You can write to him.  I am not so sure of what the Savior's injunction was at the time he said to visit those in prison.  I am not so sure it was for those who were caught 420'ing away (no, it is not a "victimless" crime; families are heavily impacted by the morose attitudes, let alone the wasted income and other things it does to children and mourning spouses) - but more that it was for those who were imprisoned for victimless crimes, such as fighting for your God-given rights:



 Since it would be hard for most of us to visit him (he is now in Nevada), a letter to him would be great at the following address:

Please support him - he is being held in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT - and I have never been there, but that is actually pretty nasty treatment for "such a hardened criminal" like he is..... and is being fought in international courts to be illegal according to the Geneva Convention.  Just as are cases involving kidnapping of children and wives and crossing international borders..... (snide comment for the ex-mos out there.....).
