While a dry or empty well can produce no water to quench the thirst of another weary traveler in life, I think the message of this whole thing is the opposite message that Christ was preaching. It seems to be one of "look inside yourself" for the answers, instead of the injunction to serve your fellow man and in losing yourself in selfless service of others, you will find yourself.
When will the madness stop?? Right really has become wrong, and wrong has become right.....
