Julie Rowe saw the same plagues in her book "A Greater Tomorrow". One was a man made plague that made people act delusional and crazy that foreign troops were inoculated against it though. So many witnesses that a "desolating scourge will go forth among the inhabitants of the earth" as D&C says. Julie saw this terrible killed people in the millions.
