So the freaks in power who want to get us into direct confrontation with Moscow - who have sent 2500 Marines to Finland (Marines = invasion forces).....and Murmansk is only 60 miles from the border with Finland..... Who threatened to hack the Russian power grid just last week.
Those guys, who are pulling the levers (including killer) - probably just did this. Purely a guess here - but it could get ugly if Russia thinks we are getting to invade what is their most important base for subs and other surface ships.

I think it may be a TRiUMPh in spite of any electoral cheating they may try to pull off - so plan B(imbo) will be implemented like it is at a trashy "planned parenthood" clinic after a sordid, drunken night out bar hopping.....
Well, the city was partially blacked out and it says the citizens aren't panicking. So not sure what to make of it but not discounting anything. Times are gettin' to weird. Read 'A Change is Coming' by Hector Sosa again in one day a few days back. Got the heebie jeebies big time.
