BRINGING HOME THE MISSIONARIES AT THE OUTSET OF WAR

When this happens, we are close.  I expect it any month now (I have been saying the same thing for years now).  The Harbinger is the calling out of missionaries from the countries where they are serving.  We have had this of sorts in many situations, already as things get too dangerous for foreign missionaries to effectively proselyte in a country (such as Russia or Indonesia, for example).  Usually, before war happens, there is degradation of social and other norms and then it starts in earnest.  I have read quite a bit about how the people were evacuated from Germany before WWII, and then the missionaries would come out.

People who sensed what was coming, survived.  Those who were oblivious ended up in a work camp or gas chamber.  Not good odds in either of those two situations.  Just as there will not be good odds for those here during WWIII.  The only place on the face of the earth where people will be fine will be New Zealand above 3,000-5,000 feet.  Even then, the EQs there will be devastating.  Pick your poison.  I would rather be in the cities of light here in the USA.  Most of the honest in heart will be gathered out to this continent anyway - so might as well preserve a place in the line, right?

Bottom line, it is all in God's hands - so get right with Him and buckle up!!

As an aside, I have been in contact with an individual who has had an experience of being called to return to the NJ (Spencer-style) and may have had some sort of sealing experience.  It is my intention to get permission to share that experience.  It was amazing - but simple and affirms that ordinary people can seek and obtain the blessing once they show that they qualify through faithfulness and desire.  Pray they will let me share it, if it is appropriate.

Here is something off FB from a faithful brother that got me spun up:

The missionaries were called home at the outbreak of both World War I and World War II.
At the present moment, the Lord seems to be holding off a Third World War until the Lord's hastened work can be completed (D&C 88:73)
How much longer will that be the case – with 'rumors of war', Russian (and Chinese) military presence off the coast of this country, kinetic military action and levied economic war between the United States and the European Union against China and Russia (with many other players in the fold)?
I suppose only time will tell. But I can all but guarantee that the precedent of bringing the missionaries home at the outset of another World War is all but inevitable:
“Do you think there is calamity abroad now among the people? Not much. All we have yet heard and all we have experienced is scarcely a preface to the sermon that is going to be preached. When the testimony of the Elders ceases to be given, and the Lord says to them, "Come home; I will now preach my own sermons to the nations of the earth," all you now know can scarcely be called a preface to the sermon that will be preached with fire and sword, tempests, earthquakes, hail, rain, thunders and lightnings, and fearful destruction. What matters the destruction of a few railway cars? You will hear of magnificent cities, now idolized by the people, sinking in the earth, entombing the inhabitants. The sea will heave itself beyond its bounds, engulfing mighty cities. Famine will spread over the nations, and nation will rise up against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and states against states, in our own country and in foreign lands.”
– Brigham Young
(Journal of Discourses, Vol. 8, p. 123, July 15, 1860)
“When God has called out the righteous, when the warning voice has been sufficiently proclaimed among tile Gentile nations, and the Lord says, "It is enough," he will also say to his servants—"O, ye, my servants, come home, come out from the midst of these Gentile nations, where you have labored and borne testimony for so long a period; come out from among them, for they are not worthy; they do not receive the message that I have sent forth, they do not repent of their sins, come out from their midst, their times are fulfilled. Seal up the testimony among them and bind up the law.”
– Orson Pratt
(Journal of Discourses, Vol. 18, p. 64, July 25, 1875)
(D&C 88:88-91)
88 And after your testimony cometh wrath and indignation upon the people.
89 For after your testimony cometh the testimony of earthquakes, that shall cause groanings in the midst of her, and men shall fall upon the ground and shall not be able to stand.
90 And also cometh the testimony of the voice of thunderings, and the voice of lightnings, and the voice of tempests, and the voice of the waves of the sea heaving themselves beyond their bounds.
91 And all things shall be in commotion; and surely, men’s hearts shall fail them; for fear shall come upon all people.
(D&C 45:21-35)
21 And it shall come to pass, that this generation of Jews shall not pass away until every desolation which I have told you concerning them shall come to pass.
22 Ye say that ye know that the end of the world cometh; ye say also that ye know that the heavens and the earth shall pass away;
23 And in this ye say truly, for so it is; but these things which I have told you shall not pass away until all shall be fulfilled.
24 And this I have told you concerning Jerusalem; and when that day shall come, shall a remnant be scattered among all nations;
25 But they shall be gathered again; but they shall remain until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
26 And in that day shall be heard of wars and rumors of wars, and the whole earth shall be in commotion, and men’s hearts shall fail them, and they shall say that Christ delayeth his coming until the end of the earth.
27 And the love of men shall wax cold, and iniquity shall abound.
28 And when the times of the Gentiles is come in, a light shall break forth among them that sit in darkness, and it shall be the fulness of my gospel;
29 But they receive it not; for they perceive not the light, and they turn their hearts from me because of the precepts of men.
30 And in that generation shall the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
31 And there shall be men standing in that generation, that shall not pass until they shall see an overflowing scourge; for a desolating sickness shall cover the land.
32 But my disciples shall stand in holy places, and shall not be moved; but among the wicked, men shall lift up their voices and curse God and die.
33 And there shall be earthquakes also in divers places, and many desolations; yet men will harden their hearts against me, and they will take up the sword, one against another, and they will kill one another.
34 And now, when I the Lord had spoken these words unto my disciples, they were troubled.
35 And I said unto them: Be not troubled, for, when all these things shall come to pass, ye may know that the promises which have been made unto you shall be fulfilled.

