BULLET-PROOF WINGS

Now the blog is into the cooking scene....:

Step 1- Deep fry at 275F for 15 min. ( I use peanut oil )
Step 2- Remove from oil, and increase heat to 375F
Step 3- Put wings back in the oil at 375F for an additional 7 minutes.
Step 4- Sauce. You can handle this.
( I use homegrown peppers, butter, vinegar, and salt. )


Or use an air fryer:

Season them and then hit them with a spray of olive oil, turn them halfway thru. They come out crispy and perfect, coat them with your favorite sauce...
