Putin is no fool. He is quite macho - and the macho personality will not be humiliated or shown to be wrong. I believe he has already made the decision to take NATO out (and thus make good on all of these threats) at some point very soon. I do not think it will happen before tomorrow at the dedication of the Ogden Temple (which will bring my soft fuzzy troll great satisfaction), but it will happen as described by the Mp. He also described the invasion of Europe and that there was little resistance to that action. This article talks of threats/bravado along those lines. Putin would not say it if he did not intend to do it.

Be looking for civil action in the Chicago area or the sudden death (by knife) of a pro-Russian Czech leader. Either one of these will be a watershed event in the sequence of events. Let's just get on with it.....
