This has been fairly obvious for a long time and you notice that our Governments have done nothing about it. It is not a big deal to properly prepare and harden our infrastructure, even our cars and other equipment could be required to be hardened against such events. But the Deep State wants America and Canada to be left vulnerable from attacks from Russia and China that would compel us to join a New World Order once we find ourselves defenseless.
