Nope. We currently have ALL of the laws in place to effect this type of martial law and extermination. The NWO has the USA as the only thing holding it back from it's objectives. I see this as a complete possibility:
Jade Helm’s Trojan Horse
This
FEMA camp facility in Grayling, MI., is the sight of martial law
training for the Michigan National guard commencing on July 15, the
inception date for Jade Helm. This facility also houses hundred of UN military vehicles.
1) Phase One: Dissident Extractions
2) Phase Two: Gun confiscation under the auspices of this administration’s UN partners (e.g. Russians and Chinese).
The next phase in any martial law crackdown would consist of mass population relocation of undesirables. For Hitler, that meant the incarceration and extermination of Jews, homosexuals, Gypsies and political undesirables. In modern America, concentration camp candidates would include the list of the “enemies of the state” listed in the MIAC Report (e.g. former Ron Paul supporters, Constitutionalists, Second Amendment supporters, etc.). This article will expose the fact that the lists have been expanded to anyone who has respiratory distress even of a minor nature (chest cold congestion).
This report establishes Phase Three of any martial law implementation, including Jade Helm 15, or its successor, will consist of the forced relocation of major populations to detainment facilities. This process has already been ushered in under stealth and is taking the form of America’s Trojan Horse.
TROJAN HORSE ALERT #1: The Legal Authority to Send “SUSPECTED” and ILL Patients to FEMA Camps and Anyone Else Suspected of Having Been Exposed!
Last summer when the “Ebola scare” consumed the United States. Because of the perceived crisis, Americans barely raised an eyebrow when the Obama administration greatly expanded quarantine lists, as well as the announced intentions to the use of “quarantine facilities (i.e. FEMA camps) and providing a means of transport for average citizens to these camps.Before one can “legally” transport medically contagious patients to “quarantine facilities” and await the inevitable, the public must be reassured that the rule of law is being followed.
Last summer the Obama administration took full advantage of the Ebola scare when they changed the handling of Ebola patients who have already been planned for through a series of legal actions, most of them are Executive Orders. For example, the Executive Order, entitled Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Executive Order 13295, passed by George W. Bush in April 2003, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals”, and Ebola is specifically mentioned. Obama’s executive order, entitled, Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Bush’sExecutive Order 13295, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of suspected communicable diseases.”
Obama has granted his administration the authority to detain, in any manner deemed necessary, any person who demonstrates any degree of respiratory distress. This means people with noninfectious asthma could be detained.
The CDC has greatly expanded guidelines which permit the government to quarantine people with “fatigue” and lists this as a potential Ebola symptom. Anyone THOUGHT to be exposed to an Ebola patient can be quarantined. CDC has opened themselves up to the likelihood that Ebola can be transmitted even from people who are not presently symptomatic at the time of transmission. This goes hand in hand with present CDC measures that allow for the quarantine of non-symptomatic persons. All of this is contextual background for a thinly veiled plot to forcibly relocate millions of Americans to FEMA camps (aka medical quarantine camps).
Medical Martial Law FEMA Camps to Be Run By HHS
In the event of a pandemic, the Secretary of Human Health Services (HHS) will assume operational control of Federal emergency public health and medical response.I have discovered a Trojan Horse in our midst. It is one thing to plan to incarcerate millions of Americans, it is quite another to get Americans to these camps. The 2014 Ebola scare has provided the means to transport Americans to FEMA camps.

Under the guise of quarantining Ebola victims, the administration codified this program under HHS. However, there is a serious red herring in their approach.Look at the participating partners in the “hospital” detainment centers in the EFS #8 document. This list is very revealing as to the intended purpose of these camps.

WHERE ARE THE MEDICAL PERSONNEL, FACILITIES OR AGENCIES?
Sometimes, it is not what a person says that is important, it is what they do not say. In the above list of the 2014 Ebola detainment centers, I don’t see the CDC or the National Institute of Health listed. Nor do I see any legitimate medical organizations. I don’t even see the presence of any “volunteer” medical organizations such as Doctors Without Borders. Does anyone else find it disturbing that the transport of very sick people will be conducted and the end point is devoid of any medical treatment organizations and/or facilities?These camps are not medical facilities. These camps are death camps. This is a Trojan Horse. There is not one shred of evidence that these camps are intended to treat or even make comfortable people who will contract a serious communicable disease such as Ebola. The most disturbing thing is that these camps will be death camps for healthy people. If you are a person who is unlucky enough to be discovered to have asthma or merely be temporarily suffering from congestion in one’s lungs from allergies or a simple cold, you could find yourself on one of the Federally approved ambulance services (bus, train, plane) and headed to your final destination.

