Did y'all know that Daniel prophesied the dedication of the original Nauvoo Temple?
April 30, 1846 – Dedication of the first NAUVOO Temple - Fulfills Daniel 8:13-14 when the question is asked how long until a daily sacrifice (Temple Work) will again be acceptable to the Lord? – 538 BC begins 2300 day/years takes us to 1846 (when taking into consideration that our calendar is off aprox 3 years). The Nauvoo Temple was the first temple where all the covenants were restored. Other religions watched for the 2nd Coming from 1844-46 because of this prophecy of Daniel and they thought nothing happened…. The Nauvoo Temple was the first temple where all the covenants were restored.
NOW – Jump forward in Daniel to 12:7…. Knowing that the Nauvoo Temple was the fulfillment of Dan 8:13, picture what Daniel might have seen – which river? Who were the two men – one on each side? Who was on the water when the question was asked ‘how much longer until the end?’ Could it have been Joseph who had been martyred 2 years before standing on the Nauvoo side of the Mississippi River, watching over the temple until it was decommissioned by fire, with Brigham on the other side as he left with the saints in 1846 just after the temple was dedicated, and the Savior standing on the water? Could that be what Daniel saw? And the answer is given ‘time, times and a half’ – which has different meanings when connecting this prophecy to past events and present/future events. If we consider that time means 49 years in this example (7 Shemitahs), then this phrase would equal 49+98 (49 twice) + half (of 49) = 171 ½ years… Now, ADD 171.5 years to 1846 and you end up in the fall of 2017 and the sign in the sky of Rev. 12.
When you add 3 1/2 years (1290 days) to the Sept 2017 sign of the woman in the sky, you end up in April 2021 - and exactly 21 years (half hour of silence) since the dedication of the Palmyra Temple April 6, 2000 which was the first Temple dedication where ALL saints could be present - just like was prophesied in Rev 7 and Joel. (there has only been one other Temple dedication where ALL saints attended via world-wide sattelite, and that was two years later when the second Nauvoo Temple was dedicated).....

Perhaps these dates of April 2021 point to when we will be building the New Jerusalem - of what would be considered the end of silence for the elect of God who would join with the Savior in the preparations leading up to His Second Coming.

What am I missing? 2300 years from 538BC takes me to 1762
ReplyDeleteThis is the second time I have read the last two dates mentioned concerning the 3 and a half years but a first on the temples! Wow! I know that there are signs in the heavens and on the earth and believe in the Rev 12 sign and that it has great significance to it. Keep watching!!
