    I found this quite interesting as I have came across references to giant skeletons and such in doing my own family history. I found many references to them in the early histories of various counties from New York to the mid-west.

    FYI www.snopes.com is not a reliable source for any information. It is run by a couple people that push their ideas as fact, and even report biased views for $.....
