THE TEMPLE AS THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PERFECT MAN

There are many elements of temple design which I like.  My favorite has always been those which incorporate as much symbolic design into their structures as is possible.  The SL temple is just chock full of it, but in my opinion, bears little to no resemblance to the Godly pattern shown in the OT temple designs.

On the other hand, the Seattle/Tokyo temples bear much physical resemblance to the model given to Solomon - in the construction of their shells, but little resemblance on their inner floor plan.

Here is a site that could be studied for years (I have featured it years ago at the beginning of the blog) and you could still never completely get the full meaning of it all.  The author is a genius - and must be incredibly deeply read.  We will see the next temple built in Jerusalem in our lifetimes and it will be interesting to see how closely the original design is followed.  We are in for a treat - those who do make it and are able to witness the totality of it all.  Many of us may have ring-side seats from the other side, and it truly does not matter.

Here is the web site - and to navigate it, use the button at the lower right of each page to go to the next topic until you get to the sexual symbology of the temple at the end of the presentation.  Truly mind blowing stuff:
