This graphic nails it down perfectly showing what is going on. These two nations will not tolerate too much more from us. Russia will strike us first in a "Pearl Harbor"-style event. They could not absorb what we could give them in a MADD situation, so they are training to get as close as they can and strike as soon as they can before we can react. These are not cold-war drills they have going on. It is for realz people.
