WHAT DO WE WORSHIP?

We can worship anything; houses, cars, wives, looks, education, money/savings, things (debt) and likely what we worship, we find ourselves becoming a slave to.  God frees us, the devil seeks to enslave (usually with addiction, etc).

What we choose to devote our time and energies to, becomes our god.

It could even be a blog or social media.  Whatever takes us away from the only things that we can take with us, which are the collective good deeds and good memories from having lived and served well.
