TODAY OR TOMORROW THE DATE OF ANOTHER BIG ONE?

Ooooooo, the suspense......  I do not know what to think of it, other than I do not have an impression one way or the other.

I was at the waterfront today and the tide was almost over surge line for the entire 7 hour period I was there.  Apparently, the moon is at perigee (closest to earth) right now.  This increases the tidal forces and thus increases the strain on the crustal boundaries - thus making a higher susceptibility to the BIG ONE.
