So, having read this blog, you will know I admire EJ Wood.
After my introduction into our new ward this Sunday, I was approached by the son of EJ's oldest daughter. I am guessing he was in his late 80's or early 90's. He was also an engineer who worked for decades for GE. He spent most of his time away from Cardston - and finally went to ground in his advanced age.
I was utterly shocked to tell him and his caretaker son about VoG and find out that they had never heard of it. I then also was shocked when I had to fill them in on the Mrs. Sols Cuardisto vision that is in the back of VoG.
I walked them home after church and we got to know each other a little better.
He confirmed hearing about his grandpa talking about the Ten Tribes coming through Cardston and there being a massive gathering that fills the area between Cardston and Lethbridge (about 40 miles) and that this would number in the hundreds of thousands.
We are in for some exciting times!
As I glean more information, I will pass it along. This is my first direct link to EJ Wood (someone who heard it from the horse's mouth, so to speak).
