DANIEL THE PROPHET - THE PROTOTYPE FOR 7S, 70S AND DANIEL

My wife and I watched this movie last night for our couple time study.  This would make a GREAT movie for FHE (no violence or deep themes):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T61M2TKYkuA

It's done in narrative form and is entertaining as well as educational.

It gives a GREAT overview of the story of Daniel and all of the kings that he was directly involved in during the 70 year diaspora - as the Jews were taken in 589BC to Babylon.  I do not understand exactly why the Lord did this - leaving some (Samaritans, etc) back home and hauling so many off to become mixed with the social sewers of that society.  I get the first Assyrian diaspora (721BC) where he simply plucked the 10 northern tribes away from their groves and entrenched debauchery and led many into northern Europe and the main body off into places where they could not be found (Spencer mentioned one place - and Eliza R. Snow mentioned the main body that was removed from this earth altogether, much like Enoch and his people have been - and who will return SOON.

There are several things that need to be pointed out here - as parallels to our own situation.  There were 50 Jubilees until the people left Egypt and their:

1) Debts were forgiven them.
2) As captives, they were released.
3) The lands promised to their fathers, were returned to them.

At the end of another 20 Jubilees (in the end of days of Daniel), the people were once again given the same things:

1) Debts were forgiven them.
2) As captives, they were released.
3) The lands promised to their fathers, were returned to them.

We just entered the Jubilee year - to be precise, the 50th, 50th Jubilee year since the return and completion of the temple by Cyrus.

This is a total of 2500 years + 1000 years + 2500 years = 6000 years.  We are on the Lord's calendar and in the final year.  One wherein the:

1) Savior will return and show those who survive, the prints of the nails in the hands and the feet - and their debts (those of their fathers) will be forgiven and the wounds will be healed.

2) The captives who have been held and driven by the likes of Hitler, Stalin and so many other repressive peoples - and as of late by the muslim nations that surround them now, and even the USA as of late.  As they are surrounded by the likes of Putin and the people of Magog from the Crimean region, and 2/3 of the people are wiped out in Jerusalem, Christ will come suddenly and split the Mount of Olives in twain and the 1/3 that remain will come behind Christ as he sweeps the rest of the wicked from the earth.  The captives finally will be released once and for all from those who have sought to afflict the people of God.

3) The ancestral lands that now comprise Jordan, parts of Syria and Iraq will begin to blossom as the rose and those parts will be returned to the original borders.  The lands will be returned.

This is the PROMISE OF THE JUBILEE.

While I am at it - to make this comprehensive:

In 1917, Lord Allenby released the Holy Land from the grip of the Turkish Empire.
In 1967, Jerusalem was released from the grip of the muslims.
In 2017, at the end of the Jubilee Year (that started last night at sundown), Gog will be destroyed.

Another witness to this event.  The call went forth to Israel to make Israel a nation in 1947.  Seventy years from that time, the prophetic week of not only 70 years, but seventy Jubilees (3500 years) from the building of the second temple by Cyrus will be fulfilled.

When Christ returns on the Feast of Succoth or booths (the Wedding Feast) at the culmination of this special jubilee year, all things will come together in one and the work will commence to build the Temples in the NJ and the OJ and the work of the 144,000 will begin for the final gathering out before Christ returns in glory and sweeps the earth with fire.  This is the final work of the Lord before the Millennium.

I seek to see this event and have a confirmation of it - as I understand it.

  1. Oh man! I've watched this movie like 5 times! I just love it! I really love the way the older Daniel prays in the beginning. Such an outpouring and example of humility. This movie is 5 stars and thanks for posting it brother! You'll be blessed for posting it and anyone who watches it will be the better for it. It really gives a shot in the arm to spirituality and makes one want to serve God with even more faithfulness and zeal. I just plain like the way the movie makes me feel and that's why I watch it again and again! Good one IRAQ!

  2. We also watched this. It is very good. Looks like Netflix is coming out with their own religious movies on pureflix. Much like TNT did years ago. Anyone see "Joseph" where Ben Kingsley was Potiphar? That's a classic.