The following story cannot be told too many times because it exposes the dark nature of this administration by exposing some very core beliefs were are witnessing coming out of the Obama administration.I cannot shake a story that the late Larry Grathwohl told me regarding a conversation he had with Bill Ayers. Larry’s conversation took place with Ayers while he was serving as a FBI special informant sent to investigate Ayers’ organization, the Weatherman Underground. Ayers is also the man who launched President Obama’s political career from the living room of his Chicago area home.
Grathwohl revealed, on my talk show, that he asked Ayers, the then leader of the radical group the Weathermen Underground, in a meeting of about 25 well-to do fellow Weatherman, most with advanced degrees from Ivy League Universities, what the Weathermen planned to do when they achieved their goal of a communist take over of the government. Grathwohl stated that Ayers paused for a moment and then said that it was likely that about 50 million Americans will have to be re-educated in concentration camps located in the American Southwest and that about 25 million would have to be eliminated, meaning that they would have to be murdered. The potential implications are stunning.
This is the Trojan Horse of Jade Helm 15.

Tonight, My dearly beloved daughter, you were given the graces to make you stronger to continue with this sacred Work. Through the devotion of My beloved and cherished followers, who have been praying hard for you, you, My daughter, will forge rapidly ahead to complete the Book of Truth. No matter how much you are distracted, you still find it hard to reject your duty to Me. This is pleasing to Me but we don’t have much time.
The world, My daughter, is being given this special Gift – the Book of Truth – to show My children what they now need to do in order to prepare for The Warning, the Illumination of Conscience, which is being given to mankind to help prepare them adequately for My Second Coming.
For those who don’t believe in Me they must still be given the chance to read the Truth. When this event takes place, after these Messages are given to the world, people will understand the authenticity of My Words given through you, My daughter, to save mankind.
Mystical Event to be experienced by all over 7 years of age
Don’t feel hurt when people dismiss these Messages, My daughter. Just be thankful that they are being given this Gift. They will understand the Truth of this prophecy, when after this Mystical Event, which will be experienced by all of My children over seven years of age, everywhere throughout the world, takes place. Those who live after this event will be more cautious about the contents of this sacred Book. They will find it difficult to ignore, even if their faith is weak; others who don’t want to know the Truth still need to be reminded of the contents of this Work.
Never give up, My child, when it comes to saving souls. All My precious children were born out of the Love of My Eternal Father. When they lost their way it did not matter. God, My Eternal Father still loves each and every one of His children.
Faith, My child, can be rekindled by the faith of others blessed with the Holy Spirit. My chosen children, sent to spread My Word now, to the world, have the ability to bring tears of joy into those poor souls screaming out for direction in their empty confusing lives.
Look at everyone through My Eyes
Always look on your friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues through My Eyes. Always look for the good side. Show love to them and they will feel My Presence. They will be drawn to you and won’t know why.
Through My example, imitate Me and you will help Me convert My lost children. By praying hard for them you can draw them nearer to Me. Through sacrifice and the acceptance of suffering, in union with Me, you can save souls. This includes those souls yet to leave this Earth, as well as those awaiting Judgement in Purgatory.
Let Me remind you finally, that you have two choices. Believe in Me by opening your minds to the Truth contained in the Gospel. If you have lost all faith then read just a portion of My Teachings. Then ask Me to show you the Truth in your hearts. Then you will know which path will lead you to Me in Heaven. Alternatively, you can keep your eyes closed and refuse to listen. Only prayer, by believers can help you then. Prayer by My followers, combined with the recital of My Divine Chaplet of the Divine Mercy Gift, given to Sister Faustina in the 20th Century, can save your souls at the time of your death.
Pray the Divine Mercy
Pray, pray, pray My Divine Mercy for your own souls and those of non-believers, now. Prayer groups will help spread the Truth, instil faith in those who have lost all sense of who they are and where they came from. It will be instrumental in igniting the spread of evangelical enlightenment, which will now be felt in all parts of the world, as the time approaches for the prophecies in relation to My Second Coming on Earth begin to be revealed, as they unfold before a series of global events.
Be prepared, children, at all times. Keep in a state of grace and keep your hearts open to My Teachings of love and peace on Earth. If My children all followed My Teachings, then there would be no wars, greed, hatred or poverty in the world. You need to sit down quietly, every one of you, for just half-an-hour each day.
Go through the Psalms, the Parables and ask yourself, “Does this lesson apply to my life in today’s world?” You know the answer is, of course, yes. Pray for the strength to change your attitudes and views on life after death. Remember this important lesson. Earth is simply a brief passage in time. The only true happiness and eternal life is with Me in Heaven, Paradise – My Father’s Kingdom.
