back door gun confiscation ). Someone 15 years ago call call up and say your a threat to the public. They will come in with a warrant and seize, illegal seize by the way, all your firearms. With no due process, no right to face your accuser, Nothing but a receipt of your guns that you will pay storage fees for. You must prove that your not a threat. ( Guilty first until you prove yourself innocent).2. Who deems your a threat. How and to whom do you prove that your not a threat. Some people believe that just owing a firearm makes you a threat. Don't you get it. This is the biggest attack on not only The Second Amendment. But all the rights of the people. They want to disarm you. And with this federal law, they will if it passes.
