So, I was in Calgary Alberta the other day going thru customs as I prepared to enter the international terminal to fly into the USA.
Right there next to a customs reporting area, there was a US flag with gold fringe. I have always known this to represent military or admiralty law. Ignorant people always just pass this off as a ceremonial flag or something to do with the military. This is partly true - but it has a much greater significance.
In that area, I had given up most of my natural rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights - such as protections against illegal search and seizure and so much else. When you join the military - you give up your rights and become a piece of meat to be used how they see fit. Same thing in DC where that flag is plastered all over the place. This includes some courts that operate under the guise of international law - instead of the principles of the Constitution.
Off of a US military ship, a military base, outside of DC and outside of areas where we have defined as a piece of our country within another country (such as an embassy or a TSA checkpoint), the un-fringed flag is used because it represents an area where natural rights do NOT apply.
When you see one - take note of where you are:

And be aware of how your rights have changed when you see one.
