I think I am getting the picture right now. Bummer has looked at the polls and knows that it will be a wipe out in this fall's election. We are poking the Bear to pick a fight on purpose. The prez knows that and will use the ensuing war to drive patriotic fervor and secure another two years of power. It is all just a sick game and you and I (and our children) are pawns in this game.
Here is a song that points out the ridiculous nature of our situation. I love the arm and hammer reference..... Maybe could have integrated a sickle in there somewhere to give the full effect....