  1. I have come across purported dreams or visions wherein missionaries from the US and serving in the US don't go home before things begin, but are assigned to help members gather and get their tent cities functioning. In the end I don't know if these dreams are real or not, so I will just wait to see what happens in the tent cities.

    And I am not confident the harbinger we should be looking for is missionaries going home. Julie Rowe and Hector Sosa, among others, claim two earthquakes along the Wasatch Front - a warning earthquake about six months before the big one. Sosa specifically states the first one will happen this October and Rowe has recently made statements suggesting she expects the same.
    Therefore I think a moderate to major earthquake in Utah is the harbinger to look for, with a subsequent broadcast regarding emergency preparedness as a second witness.

  2. Julie Rowe also mentions that the missionaries will be pulled out only "AFTER" the bug out of the regular members. To pull the missionaries out of the field prior would put the regular bug out at risk. It's all orchestrated and that is why you must be ready to "go" the moment they say it. As Joseph Smith said - you don't want to wait as the other side/team will have ample time to work on you and sway you to not go!

  3. I honored your request elder IRAQ and prayed for the experience to be shared. I long to hear it. It gives me hope and spiritual strength already just to know the calling/blessing took place to begin with because I believe it, nothing doubting.

    As for me, I will take brother Brigham at his word. When the missionaries are told to cease to preach and to "come home", we had better take a long breath like we're going under water. The Lord preaching His own sermons is a terrifying proposition!

    Any wonder though? We've defied and slain His oracles. We've desecrated His name, His laws, and not believed in Him. We've removed His memorials from public places. We've screwed around with genetics regarding human life and food sources, in a sense "playing God". We worship the works of our hands, American IDOL, Dancing with the STARS, XXX, R, PG-13 movies, sports figures, MARVEL comic super heroes kids worship and pretend to be instead of real life heroes from the scriptures, Christmas with an X-mas if you're to lazy to write out Christ's name for a pagan holiday anyway. Easter (eggs dipped in blood/dyed in honor of Astare, the fertility goddess), Halloween, a TRUE delight for devils and the Dark One. To heck with the Lord's feasts and moedim (appointed times in Hebrew).

    We're riper for destruction than bananas left out in the heat for weeks. And it has to happen for the Lord to set things right again. And His Son is just the one to do it just as He has done over and over. Jesus Christ is also a God of Wrath which some of us try to gloss over so He doesn't sound so.........scary. Well He is to be feared and rightly so, because He is Judge, Jury, and Executioner all rolled up in one and His power cannot be opposed. So yeah, He's downright scary if He's not on your side which is what we should be concerned about 24/7. People get that mixed up. The Israelites were victorious because the Lord was ON THEIR SIDE, not the other way around.

    As for New Zealand. I read a NDE, just recalling from memory, that it will be closed off from the world and ravaged by plague. The only safe place will be the square foot of Zion you stand on because you choose to be pure in heart and ONE with Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. We weren't designed to survive mortality. No matter how you go, natural cause, violence, sickness, accident, twinkling of an eye.....Make sure your hand is on the Rod of Iron and the other in the hand of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World.

    We're gonna get through this folks. We're stronger than we think and fiercer in our testimonies that will yet be tested. The real us is gonna come shining through when it matters. Your voice calling upon and rebuking evil in the name of Jesus Christ is a most powerful. And God SAID, let there BE.....and it is done and it is good and nothing, NOTHING, gets in the way of it! IF GOD BE FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US?

  4. Mr. Anonymous has an accurate conclusion. My wicked, narcissistic mother in law has gotten me fired to keep us under her thumb, has pulled my daughter from the church, and is trying to sway my son.

    If she knew we were going to gather, she would put out tremendous effort to stop us. I could expect to be sued, dishonest allegations made to CPS, or criminal allegations that result in my arrest. If we don't leave before she finds out, she will fulfill her role as Satan's little helper to keep us from going.

  5. I hope the individual who expressed experience of a "sealing or sacred experience" keeps it to themselves. These are NOT to be shared on the internet, media or other mass communications. Read some of the prophets and apostles comments on such experiences. Pres. Boyd K. Packer gave an excellent talk "Candle of the Lord" back in the 1980s. Pres. Marion G. Romney expressed it this way..."Some things I don't even share with my wife - because I know the Lord would then not trust me". Coasting on "visions, dreams, sealings' of others" will not assure success in your own life. I have knowledge of a "second anointing" given to a dear friends - but they have never made a pubic statement of such. The scripture "the Lord will not be mocked" applies to many things in the gospel - and to toss "second anointings', personal visions and other personal promptings" are just that - personal. I do hope you DO NOT seek permission to print something that should not be made public.

  6. I think there was a time in the past to keep things to yourself. I don't think that is the case anymore. We are so darn close that all messages need to be shared. And fast!
